A Fantastic Solution for Driving Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic gives people a whole new, low lift way to explore our product that we never had before. We found that people aren't always ready to start a trial or book a call – Navattic is the perfect solution for bridging this gap. Not only does it increase engagement on our landing pages and reveals valuable intent data, but it also better qualifies leads for our sales team. People who take navattic tours know what to expect of the product and have specific questions heading into a demo. This is super valuable to our sales process.
But perhaps the best part about Navattic is the team. Everything from the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing support has been wonderful. They care about their customers and are always there to tackle the hard problems right along with you. Working with them has been a pleasure.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the native reporting is not super intuitive and could use some refinement, and at times the app responsiveness in the back end of the demo design process can be buggy (pages not opening, buttons not responding, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic gives people who aren't ready to book a demo or start a trial a low-effort way to interact with and learn about our product, all while sending valuable intent data to our sales team. It also is a great way to create mico-experiences for valuable parts of our product which we can inject in content pieces and product updates.
Super intuitive and has every feature I can think of
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and how easy it is to build a tour. Then, layer in all of the additional functionality -- recordings, voice overs, etc -- it covers all bases! Plus we have a great CSM, Ryan, who is there to answer any questions
What do you dislike about the product?
I truthfully don't have any complaints about the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self guided product tours on our website. It's showing our prospects snippets of our platform
*The* go-to for B2B product tours
What do you like best about the product?
This is a fantastic tool with a great team behind it.
I love how much they listen to their customers and evolve their product roadmap to meet changing needs. I also love how deeply you can customize tours to ensure you can mask unwanted data, personalize, etc.. It's really a great platform for B2B Saas marketers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had some prior issues with limited form fields, but they have made some big changes and improvements here. My only other request would be a better way to handle pages that scroll on for too long - it just tends to make the formatting a bit wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us warm up leads who are entering our funnel and it drives leads to fill in our demo form. We also use it to customize content for webinars and sales demos.
Intuitive and Powerful, with Room for Smoother Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is one of the most intuitive demo-building tools I’ve used. They update the software frequently, keeping pace with both industry trends and necessary feature improvements. I primarily use Navattic to build interactive demos, and one of my favorite features is the ability to seamlessly use both screenshots and live front-end website captures through the Chrome extension. It makes our demos at Enverus feel far more immersive and engaging for end users.
I often build mockups of our website to show proposed updates, which makes it much easier to communicate changes with internal teams. Rather than relying on static mockups or long explanation threads, I can show exactly what I want updated, making collaboration across teams much smoother.
Overall, Navattic is a fantastic tool with great core functionality, and if they address some of these small UX tweaks, it’ll go from great to exceptional.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like most software platforms, organizing demos is a little clunky. While you can label demos for filtering, a smoother experience would be having drag-and-drop functionality or the ability to bulk-edit labels. This is a minor issue, but addressing it would significantly improve usability.
Another area that could use refinement is the front-end demo builder. When capturing elements via web code, highlighting or boxing in specific sections doesn’t always feel precise. The tool offers options to highlight sections, but placement can be finicky and sometimes feels like trial and error rather than a streamlined process.

Before Navattic, building engaging, interactive demos often required technical resources or complicated tools. Navattic simplifies this with an intuitive interface and Chrome extension.
Explaining website changes or product updates to cross-functional teams (like design, web, or product teams) often relied on static screenshots or written explanations, which can be unclear and misinterpreted.
Traditional demos can feel static or disconnected from the actual product experience. It's hard to create an immersive feel without high production effort.
Benefits: create high-quality, interactive demos without engineering support, using both screenshots and live front-end captures; quickly mock up website changes by editing on-screen text, making it easier to align stakeholders and pitch updates effectively;

