Navattic a great an flexible demo tool!
What do you like best about the product?
In technical marketing demos are a big part of my role. There can be many challanges when it comes to demos.
1. Live Demos - I always like to give a live demo when possible, but sometimes you cant. Why not?
a. Demos that arent repeatable, ie updating a server. Deploying something etc., often these are one and done and would require a roll back procedure to consistently demo.
b. In the same vein, some things may take too long to demo so being able to skip ahead is usefull.
c. May need to capture something that you dont always have access to
d. Live demos can be risky, may need to mitigate riskier ones.
Navattic solves all lf this allowing me to capture a repeatable demo that still looks and feels real!
2. Customer demos
While I would love to give a demo to every customer, this is not possible. Navattic allows me to create tours so people can experience the product themselves. These tours can also act as training to allow someone else to deliver the demos as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are always things that could be improved, for example I would like to be able to have certain steps advance based on time like a install or something getting applied. Also, being a bit of a linear exprience, it would be really cool to be more choose your own adventure style. I supposed this could be dont to some degree with multiple demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving demos of things that dont demo well like installes, etc. Or for systems that I do not always have access to. Also the demo tours.
Custom-made fully-immersive demos!
What do you like best about the product?
After a relatively gentle learning curve, I'm now able to create fully immersive demos, rather than simple play/pause screen videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics functionality could be enhanced. It would be beneficial to have access to advanced analytics features that track both demo performance and visitor interactions in more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been developing courses and step-by-step video lessons to teach users about our product. While these are effective teaching tools, they can be overwhelming for potential customers who just want a quick overview. With Navattic, we've successfully bridged the gap between teaching and demonstrating by allowing customers to directly experience the product themselves. This hands-on approach puts customers right in the middle of the action.
Navattic is great - helping us close deals!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use and has helped us get more top of the funnel leads as well as to close leads. We include it in almost all of our post-event follow up emails and at tradeshows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish offline access where less expensive.

Navattic helps us more easily and quickly demo our platform to prospects and also show our existing customers new features.

I like that I have the ability to create an entire flow quickly.

There can be a lag when working too quickly on a flow, sometimes it will not publish resulting in me having to recreate an action or capture

Easily showcasing tech in a more manageable fashion for our sales team.
Simple, Straightforward, Effective, AI-powered.
What do you like best about the product?
It works as advertised, and they've added some very useful new AI features. You can show people your product with a few clicks. We're seeing a lot of demo requests come in through Navattic, more so than when we were using videos. It's also gotten a lot easier to create the Navattics themselves with the new AI co-pilot feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish you could put email forms on the mobile version. The mobile version in general could use more attention from the product team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to show people a preview of the product on our website. We use it in exit-intent pop-ups, on-page experiences, and email. We're legitimately getting demos through it, too. We've also begun using it in sales follow-ups, as our salespeople can send out personalized navattic walkthrough links.
Easy to use product to create interactive demos to host on our website
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - It's very easy to create interactive tours on Navattic's guide builder by capturing screenshots without needing any additional support from our IT/Engineering teams.
The screenshot editing capabilities are really impressive and it allows us a lot of customizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we had a dedicated account manager who could understand our product and help us build some of the demos as well. That would helps us use Navattic even more effectively and often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us create interactive product demos that showcase our products and features effectively without additional engineering resources. We've hosted almost all the demos on our website in the form of the "Product Demo Hub," - and this is one of the highest-performing pages/tools on our website. The tool has improved our lead engagement, provided a better user onboarding experience, and driven higher conversions with specific features. Navattic helps drive prospects closer to a discussion with the sales folks of our organization.

Easy to use and create content, good being able to have our branding and I can manage content quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I would ask for is the ability to have audio auto play rather than having to click a play button

As our new product is contantly being updated/chaning, Navattic allows me to quickly update learning content which then auto updates on our LMS so it removes any distuptions to our customer and internal learning experience
Fantastic interactive demo creation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to creating interactive demos. It strikes a nice balance between being extremely powerful, flexible, and integrated, but not complicated. Their support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hurdle I haven't been able to figure out is how to put a retargeting pixel on the tour natively (as opposed to embedding it on a webpage) so that we can send ad traffic to the raw tour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product that presents information/intelligence in ways that people have never seen. We do not have a full PLG motion, so it's not as easy for prospects to experience our product. Navattic product tours allow us to significantly increase the number of people who get exposure to our product before talking to a sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it incredibly simple to create interactive product demos. The scraping tool accurately captures our UI, and adding guidance through tooltips and modals is straightforward. The analytics are fantastic - we can see exactly how prospects interact with our demos, helping us understand which features resonate most. It allows us to create a more buyer-centric experience for prospects by letting them explore on their own time before committing to a full demo or trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
More complex UI elements like ours (a document editor) sometimes don't render perfectly, requiring occasional workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to give prospects a way to explore our product before committing to a full demo or trial. Static screenshots and videos weren't interactive enough, while trials often overwhelmed early-stage buyers. Navattic lets us create guided, interactive demos that prospects can explore independently while we track their engagement. This helps qualify leads better and lets buyers self-educate at their own pace before talking to sales.
