Great Interactive Demo plug-in for Landing Page
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build, share and track impact. Visitors love this experience and we're seeing double digit improvement on page conversion rate. Strong PLG play.

Integration with native/in-house build forms can be supported in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is easy to use and allows me to create high quality clickable demos for a variety of different uses. It's intuitive and simple to use, but has an array of more powerful features that allow for advanced demo creation. Due to the variety of editing tools and sources to capture info, I can high quality visual demos even if the product is not in a fully finalized state, allowing me to get ahead of launches/updates/etc. Customers and internal team members both love the clickable demos!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but I wish I could do the same level of editing with uploaded screenshots as I can with captured screenshots. I know this isn't a simple update, but it would be major! Right now I sometimes I have to use other tools to do some editing before I upload a screenshot; however, this use case is more niche and not something I do daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been a game changer for us and prospects. It gives us the ability to showcase our software in a hands on and engaging way. Since using it in our prospecting activities, we have noticed an increase in engagement and responses.

Without access to the live environment we can showcase Virtana use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The demos are easy to build and even easier to edit later on. They allow us to get as granular as we want in showcasing how our tech products work and benefit users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are slightly limited. Wish we could see original source used to access a demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us let prospective customers see and "feel" our products remotely and at their own leisure. In our industry, users need to see things to believe and understand how they will improve existing processes — our Navattic demos make that a simple thing to provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I also love the new feature where you can take screenshots with one click of a mouse and AI will auto generate the steps and text for each. Easy to share internally and externally for enablement or feature capability demos. I also like that you can rename the URL so everyone knows exactly what the link is before clicking into it. Our CSM was super helpful in getting new users onboarded. We use navattic every single time we have a new feature to announce. This is one of the most powerful tools we have from an enablement/adoption/onboarding standpoint. I couldn't imagine not having Navattic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few clicks to find what you're looking for but overtime you eventually know where the beacons, hidden back/next button, etc. are nested under. I wish this was an in-app guide vs an external link. The AI auto screen capture/descriptions are almost always inaccurate. We ended up turning it off an manually capturing images otherwise we'd end up with 50+ captures for a 5 step guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped us onboard our employees and our customers quicker than ever before! It's an easy visual step by step guide on how a new feature works or how to set something up. It's a game changer. Much more fun to learn this way than reading support docs or watching videos. It's at the users own pace and we can track analytics on how often each navattic is being used. We're also able to customize the URL name whether that be a full platform demo, or onboarding flow, or feature tour. It's been easy to update year over year current guides with updated images, messaging, etc. so we're not starting from scratch every time.

Then dashboards made for clean editing and I was able to create modern looking product tours.

Some glitches when trying to put things into drafts.

It shows specific features of my product without the user needing to fill out a form.
Great interactive self-guided tours - easy to put together
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great way to provide a self-guided experience for someone who is interested in your software to get a first-hand experience of a platform. The self-guided tours are also very easy to put together. Its a critical piece of our content strategy. They also intergate with Salesforce and many other platforms. Its a great tool for lead gen, event follow up, and use in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. For content strategy - It is important to use it in the right stage of your buyer journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't do free trials of our software. This is a great alternative to give an interactive experience of our platform while buyers are doing their own research.

Navattic continues to be one of the best platforms for creating demos. I’ve tried multiple tools, and none come close to what Navattic offers. They’ve recently updated the UI, making it even more intuitive and user-friendly, which enhances the overall experience. The best part about Navattic remains their exceptional support team—always available and ready to help.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, allowing you to create step-by-step guides with on-screen narration for any web-based experience. This has been very helpful in providing guidance to customers on the most commonly used features, which in turn helps reduce the volume of incoming support calls.

I can't think of anything. The UI is pretty straightforward.

This tool allows you to address the most frequent customer queries through a single, straightforward demo that is simple to set up. You can also reuse these solutions for similar questions in the future. I found it easy to use and not time-consuming, and it delivers highly effective results with the intended audience.
