Easy to use for quick product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with low barrier to entry. Good for creating quick product clickthrough demos to help with adoption and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tools aren't quite there yet. Needs a bit more refining.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to use and customize. It lets us build interactive demos that really speak to different customer pain points and features. The analytics are super helpful for tracking engagement, and it integrates smoothly with our existing tools. Plus, the support team has been great - responsive and proactive throughout onboarding and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have small issues with about Navattic is the clunky link management - it’s not the most intuitive. Navigation within demos can also be limiting, especially when you can’t go back or return to the homepage easily. And occasionally, the app feels a bit slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us tackle a few key challenges: enabling self-service product exploration, reducing friction in early sales conversations, and aligning demo content with different buyer personas. It’s especially valuable for non-technical users who want a quick, interactive overview, and for technical buyers who need deeper, hands-on validation before trying it live.
Great tool for interactive demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is great for product tours and interactive demos on the website. It's easy to use, integrates well with systems and has great reporting abilities for folks engaging with the tours/demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some technical/dev skills for certain styling, but OOTB it's pretty easy to configure for your brand guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows prospects to see our product before requesting a demo. So much of the building experience involves showing the product, so we love that Navattic supports us to do so.

Easy to setup the guides for our sales demo of our product, product keeps getting better over time as well

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic enables us to showcase our capabilities in a simplified, engaging way for prospects and website visitors. We leverage multiple demos across different modules, and I especially value the extensive customization it offers. It has the the ability to hide sensitive data, so we can share with complete confidence.
I use it frequently for both TOFU and MOFU tactics. The HubSpot integration is particularly powerful, allowing us to capture every individual who engages with our demos.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get a grasp of it, its amazing and super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we don’t currently offer a free trial, Navattic fills that gap by giving prospects an interactive, hands-on experience with our product. It serves as a powerful lead magnet, engaging visitors at the very top of the funnel while also helping us qualify genuine interest much earlier in the journey.

Navattic is very useful to us on a daily basis in designing interactive demos. Whether it's for marketing, CSM or even customer service, the tool is a real asset for the end user.
Navattic is relatively easy to use and covers a wide range of scenarios.
In my opinion, its biggest strength is its customer service. Every ticket sent in is dealt with very quickly, and if necessary, all their teams coordinate to provide satisfaction. As a customer, that's very pleasant.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that despite some interesting dedicated features (such as a phone device frame), it's not possible to capture a mobile application. However, that's not why you choose Navattic, so it's a point to be tempered.

We needed to showcase our B2B products. We were looking for a compromise between the interactivity of a demo in a live environment and the elegance and flexibility of a video/illustration.
Navattic enabled us to achieve this very simply and, above all, to apply it to a wide range of situations: websites, tradeshows, sales meetings, onboarding and CSMs.

Nothing comes to mind and I have used the product heavily!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product marketing consultant I'm always looking for ways to help my clients tell their brand stories in ways that resonate with clients. One of the key things that buyers want these days is to see and understand the product and its value without having to book a demo with a sales person first. Navattic helps us do exactly that! It's quick and easy to take screenshots of the platform and put them together in a flow that tells a concrete story and guides customers to the next step of their sales journey. I recommend Navattic to nearly all my clients and I have yet to have one who is unsatisfied with the experience or our results.
We've been users for awhile and look forward to more!

It's super intuitive and easy to learn how to make demos, and in turn it's sper easy for our users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features of building demos can be a bit clunky. Would also LOVE demos for mobile versions of sites, different from the mobile version of demos.

Interactive demos for our more hands-on potential customers and learners.

What do you like best about the product?
As an AE, what I appreciate most about Navattic is how easy it makes it to create and share interactive product demos without needing engineering support. It's a great way to let prospects experience value upfront - especially early in the sales cycle. The no-code editor is intuitive, and being able to personalize demos for different personas or use cases has helped drive engagement and speed up qualification. It's also a helpful tool for aligning with marketing on product-led content.

Haven't found anything yet! So far it's great!
