What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has transformed how we showcase our product. The platform is easy to use, allowing us to create interactive demos quickly, and our prospects love the hands-on experience. It’s helped shorten sales cycles and improve engagement.

The analytics are a huge plus, giving us insights to tailor follow-ups effectively. Their support team is always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Navattic for any team looking to elevate their sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing for us has been finding time to create demos for different features as our product is quite broad and constantly evolving

Saving the sales team from taking prospects through individual demos

What do you like best about the product?
We use Navattic for product adoption, implementation, and of course general product demos. The actual value is to be able to have such tailored digital touch at end your fingers with marvelous control over flows and product highlights. It's extremely easy to create, but also easy to share. It provides analytics which indicate current customer's interests which enables our sales and takes them even further.

I need to also state that their Support team, who consistently provide fast and helpful guidance, are genuinely invested in our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a set of available pre made objects for highlight, such as a blinking arrow or and dynamic underline line that we could use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic addresses critical challenges in effectively showcasing products during sales, marketing, and onboarding processes.

Easy to use and quick to setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps to create quick flows from images and app url captures.

The edit option for url capture is a life saver and I have avoided a lot of rework and dependency on tech team to change the in-app text.

I like the draft live view. Helps for instant changes and seeing it live immediately and improve as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nitpicking here. Checklists could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has helped us quickly show users and prospects the scenario, how you use features alone or together to do certain tasks.

Helps break the ice for the features and helps see immediate value. We have seen the Navattic we make being shared internally by the customer among their teams.

We just did a full webinar using Navvatic. Everything just flowed pretty well, with smooth transition from what will be felt as a deck to the demo but all in Navattic.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it a pretty straightforward tool, the customization options are really impressive. I'm able to delete items out of screens and tether tool tips to a specific component. As someone who's worked on interactive demos at every tech company that I've worked for, I've yet to see anyone else provide this level of customization detail. Also HUGE shoutout to the chat based support team — they're always so helpful and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to control the scroll speed when moving between screens. Right now it feels a tad fast and so I'm having to think up different ways to show my tool tips between pages. Otherwise, I really am loving the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to create an engaging interactive demo for our website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattics are a wonderful way for our SE team to continue the education of our software product. This allows prospects to get a "real-life" feel of our product while also guiding them through the software with sales-oriented content ensuring they know the value of their purchase. This has also been used for internal team trainings and has greatly increased product knowledge for our SDR and Seller teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process itself is a bit tedious. I would love to see some automation in features and settings. (such as choosing a highlighted beacon for all instead of having to move it from "pulse" for each call out)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing prospects to get a true feel of the product while still guiding them and providing educational statements throughout. This is great for anyone who may have missed a demo and does not want to sit and watch a recording.

What do you like best about the product?
Very effective final product when your project is done. Great interactive media to send to customers, peers, etc. Interface is pretty easy to use and seems to click into our website well (not my direct responsibility, but doesn't seem to cause many headaches.)
What do you dislike about the product?
No undo button when designing experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us give customers something closer to a hands-on experience with our solutions that they can do at their own pace and build interest, comfort, and visibility into the solution. Like providing a trailer for a movie to get people into seats.

What do you like best about the product?
Insanely easy to build and edit demos. Lots of functionalities to make it more interactive that isn't available with competitors like storylane.

The SFDC integration and plays to trigger notifications when accounts show how engagement is also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
De-anonymizing known leads in Marketo is impossible without the more expensive plan. It was unclear that you needed the domain add-on to do this.

It's nice that they have some sort of mobile functionality. Not available on any other competitors but it's also still not the best.

Educating our prospect on how our solution works and the problems it solves

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is its incredible ease of use. Even though we've only scratched the surface of its capabilities, everything I've wanted to accomplish so far has been straightforward and intuitive—a refreshing experience in software tools. Beyond that, the exceptional support we’ve received has made all the difference. Our Customer Success representative, Meghan, is outstanding—she consistently provides prompt, thoughtful assistance for any question or request. Her expertise and responsiveness are a big reason why our experience with Navattic has been so positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand why the Navattic watermark is on the tour start page, but we would have preferred to have it removed for our tour. The only feature we’ve found missing so far is the ability to edit a PDF directly within the software. That said, there’s a workaround available, so it hasn’t been a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it easy to give prospects a quick look at our software, hitting all the highlights of a complex solution. Many prospects really just want to see how the product works before committing to a sales cycle, so this is a great way to provide them that option.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, great support, love how easy it is to update and amend. I really like how easy it is to create and update to my needs. It's more "live" which means if minor amends to the software happens, I can tweak a screenshot rather than having to re-record a demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's tricky to capture the right image but usually, we can sort it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our prospects a peek into our software to warm them up for a discovery call.

It's mpre expensive than some of the very basic demo software out there, but much more powerful.
