Effortless Self-Guided Tours in Minutes
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use
The entire process of sending out a self-guided tour takes less than 4 minutes. The demo looks great as well. You have multiple different avenues to send it to the prospect.

What do you dislike about the product?
VERY minor, but sometimes the prospect does not have a website which is a required field when creating the demo, but it has no affect on the demo itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a demo out to the prospect ASAP, especially if the prospect is hard to pin down for a demo.
Effortless Product Tour Creation and Editing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating and editing our product tours. Customer support is always extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few workflow elements that you have to learn before you can be an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRE SaaS product is extremely robust. Navattic helps prospects understand every element of the platform in part / parcel - as well as high level overviews for intro purposes.
Outstanding Support and Service from Navaticc
What do you like best about the product?
Navaticc customer support is 10000/10. Every time I have a question they are prompt, quickly answer, and often go in and fix things for me when I am struggling so I am not missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes awhile to learn, sometimes I struggle with the interface/finding things I am trying to do but the more I use it the more I am figuring it out. Embeing into my hubspot was a challenge and required extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make them mainly for virtual tours/demos to send over to clients or perspective clients. We are in the process of recreating our entire knowledge base to Navattics.

Navattic has been a tremendous resource for me thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving clients access to Paycor's product without being on a call with them. Testing engagement and showing what they are interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic allows us to create interactive demos effortlessly, without needing assistance from our engineering team. Updating the content is also straightforward and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics features are insufficient. I wish there were more detailed and granular reporting options available.

Navattic allows us to provide more detailed demonstrations of our product, making it easier to showcase features and capabilities.

Users find it easy to follow the really clear guidance.

Sometimes, the captures are, shall we say, playful, and I can't do exactly what I'm trying to do.

Guidance through websites. Simple explanations of advanced and new features.
Feature-rich and effortless to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's feature rich, doing almost everything you can imagine. But the best part is it's ease of use. We've successfully rolled it out to multiple teams, who are really benefiting from it (from selling to and onboarding customers, to improving help desk articles and making the website more engaging),
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. The only gripes I have (which are super minor anyway) are actually down to us and the quirks we have with our UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us across the board. In sales & marketing, onboarding, customer success, support, product. Thanks to its supreme ease of use, we've been able to use it more than we imagined.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use and the end result is nevertheless so fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have problems taking screenshots, but nothing serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We urgently needed a tool that helps us cover small demos and topics, so that we don't have to do them in live sessions. This saves us a lot of time and ultimately the tool does the same thing we would do live. That's great!
Easy to use with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
This product is very easy to use, and the customer support team is excellent. I also appreciate that new features are released frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and aspects of the user interface are not as customizable as we need them to be. Additionally, scaling and managing version control can be somewhat challenging but the team is quite helpful.

We use Navattic to build interactive product walkthrough tours for our website.
