Dynamic, Delightful Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic’s capture and presentation system is flexible and easy to use. We were quickly able to create polished, production-ready demos in just a few minutes that felt ready for release to prospects right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few rough edges in the editor experience, but the Navattic team is receptive to feedback and it’s clear they’re working hard to resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes is possible to instantly demonstrate the value of our product, with no lift required from the viewer. It eliminates the need to spend time setting up our software for demonstration purposes and makes our sales discussions & outreach more efficient and effective.
Navattic is a Pipeline Machine
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating engaging and simple interactive demos.We have used with several different customers across several different use cases. Using it on the website, creating demo centers, and using at events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like. Wish the HubSpot integration could be a bit more robust but overall it's a fantastic solution to help your buyers experience your product on their own time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking more sales meetings and creating higher quality sales pipeline faster.
Best Interactive Demo Platform + GTM Org
What do you like best about the product?
Product being PLG is very easy to implement and get started with. My favourite part about Navattic is not just the product but the team behind the product. I have used Navattic for interactive demo's and for building and unclogging pipeline for PLG products. The team took a keen interest in my usage and decided build more features and scale the use-case out to others which made my immediate use-case better. They have always been tremendously open to feedback and the customers voice seems like their roadmap. It also helps that i get to lean a lot through working with them as I build my GTM org. Value in partnering with not just a great product but expert GTM professionals.The product is very easy to use and it integrates with our existing outreach technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not necessarily what I dislike about the product but it can take a couple attempts time to fine-tune the tour and make it look as polished as id like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a PLG company and 40% of our users never come back to the product. Navattic has helped us get more engaged users that convert faster, helped us build pipeline and unclog stuck pipeline/educated lost PLG users.
Let people try your product without having to build freemium or free trial
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a no-brainer now that they have a free forever plan. I built an interactive demo for my client and I was a newbie to the whole process. It was pretty easy to get going and the Navattic team helped me out when I had any questions. They even helped me build out the mobile-friendly version. We were curious about the data analytics (who visits the demo, how many clicks, how long, etc.) so we were able to get a taste of that too (free trial). Now that they have the Storyboard Generator, it's way easier to create an outline for the demo experience. https://www.navattic.com/tools/ai-storyboard

I wish I had access to the Storyboard Generator sooner! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to give prospects a tour of the product (prior to a demo call) but not have to build a freemium or free trial experience. Navattic allows me to do that.
Demo Builder
What do you like best about the product?
The support is amazing and the product is easy to use. I really appreciate them continually rolling out new things every year. The setup of the solution was really easy also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative to mention about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solution that would allow us to give a sample/test drive of our solution to make customers want to have a conversation with us. We have been able to showcase product features in a guiding walkthrough tour prior to someone inquiring to learn more and speaking with a sales person.
Effortless demo creation with exceptional support.
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic’s user-friendly platform streamlines demo creation, and their responsive support team quickly addresses any issues, often resolving them within hours. They are continually innovating and improving the editor experience for the better. Internally, other departments are seeing the demos I’ produce and eager to jump on the Navattic bandwagon. Unlike MP4 demos (what we used to use), this approach makes updating demo content a breeze. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Like any web-based platform that’s continuously improving and evolving, there are occasional hiccups. But as I say, they jump on these very quickly and the majority are cosmetic, not impacting time to production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demo creation in general. Improving: turnaround, ongoing maintenance; and quality. We use these as gated demos for each product on our web site. They contribute to top of funnel lead generation and we’re seeing great traction and contribution to lead generation.
Intuitive, easy to use, and an amazing addition to our website!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to create screenshots for the demo directly within the tool. It's also convenient to clone those capture folders for any additional demos I might create in my account. One of the recent updates that I appreciate is the ability to customize the positioning of elements, ensuring that the tooltips do not obstruct any important information. The customer service team is top-notch; anytime I have an issue -- they are quick to respond and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have attempted to export demo videos into MP4 format to create a cohesive video for our TVs at trade shows, but some of the captures failed during the export process. Additionally, I wish there were a way to navigate back and forth between different flows. Currently, in Navattic, while you can use the table of contents to return, it would be helpful to have an arrow that allows you to go back to another flow as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous payroll providers available, and I enjoy showcasing our interactive demo at trade shows and on our website before potential clients commit to a live demo or even a conversation. Seeing is believing, and Navattic makes that possible. This tool saves valuable time for our solutions consultants, who already have busy schedules, by allowing prospects to view a general overview of the product before initiating a conversation.
Clickable Demos Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit the displayed text is amazing. Most demo environments are messy with dummy test data, or you use a live production environment and need to mask real info. Navattic lets me edit all the text as needed to simulate a rich, real experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the experience is responsive, it's hard to get a good mobile demo going, and hard to interact with a demo on mobile (because it's an embedded desktop site)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to show, not tell is huge. I used to spend a LOT of time prepping, recording, and editing video demos—both polished demo videos, as well as quick narrated screenshares. Those are not easy tasks, especially when you have a messy demo environment or information that needs to be redacted (like customer info).
With Navattic, we can create a quick clickthrough demo in 10 minutes, or spend a little more time to create a polished experience with branches and checklists.

Navattic allows us to build guided demos to allow any of our sales team to run a demo without always needing an SE on the call to do a live demo - this helps with scale and time/bandwidth constraints.
The building experience makes it quick to build demos (and customise/adjust the UI) and then offer a variety of consumption mode such as demo with text boxes for a fully guided experience and then the ability to toggle these off for a more presenter type mode (pseudo-live demo).
The tools is extremely flexible and the team continues to deliver key new features all the time. They have been super responsive to all product suggestions and improvements from our side.

Delightful B2B demo tool with attentive accounts team
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and get started. Very responsive to feedback and user needs. I really like the different options to tailor demos and bring to life specific journeys and flows. If there are any issues I can always get them resolved very quickly through support - Alex is doing an amazing job! If I need to learn more about features I can always contact Kaylie to teach me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be fiddly managing updates, hopefully this can be automated with AI in future to make demos easier to maintain when the product is constantly getting updated.
