Navattic is changing how we sell our software

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is incredibly simple to use, and their auto-generating of captions is mind blowing. I was able to onboard myself to the product, making implementation super easy. The team is very responsive when we need help. We are using the product almost every day, with every prospect. Integrating with existing tools has been as simple as clicking a few buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. The product has been a delight to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the problem of getting prospects to understand complex features, in an easy manner. It eliminates the jankiness of Loom videos, and provides a much more professional experience.

The best demo automation software available

What do you like best about the product?
This software has revolutionized the way our company presents information, both internally and externally to our customers. This is super valuable because we're a CPaaS, and our products and processes can be pretty complicated. Navattic simplifies the "how" around so much of what we need our teams and customers to know. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, which is why we're using it for more and more products and processes. The UI is robust for features and capabilities, and is very user friendly. The steps for creating flows make sense as I was able to teach our team in one training on how to use it. And all the different sharing methods are great. And finally, the metrics are greatly appreciated and provide a lot of good insight into customer behavior and encourage additional engagement from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the little things require a lot of clicks like adding a button, and it could be a bit more intuitive in terms of adding small elements like that. Perhaps a side bar to act like a "toolbox" would be helpful and even with a drag and drop ability for adding such items to the flow. It would be nice to have the ability to move a flow to a different demo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CPaaS, we have a lot of complex products and each product can mean a different method of integration for our customers. The Navattic demos are being viewed (as we can see from the analytics) and customers have voiced how helpful they are! This has been super encouraging because all this amounts to more time for our team, and better experience for our customers. We have a variety of different products, so we've created a bunch of different demos for each product and how customers can enable them. The demos are better than sending just another guide that customers may or may not read. Not only are we able to show the customers exactly what they need to do, but we're able to it in a very professional and efficient manner. We're saving time while improving the customer experience. Another great thing is that Navattic is very flexible in how it can be used. Several teams within our company (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc) have used and seen its capabilities and everyone agrees that any effort put into creating flows, is always worth it! Because of this, we're constantly looking for ways to use Navattic because it always adds value to what it's applied to. We also just had a new, important and large process that we've rolled out for customers, and we used a Navattic demo as the main instruction for our customers to follow

Great product for demos

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and fast. The extension allow me to capture everything in a very easy way and use it in my demos.
The customer support is great, they are always ready to help you out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is not saving the capture mods correctly. I would love having some more graphic and exporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create demos without writing code or implemeting complex libraries in my platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and easy to share what you've created with anyone. Many different teams can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some steps are very manual, would be nice to have more copy and paste functions between different paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Navattic to create walkthroughs of HR programs to share with new hires to educate them on how to use the program. They are easy to follow and informative. Employees like it too.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is one of those rare tools that punches way above its weight. We’re a small marketing team with big goals, and Navattic helps us look polished and professional. The interactive demos are a perfect way to show (not just tell) what our product can do — and they’ve become one of our best-performing assets. Couldn’t recommend it more for lean teams looking to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a bit of time to get fully comfortable using the tool — but the Help Center is packed with great walkthroughs, and our account rep was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend leaning on both early on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the “show, don’t tell” problem for product marketing. Instead of relying on static screenshots or dense product pages, we can give prospects an actual hands-on feel for the product before they ever book a demo. That’s been a game changer for lead quality, time-to-conversion, and brand credibility. It lets us scale our product story across channels without needing extra bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple, affordable, easy to setup. and easy to embedding in your own website. Navattic has everything I we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides for Navattic - it's one of the few products that feels like it has zero feature bloat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upfront proof is so important in our space. Navattic makes it easy to capture and showcase the amazing product we've built - and turn it into lead gen. With Navattic, prospects come in a lot warmer, with a better idea of where they want to dig into for their demos.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easily I can present the tutorials created by our team.

As for the implementation side, I'm not entirely sure, but based on the feedback from our team, it appears to be quite intuitive. I use it frequently, and it has been tremendously helpful for me.

I started using it more for the demo aspect as a CSM. It helps me spread the information on the new products we work on.

UPDATE:
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing is that I am not able to remove the titles of the demos sometimes.

UPDATE: I am still not able to figure this thing out.

UPDATE: It seems that there a shortcut that can help with that so I appreciate the way you handled that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating interacive demos for our customers. Providing our customer better visual immersive experience.

Easy to learn and use, great for building custom product tours

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pick up and use, capturing product screenshots works great, product tours look nice, and it's easy to spin up more product tours for very specific use cases and even individual prospects. No installation or hefty setup required so we got going very quickly. It's something we check and use pretty often, building new product tours for specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customization and functionality is limited which does make sense and make it easier to use and launch tours, but for advanced users it'd be great to be able to do more advanced/custom blocks and customize the look and feel further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing and building product tours to give our prospects a quick walkthrough and tour, encouraging them to convert to the next step

Great tool for interactive demos

What do you like best about the product?
The Navattic team is phenomenal to work with. We've seen a great impact in conversion rates to live demos from leads that have interacted with our Navattic demos compared to not. The tool is also really easy to integrate with Hubspot, so we have excellent tracking and data at our fingertips. We use Navattic frequently and are always looking for more ways to get it in front of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had better ways to organize/segment demos within the product but that is feedback that we've given to the Navattic team and our CAM has been able to provide suggestions on how to best work within any limitations for the time being.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many SAAS tools, our product sells itself better when someone can experience it on their own. Navattic is helping us bridge the gap between leads and our sales team by giving them a taste of what the product can do for them. It has increased our conversion rate to live demo compared to instances when we don't use the interactive demos.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to justify my work. Their integrations, javascript code, and playbooks is something I can't live without. This brings a lot more attention to Navattic and more usage from the rest of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If our engineering team takes too many shortcuts building our own product, then it looks messy on the HTML captures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it takes 4 calls with our team until a prospect gets to see the product. In my opinion, that's unacceptable so we're adding Navattic demos much earlier in the buying journey.
