Awesome Interactive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to create engaging, interactive demos that boost engagement and help people clearly understand and visualize our product. As a single-person marketing team, it has been a game changer and it is extremely easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It has been easy to use, and when I have wanted certain features or "nice to haves," the team has been really quick to take note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing personalized demos to prospects to understand how to better use the platform.

The Product is super flexible and easy to use and the people are wonderful to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and constant innovation. The Navattic team continues to make the platform better and easier to use with AI, while also pushing forward with new ways to create and distribute demos. This helps us get more value from the work the Solutions Consulting team has already done, and it enables Sales to be more engaging and stay top-of-mind with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Navattic. Over the last 9 months they have innovated a released tons of new features and workflows, and that has been challenging to keep up with, but that's on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is solving the problem of market penetration, sales engagement, distribution and resource management. Navattic acts as a fulcrum that we leverage to amplify sales engagement and track it, speed up sales cycles, and expand our Marketing and Solutions Consultant reach without adding head count.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has completely changed how I drive demand and tell our product story. It’s incredibly easy to build polished, interactive demos (especially for non-visual products like APIs) and showcase value in a guided, narrative-driven way.
I’ve implemented Navattic at two different companies now because it consistently delivers: higher-quality leads, fewer unqualified form fills, and more meaningful engagement from both prospects and internal teams. The UI is intuitive, the features are robust, and the support team (especially our CSM!) has been top-tier. It feels like they’ve thought of everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing I’d call a downside, Navattic just works. If I was forced to think of something, there’s always a bit of internal enablement needed to get sales or CS teams using guided demos consistently, but that’s more of a process issue on our side, not a Navattic thing. From a tooling standpoint, it’s exceeded expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us solve two major problems: (1) generating higher-quality leads and (2) clearly communicating product value (especially for a product that isn’t visual, like APIs).
Before Navattic, we had a lot of low-quality inbound leads and struggled to qualify interest early in the funnel. Now, with guided demos embedded on our site and in outbound, we’re attracting prospects who have a much better understanding of what we do making then more likely to convert.

Overview, Navattic is a great and light weight product for application demo.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use with almost zero learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of vendor lock-in as everything is hosted on Navattic cloud. Would be great to allow package download.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As product enablement team on Cisco, we are managing live demo environments to showcase the latest and greatest Cisco cloud technologies. Live demo is great but with some short-comes:
1. The environments are read-only. Navattic demo simulations allow us to capture the configuration steps and let demo users to walk through them without changing the live environments.
2.Continuous application updates/changes cause challenges to the content management. Navattic demo flows deliver the always consistent experiences to our demo users. When the app is updated, we can easily update the flows/demos.

Ease of access
What do you like best about the product?
It's very eay to learn and use. The interface is intuitive. The Support Team is quick to answer questions and resolve concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could definitely use more features. Since I use it for creating interactive demos for training, I'd like to see some features for inserting knowledge check or quiz items, like true or false or multiple choice.

Creating accessible learning simulations.

You can easily take screenshots and have potential clients review your site without having to sign up

It's helping clients see our site in depth before commiting.
One of the best walkthrough solutions out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and and its easy it is to add screens from your app into the guided walkthroughs you build. Its also easy to update the walkthroughs when you have a new update or something has changed in your platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to update the screenshots with an API so its always up to date. It also could use some more automation via AI or other means. I also could use more tools to edit the screenshots in app instead of updating them outside Navattic and then uploading the new image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a walkthrough solution for our platform giving our users an alternative to meeting with one of our experts.
Best sales tool for startup founders
What do you like best about the product?
As CTO of a startup, demoing my product is always the least favorite part of my day. Why you might ask? Because there is always some bug that magically appears right when i share my screen. Instead or running so many live demos, I can simply share my interactive demo with potential customers. Its awesome

Getting the demo correct took a few iterations to get my demo perfect but the support answered immediately and help me with issues i was having

Easy to use and huge impact on product marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Setting it up and creating tours is simple. You can customize the tour extensively as well, gating, adding CTAs, descriptions, etc as needed. Tracking and analytics is in-built, and the embed capabilities make it super flexible for all our needs. This product helped us get a huge uptick in live demos and have become a primary asset for sales and marketing. A picture is worth a thousand words, and Navattic proves that.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't truly have any complaints, it would be cool to have a way to direct users to other demos directly from within the Navattic tour. Picture a screen at the beginning or end of the tour with a list of integrations to choose from, the logo displayed next to each, and the user can continue from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product can be complex to explain, and has numerous functionalities. Having an interactive product tour helps us get these complex ideas across in a very simple, digestible way. Prospects continue their journey having better understood what we actually offer, giving us more qualified meetings. Moreover, we have a way to offer an alternative to a live demo for smaller prospects we don't have sales capacity for.
