Great for helping large teams get the same information about your product or service
What do you like best about the product?
We use Digital Salesrooms for our clients and partners- so having Navattic as another high tech tool helps us to demonstrate easily to multiple decision makers who may or may not be able to join calls. Love the ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tech, it takes time to learn the best ways to set up and integrate with current ways of doing business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to get the right people to join demos. This helps the whole team to see the product or platform in action and moves deals faster.

it's interactiveness and functions. Mindblowing features that make work easier for content creation

sometimes there are limitations, for example the positioning of the modals the xyz's are manually adjusted so it's quite a challenge

It helps a lot on the linear screen capture with clickable buttons and interactive.

The intuitive no-code builder allows us to quickly create engaging product tours.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a native video recording feature and a zoom tool to highlight and focus on specific product elements during the tour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic provides a hands-on experience that educates prospects before they talk to sales, significantly improving our conversion rate.
Effortless Demo Creation for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Navattic to help build out enablement resources that my Sales team can share with prospects. It's so easy to be able to capture our product with the browser plugin, especially as we continuously innovate and our own product experience changes. You can simply just click through the experience as you would and Navattic captures it for you. It's easy and convenient.
I think they also enhanced their experience/UI, and it's even easier to use than it was before.
Skyler is our CSM, and he's easily been one of the most flexible CSMs we've worked with - always willing to train/retrain various members of our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was a more intuitive way to mix and match different captures for different flows, but once you figure it out, it's not a lift — just a specific path you need to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Click-through demos are a big ask in our industry, and we have multiple products and configurations so this makes it much easier to do so and build. One of our team's goals is to show-not-tell, and Navattic makes that easy. I think they now have mobile app demo functionality, which is something that has started coming up a lot as a request in my role, so it's nice to see how they're keeping a pulse on client/market needs and innovating because I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Effortless Microdemos That Engage Clients
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been easy to use and my clients seem to be engaging with it which is the most important thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, it's exactly what we need for sharing microdemos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients sometimes just need to see a high level overview instead of a full one hour demo. This helps champions share the services with the decision makers if they aren't willing to join calls. This helps us close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use, even for non-technical teams. The tool is very intuitive, it did not require a long onboarding or complex setup. Implementation was straightforward, with clear and comprehensive documentation. When I couldn't find something in the documentation, customer support was quick to respond.
Editing captures is a great feature because in saves us from creating dedicated demo accounts for the captures. We can use our normal (personal) accounts and then remove personal data with Navattic's editing tool.
I personally use Navattic quite frequently: I have already created demos for 12 different products. The learning curve was not steep.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is unfortunately quite expensive. We are satisfied with the product but we were hesitant during the purchasing phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website is enriched thanks to the demos. We just linked them on the relevant product pages and they're just there 24/7. Our salespeople also save a lot of time because the customers can explore the basics of our products on their own.
Effective for Teams, But UI and Demo Management Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been pretty easy to deploy across our product marketing and Solution Consulting teams. It's made a difference in our website conversions. Integration to Hubspot was very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to 1 competitor, Navattic has a very challenging UI. It's harder to find your demos (folder organization is hosted in a weird spot), and if you have 1 demo with multiple links, you have to do copies and update each individually -- which is a pain.

Provides an easy, guided way to showcase new product features.
Flexible, User-Friendly Tool That Simplifies Customer Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility that Navattic offers. The option to choose between modals and tooltips is a useful feature. I also value the ability to add voiceovers to read the text, with the convenience of not having to include them for every single step. Additionally, I find the platform easy to use and navigate. It’s a great tool for quickly sending instructions to customers when they need guidance on how to do something on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main aspect I dislike about Navattic is the auto capture feature. That said, this might be due to user error on my part. When I attempted to take captures, the screen would take multiple shots at once, which made it difficult for me to keep track of where I was. Another issue I have with Navattic is dealing with layers. Since our platform contains many layers, removing sensitive information can become a lengthy and tedious process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has addressed a significant challenge for us: our existing customers often require additional training, but our team doesn't always have the capacity to provide live sessions on short notice. With Navattic, we can send interactive videos that allow customers to engage directly with our platform. Whenever we launch a new feature, we can quickly create a new Navattic walkthrough, which has led to a noticeable reduction in customer inquiries. We appreciate the support Navattic has provided us!
Navattic Makes Sales Demos Effortless and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an Enterprise AE and I use Navattic to follow-up from sales meetings with specific demos on features. I also use it for prospecting; sending self-guided demos vs asking for someone's time and it has worked out well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
when i move off the tab it closes, which can be annoying but seems like it'd be a minor fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like an extra SE / I don't have to bother an SE or PM to record a small demo of a feature in our product.
Effortless to Use and Delivers Professional-Looking Demos
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how professional it makes our demos look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the free trial when I could record my screen and then AI would create a step by step demo for me. I wish the base level subscription gave us more than one free use of that feature.

Navattic is making our customer support pages look more professional.
