Navattic Engaged Case Status Review
What do you like best about the product?
Great for a quick and easy demo of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues through my experience but I am on the sales side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing people the product easily & brining people to schedule meetings
Incredible sales enablement tool with a great team to work with behind it
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and set up, great team to work with and will answer questions, incredible sales enablement tool and leave-behind for our customer evangelists who want to help get excitement going from different levels/departments
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile demos are still a little clunky in terms of translating them from the desktop demos to mobile. I can tell they're still working out a few of those kinks in terms of usability and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're leaning really heavily into Navattic as a sales enablement strategy and have enjoyed it a lot. This has been a great leave-behind for sales teams and evangelists to help explain our products and services without having to schedule demos. Once you understand the basics of how to use the product, it's really easy to use and set up.
The team we've worked with at Navattic has been really great as well. They've been super responsive to all my questions, happy to work through things, and receptive to feedback. They've also been great about helping us set things up and giving storyboarding templates to work from to help get us going. (Those were REALLY helpful and brass tacks - something I super super super appreciate.)

Seamless, Scalable Interactive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
The Navattic platform has been instrumental in helping us scale digital onboarding and accelerate the buyer journey by giving prospects a hands-on, self-serve experience. The platform fits right into our workflows, and we were able to get up and running quickly without much lift.
On top of that, their customer support team is super responsive, knowledgeable, and always proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, I’d say the capture and editing tools could be a bit more intuitive. Once you’ve built your first experience, things click into place, but streamlining that part of the process would make creating new demos even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems it helped us solve:
1) Lack of scalable, engaging product education to show value quickly without a live demo or lengthy onboarding.
2) Slow, manual buyer journeys without interactive demos embedded in our website and campaigns.
The biggest benefit: We’re able to deliver a high-impact product experience earlier in the buyer journey—and do it at scale.

Navattic Review
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use and a very powerful tool within what i do for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me a little bit of time to get used to the terminology
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This simplifies our use of showcasing our product to potential new clients + educating current business on our platform with ease.
Good for reviews, not so simple to build
What do you like best about the product?
We can customize anything in navattic, create custom demos and paths.
We can create some custom personalization to send to specific customer and so on.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning path is a bit hard for business users, but it's simple when you undestand the demo construction model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create complex demo environment without infrastructure and personalization for each customer
Easy to Use and Insightful Demo Engagement Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool for tracking engagement with our recorded demos. As a system admin, I’ve found it very easy to work with — both in terms of setup and day-to-day use. Integrations with our core CRM and marketing automation platform were straightforward, allowing us to connect demo engagement data directly into our workflows. It’s been a valuable addition to our tech stack, giving the team clear visibility into how prospects interact with our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a less frequent user, I find that reviewing analytics directly within the Navattic platform isn’t the most intuitive, it can take a bit of clicking around to get what I need. That said, it’s not a major issue for us, as most of the insights and analysis come from the data we extract to CRM and use elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to showcase our solutions to both potential and existing customers in an interactive way. It helps us clearly communicate our capabilities without needing a live demo every time. We can track engagement with each demo to understand what’s resonating and where improvements might be needed. It’s also a valuable asset in our lead generation efforts, helping us qualify interest based on actual interaction.
Interesting and new app
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the blur and delete feature where in I could blur or remove individual features on the screenshots. What amazed me further was that when I deleted something from a dropdown, the relevant feature below the deleted feature moved up to look clean and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popups on the screen to add instructions or labels on the screen cover a major part of the screen. However, I would like to explore and discover the app more and would be glad to share an updated feedback.

Great for making self serve videos
What do you like best about the product?
As a PMM at SpotDraft, Navattic has been a great addition to our tech stack. It is our go-to tool for making self-serve videos for our GTM teams. I am always looking forward to what Navattic is releasing in its features
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit more intuitive. It can get a bit difficult to use, especially when there are too many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves two key problems for us at SpotDraft: first, it helps us educate prospects earlier in the journey by letting them explore the product without needing a login or a sales call. Second, it fills the gap when we don’t have live demo environments ready—our sales team can still showcase specific features through interactive demos. This has helped us improve lead quality, accelerate sales conversations, and reduce dependency on engineering or product teams to build custom demo flows.
Navattic makes product insights interactive and accessible for your audience
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Navattic since 2024 for a clickable product demo, directly integrated into our Website. This continuously works well for us, as it helps visitors to independently access actual product insights and get a first feel on how the solution works - while we keep full control over it. This leads to a better base understanding of new prospects on how our solutions work.
On top of that, Navattic's strong customer focus really stands out - the team is clearly dedicated to understanding user needs and continuously integrating feedback into the product. They are also very proactive when it comes to making sure you have everything you need to get started with their solution.
Their free plan is particularly impressive: it's feature-rich and provides everything you need to start building interactive demos right away. It’s a great way to explore the tool’s potential with minimal friction.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any major drawbacks with the tool or the Navattic team. The experience has been consistently positive.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the jump in pricing from the excellent free plan to the first paid tier. Depending on your use case, this might be a barrier for smaller teams or early-stage companies looking to scale gradually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to provide website visitors a clear and intuitive overview of the key features aof our (explanation-heavy) solution - presented in a simple, structured, and accessible way, right where and when it matters most. This way, people can independently collect a first understanding on how our solutions work, which helps with a better preparation for actual talks once they happen.
