Intuitive and Flexible Demo Management That Exceeds Expectations

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and enables a lot of control. For a product like this, you don't expect there to be as much thought put into how teams will handle a high volume of demos. As I look to organize, duplicate, update and ultimately share slighty different demos to slightly different prospects, I've never felt like I had to compromise anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could link demos together better. I would like to have a prospect that views the demo be able to choose midway through if they'd like to continue on this demo or go to another one, without forcing them to re-enter their email (I use email-protected ones).

Also an email validation step would be good too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it easy for us to communicate our product to our customers. We use the product in two places. First, we have a public link on our website, where a prospect can get a real feel for our product, as opposed to reading text and clicking around a website. Second, I have about 10 demos that are all slightly different based on the use case they're spending time on. This lets me move deals along mid-funnel and ensure that our product "clicks" with a prospect based on their specific needs. The best part about using it opposed to a sales deck is that it's easier for the prospect to digest, while maintaing personalization and depth.

Excellent solution to demo a product with no free trial or tier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how we're able to quickly produce demos that go back and forth between our backend and ecommerce frontends, showing how manipulation of our own ecommerce SaaS improves shopping experiences and results. Navattic has also been really good for building personalized ABM landing pages with tailored demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics have been a bit difficult for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily demo facets of our product without needing a free trial or tier. We can let prospects visualize how it might work for them - and give them the closest possible solution for being hands-on with our tech, before buying our software. Being able to guide the demo experience instead of letting prospects loose is also of great value to us.

Effective solution to create simple guided demos

What do you like best about the product?
A simple and effective tool for creating self-guided demos for sales and marketing. My account team is very responsive to our needs and any inquiries. The product team continues to innovate and add features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Likely similar to other tools, but it is difficult to get started. A good deal of pre-work and training is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows our team to create generic and custom self-guided demos for our prospects. It allows us to see who's viewing them, and how engaged a prospect is with the demo and feature we're showcasing.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has made a significant impact on our sales and marketing teams. Rather than simply describing our platform, Navattic enables us to demonstrate it in action. We've received positive feedback from customers who enjoy our Navattic tours, and our sales team has noticed improved engagement when using the tours we've created. We also managed to save thousands of dollars at a trade show by using offline Navattic tours, which meant we didn't have to depend on the unreliable show floor Internet for demos. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—we really appreciate working with our CSM, and their support team has always been extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the UI have felt clunky to me. When I first started using the tool, it took quite a bit of time to figure things out because many elements weren’t intuitive or easy to navigate. That said, I have noticed improvements in both the interface and overall usability as new feature updates have been released. Still, there’s a significant learning curve, and I really wish there were more training videos or courses available on editing captures and building tour flows, instead of relying mainly on support articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has provided us with an engaging method to present our platform and its technical product features, which are often challenging to explain or demonstrate. This tool has simplified the process of highlighting our product’s features and benefits, allowing us to use interactive tours effectively for both marketing and sales enablement.

Effortless Demo Creation with Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use. I like the many features it has for making demos. I found it very easy to integrate the demos into our websites. Their support is outstanding! I like that we are assigned a Customer Success Manager. He replies quickly through Slack and is always willing to hop on a Zoom call if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I disllike about Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us to make our websites more engaging for visitors. It allows us to demonstrate important features of our software to potential customers.

Super easy to use. The AI-powered demo creation makes it 10x easier these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, in the early days it used to take at least a day to build a demo. Now, with their new click and capture method and AI-powered content generation those days are long gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For educational purposes for the customer teams, for giving the prospects an inside look into the tool.

Effective Interactive Demos that Save Time and Produce Results

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to create interactive demos for all the types of demos I use in my pre-sales roles. My Navattic demos can be as simple or as sophisticated as needed to be most effective. The UI is our actually product UI. I used to spend 10x more time to create video of my product demos. Other demo solution make it difficult to create modular demos with multiple workflows. With Navattic, it's a snap to implement!

Customer support was responsive, understood my question and provided a valuable responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with the learning curve, but it was my own problem. I didn't believe Navattic's live screenshots were difference from a static screenshot, so I created static a bunch of static one then started my workflows. Much to my surprise, a colleague pointed on that live screens can scroll around just like the native UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Sales and Marketing teams need to provide reusable demos that drive the sales cycle forward without involving pre-sales on every call. Marketing needs demos to help qualify and attract prospects. We also need to scale our pre-sales team by having specialists create demos of new products and new product versions that others can use. We don't have to make every solutions engineer an expect on every product just to have a sales call.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Navattic is how easy it makes it to create polished, interactive product demos without engineering support. The UI is intuitive, the demos feel genuinely “real” to prospects, and it’s simple to keep content up to date, making it a very effective tool for product marketing and sales enablement. It's great to be able to show the latest features, upgrades and solutions to customers and prospects, as soon as they are available, and without much overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
More granular reporting would be beneficial, particularly deeper insights into CTA performance, such as conversion rates per individual CTA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the problem of getting prospects to understand the product quickly without always needing a live demo or engineering support. We can build interactive, self-guided demos that feel realistic and are easy for people to explore on their own. That’s been really helpful for increasing engagement, supporting sales with scalable demo content, and having better-informed conversations once prospects do come into a live call.
