What do you like best about the product?
Getting higher adoption of demo viewings with Navattic and I believe its because of the UX/UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Figured out this was a company set up issue - after speaking with our admins we cleaned up the folders and search options made it easier to find the pre recorded videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving engagement from prospects during the sales process

Valuable Corporate IP Insights, But Needs Individual-Level Deanonymization of Site Visitor

What do you like best about the product?
I like the deanonymization of corporate IPs from Navattic. The demos are helpful, are they are likely linked to generating visits (so I can get that corporate IP). The metrics of visit length are also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many deanonymization services available, that go all the way to the individual user. Navattic needs this feature to be more useful. Consider building or buying a solution. We are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the problem of demo automation on our site for prospects shopping for our service. It deanonymizes corporate IP addresses, which is useful as an indicator of intent, especially when looking at frequency of visits and demo views, but I need further deanonymization to the individual, so I can target that person better.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to quickly send out a demo in seconds via email! I use this almost everyday and it is very helpful to reach clients in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes yet, so far all seems very straightforward!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have enough time in my day to run a full demo for everyone, Navattic assist by letting my prospects see what is most important to them and we work from there! (Sometimes we even skip the demo because they love the micro-videos)

A Great All-Around Interactive Demo Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use. It doesn't take long to get a new user up to speed or implemented. At the same time, that ease of use extends to your audience. Going through a Navattic demo is a simple, quick, and informative experience. Recent updates have only made this even better with more options to show off your software. Whenever I've had questions or needed help, their support lines were not difficult to get hold of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile friendliness is a little lacking. While desktop tours can work for mobile, they are not the most intuitive. In addition, the mobile specific software tours are much less engaging. Finally, some customization for design is only possible with additional support from the Navattic team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to give prospects and customers a first-hand experience and look into our software. This simplifies initial sales stages and builds interest much faster than any PDF or even video could leading to more qualified leads sooner.

Navattic also gives us the ability to create demos for tutorials and general product guidance -- a real boon to those who are focused on their existing customers and increasing adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use - their customer service was also helpful when needing to change plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to be honest.

They are helping us share how our platform looks and the user experience, before a user has to commit and sign up.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, more creative ways to ease time and create. Frequency of use for certain deals. Integration I like as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far honestly. I like it better than the other tech we used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beneiffitng on how many views or stakeholders and minutes they are spending on each thing. Especially for larger groups where they are many stakeholders and ensuring the messaging and demos are sent if someone cant be on a meeting. I highly used Navattic when I was going up against 6 other vendors and this is where I found it very useful at the moment.

Making Technical Products Come to Life with Navattic Interactive Demos

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is easy to use, and I was able to train multiple team members quickly. I enjoy using features like the beacon element and AI voiceovers. I have been able to create both interactive demos and video which has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the analytics to be confusing and inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very technical products that are best described visually. Navattic has allowed us to create overview demos of our products as well as granular demos focusing on specific features. It has been a great asset in enabling us to tell our story beyond just using words.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is super intuitive and easy to use. It can be learned in < 1 day and internally we have many folks who are proficient in building demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to build a demo can sometimes be tedious. While simple, there are many manual steps that can take many days to get live given internal reviews and feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one unlock that we have internally through Navattic is top of funnel lead generation. Helps us show off the product in an easily-digestible way.

Powerful demos when you can't be there

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been an invaluable tool for our sales org. We use it daily, and it's allowed our sales and customer success teams to be far more responsive and agile than we might be without it. We love the ability to configure each tour with settings for tracking, personalization, and gating is key for us. We use Navattic in almost every deal cycle, providing the prospect/customer with platform walkthroughs accompanied by the narrative that we choose. This allows them to socialize the product more easily and even reduces the time we spend on unnecessary demos and new-customer training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the new UI, but we're learning to work around it. Aside from that, no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See previous note: Reducing time spent on demos, making product walkthroughs far easier, allowing the team to quickly respond to demo requests, and allowing us to win with a repeatability that we otherwise wouldn't have.
