User-Friendly Tool That Enables Information Delivery
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to onboard our internal users to build interactive demos. As a small team, we don’t have the time or resources to host individual meetings or trainings for every possible user of our products, and Navattic solves that problem. It allows us to efficiently share interactive, self-guided tours of our proprietary tools, helping users quickly understand and engage with our applications. It’s an incredibly effective way to scale product education and drive adoption without added overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are periodic bugs in using the builder or chrome extension. Typically these issues are fixed with a refresh, so are not large enough problems to really cause too much frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us solve a capacity challenge as a small team. It allows us to connect potential customers with our proprietary tools through interactive, self-guided demos without needing to expand our sales team or schedule one-on-one walkthroughs. This not only saves time but also ensures prospects can explore our solutions at their own pace, leading to more qualified, informed leads and a more efficient sales process overall.
Great for product marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an incredibly useful and intuitive product for creating product demos that show the value of our product and generate leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be time consuming to build a demo. But the UI and ease of building products keeps improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"We needed a way to show customers the value of our product and key use cases before they had access to it.
Easy to use for product tours at a conference
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic took hardly any training for me to feel comfortable using the system. Their sales team built an example product tour during the sales process, their CSM has been able to provide perspective on best practices, and their support team has resolved any issue within an hour of me reporting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if there were more templates that I could follow that would help speed up the build process but it really doesn't take much time to build a brand new flow from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has made it very easy for us to create product tours for our sales reps and channel partners to use when qualifying prospects. It's easy for them to navigate a quick demo of the tool and they can't really mess up. It's also made it very easy for our team to demo our product at conferences and we look forward to having our product demos on our website soon!
experience and support have been great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the editor and the integrations that are made easy to track the performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app based tours are dificult. you dont have web like functionality offered on mobile.

providing a product tour
Excellent interactive demo platform and onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the personalisation features, the user-friendly interface, smooth onboarding process, insightful analytics, and the overall value for money. The find and replace function remains my all-time favourite editing tool :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the tool crashes while capturing screenshots, which can delay the process of building demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to show the value of our product before users commit to requesting a demo.
Great platform for creating desktop and mobile solution demo videos!
What do you like best about the product?
The Navattic platform is logically arranged and easy to learn. The user guides are clear and include really helpful videos. On top of that, the staff is very responsive whenever I have questions about using specific features. One of my favorite things about Navattic is that they keep adding new features and functions to the platform.
I recently created a demo video for a mobile solution, and it was a very easy process to place screenshots into a mobile device frame for a polished, finished look. Similar to desktop application demo videos, we can adjust colors to match our brand palette, add logos, customize screens, and more. I’m looking forward to trying the new voice narration feature in the near future.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one, because I really like the platform overall. One area that could be improved is the font adjustments on video modals (pop-up windows). At times, it can be a bit tricky to get the font to the exact size I want. That said, it’s a relatively minor nit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic demos have made it possible for our sales teams to actually show prospects what the user experience of our payments solution looks like, and what the data sync looks like inside their ERP. That means we can walk through our AP Automation platform and an ERP in the same video, which has been really helpful. Now we’re also adding demo videos that highlight our mobile-based solutions, too. Overall, it’s very slick, and these demos have become powerful sales tools for us.
Fantastic demos to help users interact before committing.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to easily create snapshots on the walk throughs to help clients see the platform before buying anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the intro screen, it always asks "Do you want to create your product demo" as a pop up that you have to exit out of, even if you don't want to. Small thing to dislike because you can just exit it, but it does become repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping users see our software before having to pay or even sign up. They can mess around and click through our site without being users.
The only interactive demo software I will pay for.
What do you like best about the product?
For context, I started as a regular user with Klue. I fell in love with it so much, I became a consultant who builds demos for others.
When deciding what software to consult for, you are always tempted to say "the more, the merrier." However, my partner and I chose to be intentional with who we worked with. So we chose what felt like the best product when it comes to delivering a great story and tying your views to hard metrics, like opportunities and revenue. Just being at Klue, I was able to attribute more than $1M in pipeline in about 4 months after releasing the Demo Arena with Navattic.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a feature-function thing for me, and maybe I'm picky. But I want to live in a world where we can give out sandbox trials (on-demand) instead of individual tours or full-scale proof-of-concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core problem is helping B2B buyers reach that "aha" moment through a test-drive of your product.
Digging deeper and why I think they're unique is because of 2 things:
1) they focus on the story that's being told, so that it can pair flawlessly with the product shots you take later
2) they provide the best services and support
And frankly, both of these are more important to me than how fast you can build an "ok" demo.
