What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and allowed us to get up and running quickly. The seamless integration with HubSpot has made it easy to connect product experiences with our marketing and sales workflows, and the Navattic Academy has been a great resource for best practices and inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t experienced any major drawbacks. The platform has been intuitive and easy to adopt. If anything, I’m still exploring more advanced use cases, but nothing has stood out as a clear negative yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic for both generating leads on our website and providing prospects with a post-demo experience they can revisit. The platform enables us to present our product in a clear and interactive manner, eliminating the need for live demos each time. As a result, prospects gain a better understanding of our product throughout their buying journey, and we've seen increased engagement across our marketing and sales interactions.

The current bulk editing and reuse capabilities are somewhat limited, which can slow down workflow. What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR, Navattic is my secret weapon for breaking through the noise in a crowded cybersecurity market. Instead of asking prospects to "imagine" the Armis platform, I can send them a hands-on interactive tour that proves our value in seconds. It has significantly increased my click-through rates and made my outbound sequences feel much more personalized. The best part is the analytics, which let me see exactly what features my prospects care about before I even pick up the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop experience is flawless, but the mobile responsiveness for complex cybersecurity dashboards can sometimes be a bit tricky to perfect. Since some of my prospects check LinkedIn on their phones, I have to spend extra time ensuring the tour looks just right for smaller screens. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it requires an extra step in the editing process. More automated mobile scaling would be a huge plus.

So easy to go from live demo or screenshots to an online demo with narratives. I didn't even have to write the text as the Navattic AI was able to describe what was happening in the demo!

I wish the screens and pages would adapt in real time - our company pushes changes so often that if the screen grabs would render real-time updates without having to redo, it would be a game changer

Navattic allows users to interact with the product in a realistic way before having to create an account. This feature is particularly valuable for more complex products, which often demand considerable setup before users can truly understand their benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was challenging for me. When capturing the screen, there is a noticeable delay, and it’s not always obvious that the process is actually happening. On several occasions, I even thought the software wasn’t working.

It enables customers to quickly recognize the value, which in turn supports them in making a purchasing decision for our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create demos. Many useful tools are well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some design in not intuitive and some features are hiding. I wish there are more online help on the tools. I had to google to find certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic demos will help our existing customers to learn new features easily, and hopefully it will shorten our sales cycle. The interactive demos look very real and interesting. I will send the Navattic demos in my follow up email with my customers. This way if my customer has any questions for the product, he may go through the demo to save both of our times.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has proven to be very effective, serving as both a pre-demo teaser to introduce our product to clients and as a helpful refresher after demonstrations. It has been easy for our entire sales organization to rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be somewhat difficult to locate AE-specific links, and it isn't always clear where to search for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has been excellent for offering high-level tours of our platform. It not only helps us quickly determine if a potential client is a good fit, but has also become essential for clients to share internally, making it easier to secure buy-in from decision makers.
Save the Day with Navattic
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of available options in creating and customizing captures and transitions is unlike anything I've worked with before. It's incredible how easy it is to create a lifelike demonstration of my products. Powerpoint could never.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've genuinely yet to find something I don't like about Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly creating high quality, polished, live looking demos for sale purposes is incredibly helpful. One on occasion, my live product instance went down in the middle of an important presentation. Since I was prepared with a Navattic demo, I simply switched tabs and continued on like nothing happened. Only a 5 second delay for what could have been a devastating, meeting ending technical difficulty. Most of the room didn't even notice the downtime, nor that I switched from a live instance to a prepared click through. I would have been dead in the water otherwise!
