What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Navattic is how intuitive the platform is for building interactive demos. In just a few steps, you can create personalized product experiences that allow prospects to understand the solution without the need for long implementations or lengthy sales calls. This is especially valuable for software products like ours, since it makes an intangible solution feel accesible.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, what I like the least is that some integrations could be deeper to make it even easier to connect with other marketing and sales tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve the challenge of showing the value of our software in a simple and engaging way. Since software can often feel abstract or intangible, interactive demos make the product feel real and tangible for prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use solution and interface with highly customizable options.
Their support team is outstanding of fixing any issue you may find with some HTML code. I faced this a couple of times and they fixed it ina couple of hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a specific thing that I dislike from the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making realistic demos allowing customers to experience the product in easy way, without the effort of implementation and configuration.

Great Product, Easy to Use and Continue to Innovate

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to create powerful demos. I primarily use it for sales-focused demos that I make for our extended sales team. It has changed how our teams do discoveries and intro demos to prospects. We have also used it for product releases and embedded it into our knowledge page for current customers to learn about those releases.

I have used Navattic for 4 years and all the challenges I have had over the year have been updated. The functionality started very basic, and it would take me a long time to create flows; now the creation time is minimal, and there are a lot more capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we have is probably more on using Navattic to it's potential. We generally make demos and only make slight updates every few months. We are not using it for lead generation or other capabilities. The team has helped us explore capabilities, but we haven't taken any advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation! The new copilot helps to make training and demos quick and easy. Once our demo is created, we can add it to our LMS, which makes the learning experience more beneficial. It added the hands-on experience for our learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more administrator control, such as Product filtering/tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating the hands-on experience for our learners.

Nothing so far, it's really helped me handle almost every use case.

Creating product demos, especially video is difficult and takes time. This lets me be autonomous and create videos by myself and very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Navattic's theme/link customization capabilities really valuable because they allow us to align messaging with specific segments, which improves relevance and increases engagement. I also appreciate the analytics and engagement insights, as they help prioritize high-intent leads effectively. The AI-assisted content generation is great for speeding up demo creation. Additionally, I love the customer support from Navattic and the regional product workshop, which have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration flexibility: It would be valuable if Navattic offered deeper integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Planhat to better support workflow reporting and closed-loop tracking. Deeper analytics customization: Enhanced reporting capabilities, particularly more granular tracking of view visits and engagement would help us better measure performance and optimize demos based ono user behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic enables on-demand demos and self-serve exploration, eliminating the need to schedule live demos. It supports campaign performance through customization, analytics, and AI content writing, allowing better alignment with target segments and speeding up demo creation.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows both clients and other internal stakeholders to own their own software experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are menus within menus within menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have spend hours with both clients and internal stakeholders walking through the software solution, but now with Navattic, they can own that experience in a curated environment that showcases the features and highlights the benefits without danger of exposing software weaknesses, getting lost or discovering concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been really impressed with the customer support. Whenever I had a question, the team responded in under 24 hours, which was a huge help as I was new to the platform. They’ve been incredibly accommodating in helping us tailor Navattic to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues so far. The platform has met our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helped us showcase our platform to potential customers with no strings attached. Since we provide banking solutions to SMBs, it was important to give them a way to experience what the interface looks like without requiring any commitment. This has made it much easier for prospects to explore our product and understand the value upfront.

What do you like best about the product?
Really great way to help potential customers understand the product, easy to share, easy to make. Easy to use and start, and the customer success folks are amazing. They really seem to want to listen to customers and make the product better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still kinda buggy - though I suppose that's how almost all software is these days. Little things around usability, the mobile demos, certain options around being able to save work, etc. It all would really benefit from a hearty round of QA and usability testing. It's a great product and I'd recommend it heartily, but I think it could be a lot slicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to find a way for partners and internal champions at companies to be able to gain interest in our product. This asynchronous demo model is brilliant because it lets people see what the product is, what it's about, etc. ahead of time, but also without needing to commit to watching a full video. We've gotten a ton of great feedback on it from the field.

What do you like best about the product?
Our overall experience has been excellent. The support team consistently responds quickly, provides updates, shares best practices, assists with building demos, and reviews your work. They are truly dedicated to supporting your success. The product is also easy to learn and use.

I have not come across any issues or dislikes!

Marketing can present new product features, updates, and detailed product walkthroughs to customers immediately.
