What do you like best about the product?
Love how simple and quick it is to create a demo. I use it at least once a week for sending a guided walkthrough for my customers. Mots of customization with all of the features Navattic has.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside to the tool that I have found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With just a few clicks, I can set up a demo in minutes and then let the AI handle the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create compelling product experiences that help our sales team engage prospects and give them a taste of the magic of our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small product limitations that I'd eventually like to have resolve but nothing particuarly meaningful at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping engage prospects at the top of the funnel and not rely on the antiquated "request demo" call to action. It allows us to give prospects a "test-drive" sort of experience that directly shows them the power and value of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the analytics and building the demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a startup and don't have much money, but we would die for having A/B testing, and that is only in the premium plans. Maybe you could implement a program for startups to help them sell their first products, and then they'll be loyal customers when they succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads wouldn't immediately see the whole picture of the product, and Navattic solves that.

The team. By far the best support! Questions answered quickly and effectively, feature requests considered, all my whining comforted.

A couple of small features but seriously nothing is a deal breaker.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic offers multiple styles of guides for every situation. Whether a walkthrough is needed for a customer, internal training, or even a repeatable conference demo, it's all possible with Navattic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislikes. If we ever have a feature request or a question about how something works, Navattic staff is always quick to respond and super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic guides allow customers a chance to play around in the software without requiring access to a full sandbox. Navattic guides allow us to reach more customers and they get a better experience than just a sandbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is the BEST interactive tour and demo building platform on the market. We've been using it here at our company for years now and have multiple use cases that help with our lead-generating and product enablement tasks.

Also the customer success team are so friendly and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Once you get the hang of the platform, it's easy to get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes creating impactful product tours and demos a breeze. We're using them to showcase individual features in-depth, build self-guided tours, and design personalized demos for our top prospects.

We've already gotten a number of high-quality leads come in through our tour feature that ended up being in our pipeline already proving ROI of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is that the depth of the product and the interface show that they understand the pain points we face. It has a lot of features that come in really handy during the creation and sharing of flows. It's clear that the team behind the product has a good understanding of the problems and challenges that need to be addressed. Additionally, the platform is quite intuitive, and the team was extremely helpful, guiding us through the learning curve when we couldn't book our onboarding call due to a time zone difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations regarding the type of modifications and animations that can be done. There's a certain level of minimum tech literacy that's expected, which I understand, but it could be improved to make the product more accessible to people in the team who are not as comfortable with tech, so that the processes and flows can enjoy higher adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Navattic for guided walkthroughs and resolving high-priority support tickets. It automates the sales funnel and reduces delay between buyer interest and product preview, ensuring buyer curiosity isn't lost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the application. Has very intuitive UI and functionalities. Also, their customer support is FAST and really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use the screen responsiveness modes can be challenging but when you get the hang of it, you flow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create product demos that are viewed by thousands of prospects each month, and it also helps convert visitors into live demo requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, perfect result, friendy interface, impossible to loose content with versioning, customer support top quality and service. Love it!!
I'm currently testing Sandbox, and it looks like we may have a big interest for this new feature for our company
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, honestly everything is fine, i'm not going to invent bad things for nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has really helped us simplify how we present DocuWare. Instead of overwhelming prospects with the full interface, we can now build tailored “happy path” tours that stay focused on specific tasks, like invoice approval. The biggest relief is the reliability—I no longer have to worry about a slow server or bad data ruining a presentation.

It also helps us provide a safe, productive demo environment for our partners and customers.
