Effortless Content Creation with a User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is, I feel very confident in quickly creating powerful content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when I have to work with layers to remove text/images, it is not user friendly.

Effortless Walkthrough Creation with Versatile Screenshot Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Creating product walkthroughs with this tool is both quick and effortless, and I found it easy to learn. I especially appreciate the variety of options available for modifying screenshots, which makes it simple to prepare them for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to mention, though I did encounter some initial difficulty with the way product demos and flows worked together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier for us to communicate complex product flows and establish processes. It allows our users to move through each screen step by step, providing helpful guidance along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to use and offers a lot of capabilities that makes it easy to build Click Through Demos.
I like that you can design the Click Through in a way that its not obviously a Click Through.

Nothing so far. It's working fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create reusable demo scripts that everyone can execute even without tech knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been incredibly easy to learn and use, especially as someone who was completely new to building product demos and walkthroughs. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, which made learning how to use it seamless for myself and many of my colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. The product has met our needs well, and the learning curve was refreshingly minimal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us quickly create interactive demos and walkthroughs that improve product understanding and adoption. It’s made it significantly easier to scale customer education and sales enablement content, while also saving our team time. As a result, our customers are better equipped to navigate our product, and our internal teams feel more empowered with high-quality, easy-to-maintain demo content.
We’ve been using Navattic for about a year now, and it’s become an essential part of our product marketing toolkit. We’ve had a great experience and are excited to remain loyal Navattic customers moving forward.

Crucial tool for saving my team time
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive system that takes us 15 minutes on average to create custom walk through content. With past tools I've used, it would take hours to build out demos. This saves our SE so much time, our account team has been super helpful as we've been learning the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slight learning curve, but nothing inconsistent with most softwares. I'm eager to see how they continue to integrate AI into their platform. There are a few UI things I'm not keen on, such as the way the "boards" are organized but other than that, it's been a pretty smooth experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has been helping my team with various different goals. It's been helpful to leverage as learning content for our prospects or customers, we've used it on our website to provide guided tours of the platform within a controlled environment, and lastly we have been using it to showcase roadmap features and integrations that were previously difficult to access a live production version of.
Transforms Complex Navigation into Intuitive, Valuable Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
It helps distill complex app navigation into simple, intuitive steps. Prospects and users alike get tons of value from being able to experience the product before using it or to test new features.

It really does what it's supposed to, and does it pretty well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People want to see how our app works before committing to our service. Navattic makes it easy to create in-depth app demos from existing screenshots, take users through experiences, and provide hands-on education.
Effortless Tour Creation and Seamless eLearning Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic provided a clean, streamlined, and easy-to-use experience for our customers. It's simple and intuitive to create tours, and what's better, the embed code/links make it easy to embed into an eLearning course. It's definitely leveled up our learning experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many! Maybe the customization could improve a little, and some flexibility around flows. But overall, no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allowed us to create tours/guides that we could embed right into our online learning courses. By cleanly capturing the screens of our UI, it gave the look/feel of being in the product. It has been more effective than video in terms of guiding learners step by step.
Daily User and Navattic Stan!
What do you like best about the product?
Oh its just super easy to use and even the bugs are easy to figure out how to fix for the most part. I love it! Not to mention their customer service is top-notch. Our teams enjoy using them for presentations because it always works exactly they way you would expect it to when presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little buggy. I find myself having to retake screenshots a few times sometimes to create flows often.
I wish that it had mobile tours that were automatically created with the desktop flows. It takes so long to create the mobile tours.
Since I am such an avid user there are a few other small things I would really like to see:
- They keyboard arrow functionality is great! But you should be able to turn off the ability to keep going into the next flow. It should stop and open the check list when you reach the end of the flow.
- I wish you could have beacons go to a specific slide in a flow vs only going forwards, backwards, to a new flow or to a URL. For instance I have 5 slides, on slide 1 there are three beacons, one goes go the next slide, one goes to a URL outside of the flow and then the third one would skip to slide 4 in the flow, that sort of thing.

Effortless Interactive Demos That Drive Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Navattic makes it easy to replicate the user experience of my company's native app. It is very helpful a they feel like they are taking a tour of our app, without us necessarily losing money to a free trial. By having an interactive tutorial with easy to use features - drag&drop, beacons, modals - I am able to properly upsell out platform and keep track of it in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Navattic had more options other than banners, and smoother transitions from one modal to the next. Also I would like to be able to keep sizing the same whether I am using my monitor vs my desktop, because I find that often times I must replicate the desktop version.

Navattic is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The platform provides almost limitless ways to showcase a product without giving away too much. Integrating and implementing Navattic demos has also been remarkably straightforward and fun!

Navattic has been instrumental in helping us showcase our user interface to potential clients without granting excessive access. Because our software usually requires a thorough demonstration, Navattic gives us the flexibility to share as much or as little detail as needed. It has also been valuable for creating internal training materials and building demos for our team.
