It gives me a detailed analysis of which workflow the prospect has spent the most time on. This helps me to highlight those pain areas to have deeper discussions
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we know how many people access the same link to view the demo workflow within the org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know what my potential buyers interests are towards our product, this in term helps me understand their pattern.

A powerful tool for product education

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a powerful addition to our toolkit, giving prospective users an interactive experience that feels much more organic than a video or static screenshots. With Navattic, we can reach a much broader audience with a personalized product experience—without the friction of scheduling a live demo with a sales rep.

We especially value the ability to personalize demos using UTM parameters, as well as the flexibility to adjust captures and redact confidential information. These features let us tailor experiences for different audiences while maintaining control over sensitive details.

Our team uses Navattic across the funnel—from top-of-funnel lead generation on our website to more targeted feature guides for existing users. The Salesforce integration has been especially impactful, allowing us to incorporate demo engagement into how we score and manage leads at scale.

Overall, Navattic has enabled us to showcase our product in a modern, scalable, and user-friendly way that resonates with both prospects and customers.

Great customer support, manageable learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
With an ever-evolving platform, there are ongoing maintenance requirements to ensure our demos match our product. Navattic has introduced the ability to auto-detect existing elements on new captures, which definitely helps, we'd love to see additional focus on this to help simplify the process further!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to facilitate asynchronous demos for prospective users at scale, solving for the inefficency of live, resource-intensive demos.

As a marketing lead, I’m always looking for tools that not only make my team’s job easier but also move the needle for the business. Navattic delivers on both fronts. The platform is incredibly intuitive to use-allowing us to spin up engaging, persona-specific demos without needing heavy design or dev support. What makes it even more powerful is the variety of use cases: from top-of-funnel promotion and lead generation, to customer training and enablement, to internal education. It’s truly a marketer’s dream to have one tool that can flex across the entire journey. Best of all, the performance speaks for itself-our interactive demos consistently drive stronger engagement and measurable results compared to traditional content.

Simplified way to create demos

  • September 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Navattic is to use - the interface is intuitive and doesn't require a steep learning curve. At the same time, it's feature-rich, which makes it really powerful. I like that it covers all the key capabilities you'd need to build a polished, engaging demo from start to finish, without having to piece together different tools. It's a great balance between simplicity and depth, which makes it efficient and versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i've noticed is that while Navattic is feature-rich, it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming at first when deciding which features to uses for a specific demo. I think a bit more in-app guidance or best practice recommendations would make the experience even smoother. Aside from that, there isn't much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it super easy to show off a product without needing to set up a full live demo or rely on long videos. Clients can just click through and explore on their own, which save a ton of time and makes the experience much more engaging for them. The biggest win is that it takes a lot of the friction out of the process - prospects get to see the value right away, and it leaves a stronger impression than static screenshots would.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engaging Demos Made Easy, But Comes at a Cost

  • September 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create engaging, no-code product demos that feel like an actual product experience without requiring engineering resources. I love how flexible it is for sales and marketing use cases—whether it’s embedding demos on a landing page, arming the sales team with guided flows, or tracking user engagement to see what resonates. The analytics are especially valuable, as they help us understand buyer intent and optimize follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does have a learning curve—terms like “flows” and “captures” take time to get used to, and building the first demo can feel tedious. Customization options, especially for mobile responsiveness, are somewhat limited compared to competitors, and the editing interface could be smoother. Finally, pricing is on the premium side, which can make it a tough fit for smaller teams that want to experiment before fully committing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the challenge of showing product value early in the buyer journey without relying on engineering resources or scheduling live demos. Instead of static screenshots or lengthy videos, prospects can interact with a guided product experience on their own time. This has shortened our sales cycles, increased engagement on marketing campaigns, and given our reps powerful insights into which features matter most to each buyer. The result is a more efficient funnel, higher conversion rates, and a smoother handoff between marketing and sales.

Showcase for Async Walkthroughs

  • September 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have a SaaS product that has time- and sequence-dependent workflows that are difficult to present through a sales demo environment. Navattic provides the ability to show workflows across time and even user types to present an end-to-end snapshot for our customers. What makes it even easier is that new screenshots with 90% of the same page layoff (e.g. showing a small new feature), Navattic auto-detects existing elements that have triggers and reconnects things without the manual setup. We performing a lot of invisible steps with element triggers, so this feature is invaluable. We've even started using it for internal enablement training. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, no complaints. The horizontal step scrolling can get a bit cumbersome (e.g. we have 40+ steps in some demos), but it's just awkward and not a restriction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our alternative is supporting a sales demo environment which is labor intense given our multiple timing and sequence-dependent workflows. Engineers needed to update user states and reset timed tasks which has 0 value-add to the core product. That time > labor > expense savings is well worth the investment.
