It's like magic!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is honestly surprisingly robust and easy to use. Every time I want to do something and think to myself, "there's no way this will be easy", I am pleasantly surprised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little tedious to build the capture libraries, but that's not Navattic's fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a robust simulation of my product that will have a predictable view of the data being shown and no chance of it breaking.
Powerful, flexible tool to deliver the visual story of our product
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I have thought "I wonder if this tool can support X?" -- 9/10 times the answer has been yes. It's a feature rich tool that invites you to make the most of it, but even just sticking with the basics (tooltips, backdrops) is enough to tell a powerful story. They made product learning digestible, and they provide best practices and examples. Everyone at Navattic was patient and responsive to questions when I was first getting started.
I have had incredible experiences working with everyone at Navattic so far -- from our account executive, CSM, support engineers, and even the founder. They are genuinely invested in helping customers get the most value from the tool and making sure it meets our use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional crashes when you have too many windows open. Sometimes it can be tedious to get your tooltip text boxes exactly where you want them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning/nurture resource for top-of-funnel and early deals. Often our AEs and SEs are spending time giving demos to people who aren't ready to buy today (but will be in the future). Navattic helps them learn on their own.
In future, we want to expand using Navattic for feature walkthroughs and new employee onboarding.

A Game-Changer for Interactive Product Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic empowers our team to create no-code interactive demos that allow prospects to get hands-on with our product early in the buying journey. Unlike traditional product demos that require scheduling with sales reps or cumbersome trial setups, Navattic lets us embed interactive experiences directly on our website, in email campaigns, and throughout the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Navattic is nearly perfect for our needs, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The initial setup of each demo can sometimes be a bit fiddly, resulting in some redundant work to ensure consistency across screens. While the customization options are good, more advanced design flexibility would be welcome for perfect brand alignment.The pricing structure might be challenging for smaller startups or teams with limited budgets who aren't yet sure what interactive demo platform best suits their needs. Consensus However, the value delivered more than justifies the investment for our organization.

We can now see exactly which features prospects engage with most, allowing us to refine our messaging and product development priorities.

Navattic earns high marks from me for its outstanding capabilities in creating interactive product demos, which have revolutionized our sales and marketing processes. Although Navattic excels in creating interactive demos, I found a few drawbacks. There's a moderate learning curve in setup, which can be challenging for non-tech users aiming for complex customizations.

Intuitive & Great Customer Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get started + build a demo literally within minutes. Whenever I was first testing out interactive demo software, I found that Navattic was the most intuitive and provided the best end user experience. Besides the platform, the team is AMAZING to work with. From Customer Support to Customer Success and Marketing/Sales. The people at Navattic are just genuinely good humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say here. Whenever I do have any type of feature requests, I just send them to the team. I've only had a handful of bugs over the course of 1-2 years using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting prospects & customers closer to that Aha! moment - makes my job a little easier :)
Easy to use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has helped me drive exponential increases in website engagement while driving an increase in bottom line website conversion metrics aswell. It is very easy to create an interactive demo experience that looks polished without needing to work with your dev team which is a plus. With the new AI copy functionality it is even easier to update and refine the interactive experience that I have created. Highly recommend trying it out

It enables me to create polished demo experiences without needing to involve development. The new AI features has helped me optimize my experiences with little effort on my part.
Seamless, No-Code Product Tours for PLG
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is one of our favorite tools in our marketing stack. It’s incredibly easy to use—even for non-technical users—and lets us create interactive product tours in hours. The no-code interface is intuitive, and the end result feels polished and professional. We’ve seen a noticeable lift in demos and trials since embedding Navattic tours on our site. Prospects get hands-on experience with the product right away, which shortens the sales cycle and improves lead quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high compared to some other solutions, especially considering we are not fully utilizing all of the features that the platform has to offer

Allowing prospects to see and experience the product without having to sign up for a trial or demo.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to get started and learn how to use. Navattic is a very very powerful tool that not only supports our product-led objectives but also ensure we can spin up new demos much faster and create customized versions in a few clicks. The way the product works makes it so flexible, building demos is a breeze and I have found the ability to tidy up system environments 'post production' a real highlight. Demos have been an huge success in our funnel marketing and sales processes for both prospects & the sales/marketing team. The support from our Customer Success rep was exceptional. She was very proactive, very knowledgeable and would react quickly when we had questions or wanted to push the boundaries of what was possible. Not to mention the whole purchase, onboarding, support and user experience is very slick. It is clear the Navattic team have really thought through every detail. In addition online support resources and the best practice content the team produce helps a great deal. All of this combined reaffirms that this was the right strategic investment to make for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit harder to update a demos you have already created (e.g. if there have been UI changes) but this isn't a big problem. It is a walk in the park in comparison to having to do a complete re-record like we used to. I believe the product team have a roadmap to improve this part of the product

Without a doubt it helps our marketing and sales team get the product in the hands of prospects much faster, in a less intrusive & sales oriented way. In sales calls it helps our prospects understand what the product is so much more quickly leaving more time to get into what we could do to help them.
Flexible, Scalable Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has a very intuitive UI that makes it easy for folks across a variety of disciplines to build and share interactive demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see the team continue to invest in more advanced analytics, and potentially some more "approval" workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it much easier to create sharable demos and experiences that are brand-approved, with much less production investment.

We have a complex product that users have to "try" to buy. We want consistency in our demos and trainings without having to drain our staff's time. With Navattic, we can create bespoke, personalized demos for any use case.