Simple, powerful, and backed by a great team!
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Navattic to create interactive demos for our website translation solution, Weglot, and it’s been a very smooth experience. I was first worried that it might be technically complicated to set up but it was very clear that I ended up making multiple dedicated demos.
We’ve seen strong results in engagement and conversions in our interactive demos. It’s a practical way to let potential users explore the product before signing up and it's a quick win for marketing teams.
You can also make demos to highlight or preview specific features and use the analytics data to inform your other marketing action. For example if a specific step is getting more traction, you can make a video or article about the concerning topic.
The team behind Navattic really deserve an extra mention. They’re always working on improvements and regularly checking in to make sure you get the best value from the tool. Their attention to customer care makes a big difference.
If you’re looking for a simple way to show your product in action, Navattic is a solid choice, I highly recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. If there are ever any improvement points, the team is very reactive to work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to give our potential users an engaging way to experience our tool, without having to commit.
Intuitive, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
We've had a fantastic experience with Navattic from day one. The team is consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.
The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to get up and running with. We've not only used it for customer-facing interactive demos, but also found real value leveraging it internally. It's become a flexible and reliable part of our toolkit.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes - but when creating demos of mobile apps for mobile viewing, I’d love more options/flexibility for displaying full-screen screenshots with tooltip copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously ran live and simulive demos each month, which were time-consuming to set up and manage. With Navattic, our prospects can access an interactive demo on their own time, whenever it suits them. It’s made our demo process far more scalable and efficient.
It’s also helped us communicate our offering more clearly - when people can experience the product for themselves, they tend to grasp our value and key differentiators much faster

Easy to Use & Implement
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic was easy to use, to build product tours and add CTAs. It was also easy to implement on our site. The customer support has been amazing. Very responsive and quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gated experience design could be better. When you need to gate the product tour, the visual isn’t modern and it’s not easy to customize the look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not everyone wants to contact sales to see a demo. Navattic allows us to showcase our product demo on the site.
Leveraging Navattic in support, Onboarding , and Adoption!Scalable Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has completely changed how we approach product enablement. The ability to create guided, interactive walkthroughs without engineering support has allowed our team to deliver microlearning modules that are both engaging and scalable. We love how easy it is to break down complex workflows into digestible, self-paced experiences. It’s intuitive, flexible, and integrates seamlessly into our onboarding and training ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, we’d love to see more advanced analytics around user engagement and drop-off points to help us fine-tune our demos even further. I've wished for the ability to add a voiceover to the projects for those who like a more YouTube expirience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic to streamline onboarding and training by embedding interactive demos right into our enablement flow. Paired with automation through Zapier and Jira, we’ve built a pretty smooth system: a new-user form kicks off everything—Slack channels get created, Jira epics spin up, and a structured set of onboarding tasks fires automatically.
Navattic fits perfectly into that motion. It gives users just-in-time learning at the exact moment they need it, and it’s easy for us to maintain and keep current as things change. The end result has been real: we’ve cut down time-to-value and noticeably improved user confidence.

Product demos that let us tailor our value to segments
What do you like best about the product?
With Navattic, we can get past the high-level "look what features we have" and combine value-based messaging with product demos. Now we can tell our customers the story of why our features solve their problem in a way others can't, while proving it with the product. As a CRM it can be really difficult to really convey your value quickly and concisely in a way that resonates with everyone. But now we don't have to - we can tailor the tour to each segment and the message.
Some other things that stand out:
- guideded tour translation
- recording videos in the guided tours
- the ability to edit the product interface to remove content like "test" names. This removes the need to have and maintain a separate demo account.

What do you dislike about the product?
The design capabilities aren't super customizable, but that's a teeny tiny drop in the bucket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our platform is constantly changing and it's impossible to keep up with maintaining demo materials for sales and marketing purposes. Navattic lets create demos in a day, or edit existing demos without having to completely start over. We can now create more demos with more tailored messaging because we don't have the burden of trying to keep them up to date.
Interactive demo's are a must-have, Navattic is therefore a must-have too
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is great. Be it for bigger interactive demo's where we show our vast set of features, or for smaller step-by-step guides as part of our help center. Creating a demo takes minutes, whereas before it would take hours to build it ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo overview can get a bit cluttered when you have lots of them for different teams and use cases. A folder structure would be great to organise everything neatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a feature-rich SaaS tool which solves a wide range of problems for our customers. Creating guides took us a lot of time. Navattic helps us create interactive demo's quickly and with ease, so we can explain the value of our product in a compact, user friendly way.
