Easy to create Demos with AI storyboarding, fast product enhancements, and great CSM

What do you like best about the product?
The pace at which they make product enhancements. The AI storyboard creation - makes created the demos so much easier and faster. the output is very accurate to my vision, too. The many options for screen editing. The CSM I work with is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have to double check that the demo will show up properly in various size screens. I don't always feel confident that it will.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattics to support feature adoption with customers and middle of funnel with prospects. They are a good step between scheduling a demo with sales and passively watching a product video.

Navattic Delivers a Flawless Experience

What do you like best about the product?
What makes Navattic unique is its intuitive & ai-supported interface that is paired with a strong customer support team. For my team of 5 builders, it took no time to get up to speed on how to build demos that were both informative and impactful. Our product team has started to consider new ways that we can use the platform to engage our clients at shows or new launches due to the simplicity of its rollout. As we have come up against challenges, our Customer Support team of Alisa and now Erin have been there at every step to ensure that our questions are not only met with meaningful answers, but action. We have always felt heard and consistently see our suggestions and feedback reflected in the product. I would recommend this platform to any demo team looking to make an impact for their sellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there really are not any downsides to utilizing Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has enabled us to connect with our clients both passively and actively. We see trends and find it much simpler to provide consistently updated content to have more agility when interacting with clients.

It does have a slight learning curve, but super easy once you're past that onboarding stage

Intuitive Tool with Exceptional Support and Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Navattic is not only intuitive, making navigation effortless, but also that it consistently releases new features in response to customer demands. The support is exceptional; our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is phenomenal, providing comprehensive training for various teams and regularly checking in to share updates and answer our questions. The new features, like the video capture tool available in the Chrome extension and the ability to copy and paste steps into new tours have made the creation process faster and more efficient. Additionally, the simplification in creating mobile-version tours has saved us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing we dislike. But I wish it was easier to display the desktop version of tours on an iPad. Additionally, getting tooltips to appear exactly where I want them can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Navattic to create product walkthroughs and streamline training.

Quick time to value and outstanding support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and quick time to value. Our team was creating demos in a matter of days after a single training. We've also recently taken advantage of integrations and analytics, helping us understand where our demos are succeeding and where refinement is necessary to reach our goals. Their customer support is also the gold standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base could be more thorough for self-guided learning.

We're creating additional content to serve to customers and prospects, providing more touchpoints along the sales cycle.

Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is easy to navigate and use. Within the first hour of using the software I created a demo and had a good grasp on the features/functionalities of the software. I had an issue with a capture image not loading and the customer support team was amazing, responded fast and resolved the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application freezes when going back into my platform to recapture an image.

Providing customers with a preview of our user friendly ux and how we simplify workflows

Great tool + support team - product keeps getting better

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of things, Navattic is pretty easy to use. But even if you run into a roadblock or questions, the customer success team and their customer support team are very quick to help. When I had an issue with my instance, they schedule a call with their customer support lead and someone from their engineering team and took time to go through the issue, and then kept me updated afterwards about it to make sure it's working for me. More on the product - I really like that you don't have to manually capture every screen (though it's still an option). You can go through your flow naturally, like a screen recording, and Navattic builds our a first draft for you to just focus on editing the smaller details. Saves a ton of time! I also really like the ability to edit the text of the product screen. So if I'm trying to personalize the demo or make it applicable to other industries, all I need to do is edit the text (vs. having to do it from my own software demo account). I used this tool a couple years ago and recently came back to it, and the product improved a lot! Anything that slowed us down before, like the inability to duplicate a workflow, is now fixed. It's clear they invested in product and engineering based on customer feedback. Props to their product and engineering team! Overall, it's a great tool to let potential customers explore your platform and see the value before having to book a demo or start a trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. If you asked me a couple years ago I would've mentioned a couple features, but most of those have been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing potential customers to explore our product before needing to book a demo or start a trial, and it allows us to scale partner product training for our partner enablement efforts.

Effortless Demo Creation with Stellar Support and Polished Visuals

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool for building demos. It’s quick to set up, requires no developer support, and does exactly what you need without much overhead.

One of the best features is being able to edit the screenshots or captures you take. If your staging environment isn’t perfect, you can easily clean up the visuals to make your demo look polished and professional.

Also s/o to my support rep - Zoe - she's great and came with good actionable feedback!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of what I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the challenge of being able to show the product quickly and on demand, without needing users to book a separate demo or wait for a live walkthrough. It streamlines the buying journey by giving prospects an interactive way to experience the product right when their interest is highest, which improves the user experience but also shortens the sales cycle and drives higher conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and delivers demos with a professional look and feel. If I ever I encounter an issue, the live customer support is extremely helpful. I am truly impressed by the wide range of features available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suspect there are many features I haven't explored yet. This isn't a drawback, but it does mean I should dedicate more time to fully benefit from everything it offers.

Navattic helps us showcase product features for clients and prospects, giving them the opportunity to click through each step and experience the product as though they were participating in a live demo.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Navattic to create interactive, self-paced tutorials for eLearning solutions for product training scenarios. The Navattic solution's easy-to-use out-of-the-box features allow us to develop high-quality solutions in a fraction of the time of our prior processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not currently an option to override the pronunciation of your text-to-speech solution in the platform today. We are using a workaround solution outside of Navattic to manage this solution today.

Also, there currently is not a way to download videos that were uploaded to the Navattic platform today, so we have needed to build an in-house solution for managing version controls of assets that have been uploaded into Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing instructor-led "follow my click" solutions with an automated solution without decreasing the content of our training solution.
