What do you like best about the product?
Branding options are great for helping the demo fit in to multiple environments
What do you dislike about the product?
Methods for copying demos and flows can feel a bit complicated and the embed step styling could have some more styling options.

Showing use cases of our product through multiple user POVs.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it is, even for a non-technical user. I love that I can make changes to the data shown in my flows without needing to actually alter the software I am capturing - it's as simple as just tweaking text on a screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes find the different workspaces, flows and journeys a bit convoluted and hard to understand from a hierarchy point of view. Occasionally embedding journeys on an existing webpage doesn't render the app in a very intuitive way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing a platform in a way that allows prospects and customers to get a real feel for it, without having to produce expensive product videos that quickly date themselves when a new feature or interface change is rolled out. Allowing me to really shape the journey I want someone to take without them getting lost in an open ended free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly customize the interactive demo.

There's a bit of a learning curve. I've had to redo steps multiple times just to get a hang of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the 'aha' moment quickly. Getting users to see the value of the product/feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The capture and create flow is incredibly straightforward and easy to understand. The capture editing experience is also very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the is the sometimes slow and clunky experience of waiting for edits to stick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem we wanted to address with Navattic was allowing our prospects to experience our product and realize value prior to having a trial and going through our KYC/KYB process (a requirement for fintech products like ours).

With the introduction of a top-of-funnel product tour with Navattic, we've been able to drive more trials and demo bookings with our Sales Team.

Although the reporting is helpful, there is some room for improvement, but overall a great product!

A genius way to capture your extremely complex tech products

What do you like best about the product?
I work for an industry vertical-specific CRM. This tool makes my job as a Product Marketer a breeze.

Being able to edit the HTML of the captures is GAMECHANGING.

This tool also has some of the best support reps (shoutout Alex). Their team is lightning fast, has walked me through so many things, and has fixed some bugs I found along the way. Most issues get resolved very quickly.

I use this program weekly if not every 2-3 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirky things about this tool, some of them I've chatted to their reps to take back to the dev team. Here are a few nitpicks of an overall great product:

1. Hover state menu captures often need screenshots to replicate that part of the process, as it will claim to capture that step but not actually show it in the process.
2. Using Navattic on iPad browser can cause the text boxes of the demo to resize and run off the screen.
3. Mobile experience of the demos is not the best.
4. You cannot export the captures as screenshots currently. You can create gifs and videos of your flow, however. I have not tried this tool yet.
5. There are some overall unintuitive UI choices such as needing to go to dashboard to make a copy of a demo, not being able to copy the published link of a demo from the dashboard. Copying a flow from another demo was so confusing I was worried I was going to break something.
6. Sometimes beacons for tool tips act up/be unmapped and will cause their child textboxes to display in a strange location.
7. The new capture toolbar to me isn't an improvement UX/UI wise over the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing our customers and prospects how to use the product and how it benefits them. Decrease the burden on our support and sales reps by automating demos. Creating demos for tradeshows.

Not fully customizable for power users to fully configure theming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demonstrating value and showcasing features. It saves me time building one-off demos

What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive. We've been able to roll the tool out to a wider group of people than we'd ever imagined because the learning curve is so short and it's really easy for people to create polished walkthroughs with next to no guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of any. Great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from assisting with sales demos to showcasing the latest product upgrades.

I love how easy it is to create interactive tours. Just point and click!

There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it things are easy

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, easy to use.
The demo platform makes my presentation look like a live product demo. I've never had a prospect ask me if I was providing a live experience or not.
I can brand my demo easily with prospect's graphics to make it look tailored to them.
Alisa Feng has helped me with a few issues I've run into. She is extremely knowledgable and pleasent to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
EDITED: I asked for a feature, but it looks like it was already added by Navattic! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving smooth demos to prospects. Auto form-filling of data. I can spend my time explaining what's happening in the demo, and less time typing form data.
