An amazing and high-converting tool for showcasing our product

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic offers my prospects and web visitors a transparent and engaging way to understand the complexities of my product. Visitors who view a Navattic tour embedded onto our site are quantifiably more likely to later convert to become paying customers. The process of uploading, editing, and managing a tour in navattic is intuitive. Their customer support team are some of the best I've encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic's analytics tools are quickly advancing, but still leave a lot to be desired. While this doesn't interrupt the end user experience, I wish there were more robust ways to compare tour performance for conversions based on common trends (e.g language used in tour, content of tour, etc). These issues won't be relevant for teams who only want to host a handful of Navattic tours though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing my product to potential users, and improving conversion rates through increased transparency.

A gamechanger for us

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a fast, user-friendly way to show off your product. As someone in marketing, we often get requests to create demo videos of our products and features, but videos can be extremely time-consuming to make, and often the product is still being built so it's difficult to spend the effort making a video at that stage. Navattic demos are a super easy way to demonstrate the product and functionality with very little lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time getting used to, but once you understand it, it's fairly simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic enables our team to churn out demos for our various products and features. It helps us quickly showcase our product, and it's also useful as a presale tool. It's especially easy to update/edit demos as our product changes, and makes our team less reliant on video, which is very time-consuming to produce.

What do you like best about the product?
I continue to be impressed by the ease of use paired with the incredible capacity of the product. The fact that you can do so much and make a demo look so good, but the navigation is still easy and user-friendly is a welcome surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've continued to have issues with the inline embed on both Squarespace and Webflow. I also wish that the mobile version of the desktop view looked a little nicer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a beautiful SAAS product and were struggling to figure out the best way to show the depth and complexity of what our product is capable of to our users. Navattic gave us an easy and beautiful to showcase not only our design, but also our capabilities in a way that draws the viewer in and invites real focus.

Navattic makes click through demos a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE how easy it is to use. I upload my product screenshots, create each step with Modals or Tooltips and little highlights on certain aspects of the screenshot. I can also embed forms to capture leads as well. I like that Navattic makes it super simple to clone existing flows that worked and swap out copy & new screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I'm very happy with the Navattic tool. I know they have functionality to edit in dummy data if you're using HTML for your product screenshots. However, I often use PNG files. If Navattic had the ability to edit PNGs, that would be a game changer! I spend a ton of time getting screenshots edited to have more realistic information so this enhancement would accelerate the whole process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to show our customers and prospects key use cases within core products we offer. Ideally, we wanted to do so while also generating MQLs that sales could more easily convert to sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is the perfect solution for showcasing complex products to potential partners, so much so that I've implemented it at two companies now. It's easy to use, easy to implement, and the team is incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Having used it for several years now, I'm impressed with the way the team continues to up-level the product with new and helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing screens is a little funky with what code it does/does not pick up. But we've worked around that easily enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a compelling and engaging product that gets people excited when they see it. Navattic provides an easy way for users to see the product in action, and help them envision what it could look like at their organization.

AI-powered and intuitive demo building experience

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the investment in AI assistance to build demos, it has saved time by providing a solid starting point to edit from. There are also video effects either already implemented or on the roadmap (such as zooming in), which brings our demos to the next level. A classic feature I also really like are web captures, it makes the building experience really customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it really clunky that you can't save web captures and upload media files into the same folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to create a new channel to convert leads into prospects, while also providing an educational piece of content to raise awareness of our company's products.

Surprisingly Easy For All The Features & Options

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it just all is. Capturing the screens, connecting them, highlighting, adding text. Plus the HubSpot integration and features are really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is somewhat of a learning curve and it does take time to put together longer demos. But after the first 1-2 you get a lost faster, and really thats just what it takes to put together an impactful demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest differentiators in our software is the ease of use...which is really hard to show in text, still images and even video. But allowing the user to follow along and make some of the clicks themselves really help showcase certain "lightbulb" moments with our software. Not to mention we use these a lot for feature launches to help highlight new upgrades and changes and the impact they can have for existing customers. We're also slowly getting the ball rolling on using these within CX documentation and sales outreach efforts.

Great Product Demonstration Software

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic allows me to build and customize customer specific demonstrations without going through the arduous process of modifying our production software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Maps function interferes with actual maps on my software product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Configuring a live sandbox environment for a specific customer is a time consuming process while Navattic allows me to simply copy/paste from a previous demo and change a few key fields to make the process simple.

Ever-enhancing solution, oustanding customer success teams

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is super easy to use, creating an outstanding user experience. It also does a fantastic job replicating the look and feel of the actual solution while allowing for on-screen edits reflected in the tour. That's super handy for newish solutions that might not have the entire customer journey ready for prime time.

However, all of this said -- my favorite things about Navattic are 1) their commitment to customer service and support. The CS team is amazing and always quick to respond. If I don't know the answer right away, they will. 2) The solution is constantly evolving for the better. The CS team will also capture my feedback about the solution and take it to their development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints from me about Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects and customers want to touch and get to know our solutions. Navattic is a perfect way for them to have a realistic in-product experience.

Very good platform to create demos

What do you like best about the product?
Support is topnotch - quick to respond and quick to take action on feedback.
Almost all of the product feedback that we've given have been added as features already.
More and more ways to create interactive demos that fit my company's way of using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features may be difficult to understand, but that's not really a product issue. It just takes more time to learn about newly released features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to create engaging learning experiences, and how to give the learners full control of how much, when, and what they learn.
