Flexible, User-Friendly Tool for Training and Sales Demos
What do you like best about the product?
We use Navattic for both training purposes as well as sales purposes. It allows us to showcase specific workflows within our Software in a clean, easy to follow way. We love the flexibility to edit the code and tweak visuals to ensure we are communicating precisely to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few functionalities that would enhance our ability to be creative with Navattic, like allowing us to create custom graphic frames around code captures or mix code capture with images in a flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves are ability to demo our product to clients without overwhelming them or having to work around data privacy issues. It allows us to have a take away we can send to clients after demos as well. It also allows us to train our customers through self service instead of time intensive live training sessions.
Outstanding Support and Effortless AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is reliable, and the platform is easy to use. I also appreciate the AI capabilities and the range of great features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The links from Salesforce appear to be broken when I send them to prospects.

Providing information within a community setting and establishing a proactive paper trail alongside the client are valuable aspects of this service.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating demo environments is incredibly straightforward, allowing me to easily share them with our prospects. This approach makes the sales process more interactive and ensures that I can provide the best possible service to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it would be nice if the site had a more modern feel, this isn't a major issue. Overall, it performs its job very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often have clients who request an immediate demonstration of our technology. However, I've noticed that when they spend some time exploring this demo site first, our tailored demos become much more effective and impactful.
Seamless Demo Integration with Navattic's Outlook Extension
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Navattic has an Outlook extension, making it that much easier to add a demo to my emails! My team uses this tool every day and I don't hear about issues which is a great sign!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of anything I dislike just yet. It seems very easy, similar to the platform I used to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has become much more efficient with the use of Navattic. We don't have to spend tons of extra time on live demos that can be completed in a more "self-service" space. Clients also love being able to access the demo at any time for a refresher!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Navattic makes it to add a quick demo into a follow up email with my clients. In my role, it helps me get clients interested in a more in depth demo if they aren't able to commit to one right away. Sharing our 2-3 minute micro demos with Navattic makes it easy for clients to get a taste of our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook is sometimes a little clunky.

It's helping me get more detailed information out to my clients quickly.

I like how it is easy to use and navigate. It makes it very easy for me to work quickly to get my prospects the resources they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only had one time where a client was not able to navigate a link I sent them, but I got it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the problem of prospects not being able to commit to a specific time to view a demonstration. Navattic is helping benefit me by being able to send out pre recorded demo materials so they can watch it when they are free.
