Fantastic Intuitive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build, visually polished demos. Tool provides consistent metrics that help the team tweak strategy and align around goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have additional categories under analytics to pick and chose what is displayed there. While metrics pre-set categories are useful, it would be great to have a more customizable view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Navattic, we struggled to show the value of our platform without booking a live demo. Now, prospects can explore our product on their own, which has drastically increased engagement and helped us qualify leads earlier in the funnel. It bridges the gap between marketing and sales by giving both teams visibility into how users interact with our platform. Navattic has shortened our sales cycle, improved lead quality, and made our product far more accessible to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremly easy to get started, basically no time at all to get implemented. It is very user friendly and easy for other teammates to jump in. I like how they made it easy to clone demos/captures, making it faster to work in. When I do have a question, customer support gets back to me very quickly with quality support. As a company, we are working to integrate Navattic into more of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
tracking links are capped, I find that it's a little hard to organize my work and keep things straight sometimes, whats been updated, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
educating our prospects. Creating better quality leads before demos. Decreasing our demo time. Ability to offer a self-serve demo experience. It is speeding up our funnel metrics.
Great for Product Demo's
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to edit my screen captures. It's very easy and everything from text size, font, color, and positioning is exactly the same.
I also love that I'm able to upload my own pictures to add to certain pages of my demo. It allows for complete customization.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I were able to drag the text modal around to different areas of the screen. It's also hard to see the pulse if you're trying to emphasize a certain part of the screen.
I have a very hard time launching and using Navattic on Safari, as it's my primary browser.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to get more eyes on my software product and Navatic helps me customize my customer demo journey.
Great for Marketing & Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and create workflows, and integrates nicely into our website. The customer support team helped us early on with questions about integration or best practices and it was easy to get up and running right off the bat. We've adding links across our website for various product demos and it's been a helpful marketing and lead gen tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more training on the best ways to leverage it from a marketing perspective or to learn about new ways to use the solution beyond our current state. The solution works great though, so no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with an demo we can embed on our website to peak user interest and then allows us to gate certain aspects of the demo to drive higher conversions. It's also helpful for our sales team when sharing demos with prospects.
Amazing demo experience with super Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. Their support is also very responsive. I ran into an issue while recording a demo on a short turnaround, and the Navattic support was hands-on in helping me get to the finish line of the demo creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to capture entire automation flows (they are quite big ones, and currently it's not possible).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing me to build realistic demos, I can now provide a truly immersive experience for the learners.
Powerful and intuitive UX makes creating demos easy
What do you like best about the product?
Almost all functionality that I'm looking for is available. Persistent CTAs, themes, easy targeting of UI elements, the list goes on. The customer support is top notch and dedicated to helping ensure best practices are followed to drive better engagement and CTRs. Very happy having a dedicated demo automation product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a wealth of information around how to best use Navattic, but it's a bit overwhelming and difficult to navigate. It could be streamlined for really fast onboarding, but not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us better drive leads and convert demos. It also improves the effectiveness of our sales team since they can share interactive demos for quick, offline demos and new feature updates to keep prospects engaged.

Great experience and lots of support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform and our CSM Holly is brilliant! She is very attentive and available when you need help. We use Navattic to replace static videos and have found the engagement much higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to sync all analytics into wider reporting platforms. The mobile demos aren't as good as desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down our product into better storylines for our customer to understand what we do and the benefits to them.
Good platform, might not be for me.

Super easy to use, great UI, intuitive, and innovative in a space that has not seen innovation in years.

Depending on what your use case is, Navattic might not be able to appropriately showcase the value in your product beyond walking them through the UI, but I plan on testing it more.

I'm looking to revive closed lost and no-show accounts.
Effective, simple to use, versatile!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is incredibly straightforward to use, which made it easy to get started without a huge time investment. What I’ve been most impressed by is how many different teams have found value in it - teams across the organization are all using it in different ways.
The support is one of the best parts. The in-app chat is super responsive, and their customer success team is genuinely helpful and quick to jump in with ideas or to help troubleshoot if we ever get stuck. They are also very open to product feedback and always looking for ways to make workflows easier.

The Logical Solution for Self-Service Demos
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using Navattic is that the user experience is logical. Features are where you would expect them to be and this dramatically reduces the time required to become competent with the tool and begin adding value to your business. It is very easy to spin up a new demo when we have product launches or edit existing demos as new features are added. It's obvious that the UX team spent a lot of time understanding the use cases we have as users so that we can become productive quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like. I've used other products in the category and Navattic is much more refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies that are looking for our solutions to modern privileged access management have to be able to SEE how our solutions are differentiated for traditional PAM solutions. Most prospects want to see how our solution will meet their unique use case, without having to sit through a full sales demo or Proof of Concept. Navattic allows us to show those use cases in an easy to digest manner that helps evaluators better understand the value we bring.
