Navattic is an intuitive way to show value of your product
What do you like best about the product?
I no longer need to focus on building an academy, a training center, or extensive documentation. Recordings of people using our product are not ideal because they contain excessive information and fail to address what a user is trying to achieve.
Privacy is crucial; we do not want to share private information with the public, so the ability to change values in the interactive demo is ideal.
Our product evolves constantly, so it is helpful to quickly create an interactive demo within our product to show customers what they can achieve. There are numerous use cases in our product, and it is challenging to capture them; however, Navattic enables us to document these use cases effectively for our customers.
We initially thought this would only be used for marketing, but it turns out to be ideal for cross-functional internal training and for ensuring consistency when demonstrating how customers can interact with the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was initially challenging to get started because there is a lot involved with Navattic, and it seemed complicated at first. I encountered a significant pain point that necessitated using this tool, so I simply jumped in and learned through trial and error.
Now that I have mastered it, I believe it is a great tool. However, if I had not had a pressing need, this tool would likely have remained with Marketing because setting up a demo initially seemed like a significant amount of work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demonstrating to customers how to use our product eliminates the need for me to join calls to explain how it works and what it can do for them. Now I can focus on helping achieve our customers' goals!
Effortless Tutorial Updates with Navattic
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to edit captures. After every product update, I don’t have to start from scratch to create new tutorials. Instead, I can simply update my existing captures, and in just a few minutes, my tutorials are perfectly aligned with the latest product changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having an AI-driven categorization feature to help organize and streamline tutorials, especially when there are too many steps in a single walkthrough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes interactive learning more engaging and efficient. It eliminates the need for me to recreate video tutorials after product updates. Editing Navattic captures is faster and more straightforward compared to re-editing and re-merging video content.
This tool saves me time, effort, and energy, allowing me to focus on other priorities. It’s also playing a key role in my career transition from support to training, learning, and development. With my product knowledge and the high-quality tutorials I create using Navattic, I’m better equipped to excel in this new direction.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of Use – It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to learn.
2. Customer Support – The Navattic team BUILT our first demo for us. This was the best onboarding experience I've ever had and was a game-changer for our lean marketing team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The recent integration changes require our Engineering team to make updates on our end. Although the demo can still be viewed by users, I no longer have visibility into how Navattic demo users are engaging with our product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us create interactive product demos that showcase our features effectively without requiring engineering resources. This has improved our lead engagement, provided a better user onboarding experience, and driven higher conversions with specific features. Ultimately, Navattic has had a positive impact on our bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, amazing customer experience from demo to usage. They truly empower product marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me some tim to get the hang of the demo vocab but once you're there everything's a breeze! Their docs are also crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to show the value of a product without the friction of a long sales cycle. We were also looking ways to diversify intent building. Navattic makes both of things easy and measurable.
Great demo / product feature showcase platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I tested out just about every solution on the market for demo software - there's a some similarity between the way most o things (chrome extension, et al) but Navattic was the most pleasant platform and most straightforward in terms of ease-of-use. It's sectioned into parts that make sense to me, where as some of the other platforms I tried force you into leveraging much more of the functionality than I actually needed.
The quick capture mode where you just click through your product helped get something to market super quick (like within an hour) even though the app I was sourcing was pretty complex.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much bad to say, but unless you're willing to dedicate some skill and learning, it can be kind of a chore to undo things you didn't want to capture. A big part of it was the nature of the feature I was sourcing from, though.
If I could offer some constructive critiism, I'd say I'd just love to see them add more and more "options" for look + feel.+ behavior stuff. They have plenty of options, but it would be cool to see even more, and get some examples that others have used (and how they used it!)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to control the demo flow of my product without spinning up a new instance. Also has great looking overlay features.
Simple to use platform to build interactive demos and drive leads
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to screenshots directly from the software UI. Ability to embed calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had challenges blocking no n-business emails and spam leads from forms so used marketo forms with neverbounce.

What do you like best about the product?
We started with Navattic as a tool to help our Sales Engineering team provide product walkthroughs for specific use cases and marketing for high level marketing demos. After working with the amazing Navattic team, we are now using the tool to support our sales team, support team and even our internal product training! Navattic provides the ability to create interactive walkthroughs that feel like a user is actually in the software itself. This cuts down on user licensing for third party integrations as well! Added bonus!
Just started using Navattics at conferences! If you have not tried this, DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER! This is a great tool for users to be able to self servce at your booth as well a great talking tool for the sales team. Easily turn the conference version of the demo into a follow up post show!

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would love to see I. The future is a solution for updating demos that use the same screens in one place. This though, has not been figured out by any other similar software applications from what I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple! Primarily, right now, it is allowing our Sales Engineering teams to share Navattics for general demos and tutorials. By doing this, our team can focus on the more complex use cases.
Powerful platform for self-guided app tours
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic's browser extension makes it really easy to capture app interfaces for use in guided tours/walkthroughs. In fact, you can use it on any web page that you're able to visit in your browser which means that you can even extend your walk throughs for things like guidance on how to set up integrations in third-party apps etc. Building walkthroughs in Navattic is fairly easy and you'd be surprised how quickly you can crank out a walkthrough for a large and complex app. The system is fairly intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been a minor frustration with Navattic is that the app itself offers quite a lot of flexibility and power, which in my case at least has often resulted in my having some sort of configuration toggled on or off that made my walkthroughs not function correctly (better said in the way that I wanted them to function). Fortunately, Navattic's support team is great and have always been able to help me get these issues resolved asap - but I do wish that the product did a better job of self-identifying these issues and provider the user with guidance so I wouldn't need to get customer support.

I particularly like the indvidual step preview option in the Flow section

I dislike that "Hide Navigation" settings been under Step>>Apperance. I would prefer it to be available when clicking on the under the button
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan to replace our technical videos with Navattic Demos, as they provide more interactivity with customers. This change aims to enhance customer experience and improve product retention.
Navattic is a such a huge win for achieving adoption at scale.
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been such a great tool in our tool kit for our Scale CS team. We often find adoption challenging because our customers need a lot of walkthroughs, use cases, ideas, and inspiration. With Navattic, we are able to to show them walkthroughs of ideal use cases to give them inspiration. By targeting customers that are low in a certain area of adoption and sending them specific inspo of use cases, we're increasing our adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve to Navattic. More in app help like suggestions and ideas would be helpful!

Navattic is solving a gap of change management and adoption with our customers by showing them walkthroughs of how to actually add the feature and use the feature.
