Effortless to Use with Outstanding Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that it gives my prospects not just a passive viewing experience, but an interactive session, tailored to them, with explanations throughout key stages I want highlighted. I've had last min deal decisions in our favor just by sending this over for quick review!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting prospects an easy to use, easily digestible demo of our solution offerings, in support of any actual recording. It's great that we can build out demo decks for key areas that may be harder to demo "live".
Flexible and Intuitive Workflow Creation with Navattic
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has a lot of flexibility in what you can do. I like that it can automatically generate some workflows based on uploaded screenshots. I also find the ability to edit screengrabs easy and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web capturing tool can be clunky to use, and I wish that there were more options for organizing your existing click-throughs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows me to create click-through demonstrations easily, including making changes to the current UI to reflect future improvements.
Effortless Demo Creation That Transforms Customer Walkthroughs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it simplifies a lot of our customer/prospect facing demos. Before we were just recording screen shares of our software and it just wasn't super user friendly. I had seen Navattic before but it just never seemed like the right time, but as our customer success team was recording more and more videos I was like we need a better solution. We have created quite a few both prospect and customer facing walkthroughs!! They are so simple to create and edit! I've only had one question and Natalie (marketer) was super quick to respond and help me out!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of anything. They have a free plan to let you test it out and then their early paid plan is perfect as you scale up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were managing 10-20 customer demos, walkthroughs, and customer success help videos. It was becoming too much to manage and create/edit. Now we can record our product quickly, get a click-through demo, and we don't have to spend time editing or creating a script!

Analytics Module, it's one of the main differentiators

The UI could use some polish and maybe build some AI into it to make workflows more interesting

Effortless Prospect Filtering and Product Demos
What do you like best about the product?
its the best and easiest way to explain a person what product does pre-call. in some cases it even replaces the call for me. filters uninterested prospects for my startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
for some reason i couldnt submit navattic interactive demo to producthunt. im not sure if the its PH exclusive agrement with other company or Navattic doesnt support that. but its annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to show new users what my product does on the lanidng page. its straight forward and saves a bunch of dev time to build such demo in house.
Interactive Demos for PMMs
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is so easy to use. I haven't used a comparable tool before, and I felt like I became an expert after creating three demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension doesn't capture content within our software, but I don't think that's a Navattic issue...

I'm a first-time solo PMM, and Navattic has been an instant showstopper for Sales outreach, landing pages, and internal enablement.

I use Navattic every day to send personalized, interactive demos to prospects as part of our sales process. It’s become one of the most effective ways for me to showcase our product without relying on scheduling a live demo every time.
What’s worked especially well for our team is the ability to track engagement — seeing exactly who’s interacting with the demo, what they’re clicking into, and where they’re spending time. That insight completely changes the way I follow up. Instead of guessing interest, I can tailor my outreach based on what prospects actually care about.

What do you dislike about the product?
None- very easy to use! First day I was able to navigate through it easily with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an impact standpoint, Navattic has helped us qualify faster and have more relevant conversations. My demos get viewed more often than traditional video walkthroughs, and prospects come into meetings better educated, which shortens our sales cycle and makes those conversations far more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create interactive, self-guided product demos without needing engineering support. The editor is intuitive, the step-by-step flows are simple to build and update, and the finished demos look polished and on-brand. I also appreciate how flexible it is—you can tailor demos for different personas, use cases, or funnel stages, which makes it a powerful asset in our demand generation toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Navattic is easy to use, there can be a bit of a learning curve when you’re trying to build more advanced or highly customized demo experiences. Some analytics and reporting features could be deeper, especially for understanding buyer intent across longer journeys. That said, the product is evolving quickly, and feedback is clearly taken seriously.

Navattic solves the challenge of showing, not just telling, our product’s value early in the buyer journey. Instead of relying on static screenshots, videos, or live demos that require more internal coordination to create, Navattic enables our SMEs to easily update product features as they're updated. As a Growth Marketer, Navattic's impact in our demand generation strategy has helped our prospects explore the product on their own time. This has helped us educate buyers faster, qualify leads more effectively, and strengthen the Marketing-to-Sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
From a CSM perspective, Navattic streamlines the onboarding and education process for customers by providing self-guided, interactive product experiences that users can return to whenever they need. This approach not only cuts down on repetitive training and support inquiries, but also offers CSMs valuable insights into which features customers are actively engaging with.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a CSM perspective, some common drawbacks include the limited ability to personalize experiences for different customer segments and the considerable time required to keep demos current as the product evolves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps resolve slow or inconsistent onboarding, where customers struggle to understand the product without heavy CSM involvement. It also tackles scalability issues, where CSMs can support more accounts with fewer live trainings.
Effortless Demo Creation and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which I can create the interactive demos and make changes when I need to. The team at Navattic is also very responsive and quick to answer questions that I have. The platform is also very intuitive and quick to get started with any new project. I also like that they host the final projects for me as part of the service. I use this product at least twice a month and create demos that last between 5 and 15 minutes for use by our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found an issue that has made me dislike Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us solve the "what does your product look and feel like?" questions that come from prospects. This helps us to avoid having to stand up a full tenant just for them to click around and see how it works.
