Effortless Demo Sharing and Increased Prospect Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use, offering a streamlined experience for sending out demos that is much simpler than the previous platform I used. Since making the switch, I've noticed an increase in prospect engagement. Additionally, when I enter a website, the prospect or client logo is automatically imported, which adds a nice touch to the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I’ve encountered is the requirement to input a website in order to send a demo. Sometimes, I work with small business prospects who either don’t have a website or whose website I haven't identified early in the process. It’s possible there’s a way to bypass this step that I’m not aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps streamline my sales process by letting me send demos to prospects who have simpler needs or to companies that are just casually exploring options. It saves me time because I no longer have to schedule a live demo for every single prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and the ability to send shorter or longer demos to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation isn't super intuitive, but it is not difficult to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to bring a prospects question or issues to realization and share with them an easy to view/understand version of what we talked about.

Effortless Video Sharing and Stellar Support with Navattic

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and we can add any type of video info. I like the feature that we can keep track when the customer sees the video. The support during implementation was great. We had training from Navattic, and we get frequent emails with tips and tricks.

As a sales rep, I use Navattic almost every day, and I enjoy the integration with outlook. I can build a video with a few clicks while I am writing an email to a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if my company is not using, but it would be nice to have so interactive video experience where the client can click and play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead spending a long time on a demo, I can focus on the benefits my product brings, and use Navattic to show the features of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Visitors and form submissions on demos are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free account being one seat but whatever it is free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving people the opportunity to engage with our platform (the demo embedded on our site) without needing to be on a walk-through or demo call. Less barrier to engage.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and to send out demos to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the outlook integration sometimes not works, which is frustrating. There are still members on my team that are not able to login. I just wish the plug in was more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly just being able to send out demos to clients. That's extremely important in our role in order to capture interest.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards, how easy it is to copy/paste product demos to share to customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the load speeds are slow. That said, the platform seems very robust overall, and I think I could benefit from more training so I can learn more of its features and use it more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer demos: I’m able to create and share demos with customers quickly and efficiently. I don’t have to build a new demo every time, which saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Learning the basic functionality of the tool is exceptionally easy. The more time you spend using it the more you learn about additional functionality to enhance your demo's

Support - the CSM team, customer support, etc. is extremely responsive, proactive and willing to meet to answer questions and demo new features
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not a lot to dislike about Navattic. It serves a very specific purpose for our organization and that is to spin up thorough workflows and demos in a short amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our organization to create sharable, custom demo's to send to customers. Navattic allows us to enter in text on each screen to explain or highlight functionality to ensure that the customer understands the purpose of each page.

What do you like best about the product?
Installing Navattic was simple. We could create a product demo quickly and add it to our Webflow site within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is priced similarly to competitors, but overall, these tools are somewhat expensive. They are 100% worth the cost if you are committed to implementing.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Navattic in a variety of ways, both on our website for demos and directly with our sales team. My experience setting it up and empowering our sales team to send personalized, one-off demos has been excellent. We're also leveraging the Salesforce integration to track our success, which has been very helpful. I appreciate how easy Navattic is to use and how smoothly the integration functions; from the admin perspective, I can generate insightful reports with ease. Additionally, it saves our sales reps valuable time that would otherwise be spent scheduling live calls, and the analytics confirm that this approach is just as effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to seeing if Navattic continues to refine and improve the Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I'm seeing Navattic solve for us is that not all of our potential prospects need one-on-one time or demos. With Navattic, we're able to give that subset of prospects personalized experiences without having to give up our sales reps' time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to build polished, guided demos without needing engineering support. We use it to create interactive product walkthroughs of our platform, including Forge, Tracer, and their associated features, and it lets us tell a clear product story without over-simplifying things.

The editor is intuitive, the flow controls are flexible, and it’s straightforward to tailor demos for different audiences or use cases. It’s been especially useful for website demos and sales conversations, where we can quickly show value and guide users to the most relevant parts of the product. Overall, it’s a reliable way to showcase complex functionality in a way that still feels hands-on and realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t many major downsides, but some of the more advanced customization options can take a bit of time to discover when you’re first getting started. As demos grow more complex, keeping multiple versions organized and up to date can also require a bit of manual oversight.

That said, these are fairly minor trade-offs given the overall flexibility of the platform, and the core experience remains very strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the challenge of showing the real value of a complex platform early in the buyer journey. Instead of relying on static screenshots or booking live demos for every use case, we can give prospects an interactive, self-guided way to explore our product on their own terms.

This has reduced friction in both marketing and sales. Prospects come into conversations better informed, sales teams can focus on higher-value discussions, and we’re able to reuse the same guided demos across our website, outbound, and enablement workflows. Overall, it’s helped us scale product storytelling without adding load to engineering or sales.
