What do you like best about the product?
What’s worked particularly well for us is Navattic’s intuitive interface and the ability to customize demos without needing developer resources. The analytics dashboard also provides valuable insights into how prospects interact with the demos, helping us tailor our follow-up strategies more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demos don’t always perform optimally on mobile devices, which could affect engagement for prospects accessing demos on phones or tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using Navattic primarily for creating interactive demos on our website to enhance our sales enablement process. The platform has made it incredibly easy to build engaging, no-code product walkthroughs that prospects can explore at their own pace. This has significantly reduced the time I've spent on initial product explanations and allowed me to focus on deeper conversations with qualified leads.

Since implementing Navattic, we’ve seen an increase in demo engagement and a boost in conversion rates from demo viewers to qualified leads. Overall, Navattic has been a game-changer for our sales enablement and onboarding efforts, and I’d highly recommend it to teams looking to streamline their demo process and improve buyer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily it integrates into Outlook, and pulls in the data of the person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboard is a bit cumbersome and lacking information, I don't know if this is just part of our roll out that not everything is turned on, but I like seeing more data and getting email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients to review products prior to our full detailed demo so they have a baseline.

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly. Simple to send out demos to clients.

I do not have any dislikes about Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out micro demos to clients quickly to be able to watch and make a decision to add instead of having to schedule and do full demos.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy and intuitive to use. The interface is clean and well-designed, so it doesn’t take much time to understand how things work. I especially like how quickly you can build and share interactive product experiences without needing technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization options could be more visible or easier to find at first. While the tool is simple overall, discovering all its features sometimes requires a bit of exploration.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows a clear but controlled review for the client. Allows for demos when you can't be available

There are no limits to access, which means even the most tech-phobic of clients can access
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to complete a process that you wish you could just move out of to jump to a differnt subject but you have to complete the flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide some pre-demo clarity for users that we otherwise could spend half a meeting confirming, so it really gets us 2 or 3 steps ahead and makes better use of the time we have

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Navattic is the wide range of features it provides and its user-friendly interface. The ability to focus on particular areas using beacons and triggers is especially helpful. Additionally, the automatic translation feature means we only need to create content once, and native speakers can easily verify the translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve noticed with Navattic is that it can occasionally be laggy when used alongside certain applications or websites. Capturing content can be a bit challenging at first, but after a short learning curve, it becomes more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic addresses my need to frequently update content. Since it's not a static platform, I can easily return to make changes or adjustments whenever our requirements shift. This flexibility saves me a significant amount of time, and, most importantly, I no longer have to worry about my work becoming outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it allow you to share great information with prospective clients, it also allows you to review it internally for yourself. I had a large live demo last week and prior to it I reviewed some Navattic demos to refresh my memory. Was also great to send to the prospect after!
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing, just getting used to it from out old platform we used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to create more opportunity by engaging the client at an earlier stage in the sales process. Getting information and visuals in front of them at the early stages has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to edit our platform and make quick tutorials on new features while providing context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when adding gifs, the quality really tanks and we have to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a rapidly evolving product, and Navattic allows us to keep our product demos up to date. We can also customize workflows for different types of users, and demonstrate when and where our product specifically shines.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with Outlook and has been very easy to incorporate into Sales communications. Clients have seemed to engage with no issues as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very simplistic, which is great in most cases. But would be nice to have more features in specific situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times clients would like to get a preview demo before engaging with sales or having a full demo - this works perfectly for that. It helps speed up the sales process and give the client tangible demos that they can share internally.
