Exactly what I needed for interactive demos

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to learn complicated video editing software when I want to build a cool demo video PLUS I get an interactive demo EXPERIENCE when I use Navattic. I just want all the 'click here' and 'do this & that' activities including features like beacons. With Navattic, I just perform the steps I need to demo and capture snapshots along the way. Then I clean it up so easily in the flow builder itself. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any big dislikes yet for me. Sure, there are ALWAYS little features one would like to see with any app, but it does what I need and I'm not seeing any major hangups in my use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating interactive demos that I can host on my product pages as well as use in other ways such as during webinars and in recorded videos.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most intuitive platform/saas i've ever used hands down. Every feature that you think "oh I wish they had this," turns out, they have. Navattic has done wonders for our product marketing. Great customer support as well. Can't recommend it enough
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight delay for analytics. Would be nice to be faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers and prospects long wished to have a sandboxed look at our platform. We checked out a few offerings in the demo space, and Navattic blew the rest out of the water. Navattic benefits us greatly by giving a gated, guided tour to our product

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
When a bug occurs, customer service is always highly proactive, offering support immediately. There has only been one instance where they couldn’t identify the cause, but the bug resolved itself shortly after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to provide demos to our potential clients

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy for our product education team to create interactive tours that help users experience how things work in our platform. The builder is intuitive and quick to use, so everyone on the team can create tours without needing technical support. This makes it very scalable and a great complement to video content, which takes longer to produce and maintain. The built-in analytics are also helpful; we can see how users are interacting with the tours and adjust them based on the data. Plus, their customer success manager is incredibly responsive and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is that the tours don’t run directly on our live platform. Instead, they use a static HTML replica, so users aren't interacting with the actual product. It would be great to have the option to guide users in real time within the live product environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us give users a hands-on experience with features without the time and effort of creating a full video. It's an ideal solution when we need to launch educational content quickly, and it helps drive user engagement directly from our Help Center.

Impressive guided workflow tool with a variety of use cases

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to set up a flow for guided tours and demos. Better than a slide show, but easier than doing a full product demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating flows that use multiple capture sources (e.g. mix of our platform, emails, external integrations) can be a bit annoying. Not as many options I'd like to combine different flows together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes client discovery calls way more efficient, gives us a guided tour we can use on our website, and provides a good training tool.

Navattic is very easy to use, it is intuitive and Navattic team keeps delivering new features and improvements based on your feedback and they are always there to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. Account views in the growth plan is good but the detection can be improved with more details in company information or a bit more information about the prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us to easily demonstrate our product to our prospects & clients and engage them. From generic product demos to "how to use" demos for our customer care teams, it solves a huge pain.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and onboarding are second to none. Ever have a question? Just start a live chat!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of nested menus and can sometimes be difficult to find exactly what you're looking for... but I've become so much quicker so quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created customer specific, feature specific, or conference ready demos. Its been a breeze!

Support – Alex from Navattic has been incredibly helpful, always going out of his way to find solutions for us. He's responsive and proactive with anything we need.

Exporting reports I need- So far I cannot find a way to export the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A faster, easier way to create e-learning by combining multiple modalities—such as demos, videos, and knowledge checks—using the Navattic platform.

What do you like best about the product?

If you’re working with complex software and want a seamless way to demonstrate value, I highly recommend giving Navattic a try.
