What do you like best about the product?

No major feedback, easy to implement, use often, easy to integrate into our systems.

showcasing the platform without having the customer pay for a subscription to access the platform

Complex tours made easy

What do you like best about the product?
It is such an easy way to show software tours on complex solutions in a self-served way. It is very impactful and easy to implement and integrate into our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a strong learning curve and we have had to have multiple calls with out Navatic rep on setting up our domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People don't want to commit to a 1:1 demo, this is a more gentle way to get them set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been extremely helpful to provide a consistent approach to our sales teams across multiple teams & locations, enabling us to design the right approach and message to ensure all our customers get a consistent set of messaging.

The platform has been great not just for the simpler items, but also the more complex parts of our tech stack that have several moving parts. Navattic has allowed us to create a resilient demo approach taht has brought to together all elements of the stack in one place.

The results of the project have been fantastic, allowing us to bring sales teams up to speed in a very short period of time and generate great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really very few that come to mind, and most are the general challenges of producing collateral with multiple moving parts of our own tech stack. Navattic have been very responsive to development requsts and suggestions. THey have added various developments recently which have improved how easily new demo's can be created and existign ones altered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple moving parts in our tech stack and Navattic has allowed us to bring those together in a single easy to sue demo experience. We have since taken the initial findings and replicating these across our business due to the success and positive repsonse from both staff and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
As a VP of Marketing, I’m always looking for ways to reduce friction in the buying process and let prospects experience the product on their own terms.

Navattic has been a key part of our product marketing strategy at UserEvidence, and it’s been a game changer.

We use Navattic to offer a full platform interactive demo on our website and we’ve broken out specific interactive demos for different use cases. It lets visitors dive right in and explore what’s relevant to them, which has been huge for engagement. Plus, it’s simple to build and adjust the demos on the fly—no dev requests, no hassle.

Navattic helps us move beyond the typical “schedule a demo” approach. Prospects can get hands-on with the product without any barriers, and by the time they do reach out, they’re more educated and ready to have a meaningful conversation with Sales. That means our leads are warmer, and our conversion rates are higher.

On top of that, the analytics are a goldmine. We can see exactly where prospects spend their time, what features catch their interest, and use that data to tighten up our messaging. It’s a win-win for our entire GTM team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding their product terminology and the relationship between flows, captures, modals, and tool tips take a little getting used to. There's a small learning curve. Once you get a baseline understanding of these terms, you can knock out interactive demos real fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Navattic solves for us is removing the barriers between a prospect’s interest and their understanding of our product. Before Navattic, we relied on scheduled demos, which slowed down the process. Now, with interactive demos on our site—both a full platform demo and use-case-specific ones—prospects can explore at their own pace.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using this product for almost 3 years now and it has never had any issues. This is such a powerful tool, and I love seeing inbound demos converting from the interacctive demo itself because I know they're already familiar with how the product works and ready to talk to our sales team.

We built our first demo in only a few hourse, and it was a breeze. There is still a lot more use cases we are wanting to implement this product into.

Also, customer support has always been VERY responsive to any and all questions.

Still an amazing product. The Navattic team continues to build amazing functionality and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a LOT you can do with this tool. Take some time to look into the help articles to find out the best way to build your demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps website visitors to get into our product and see the functionality. They are much more qualified when talking to our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it easy to put together really engaging demos.

Because our product is salesforce native - it can be hard to build compelling demos. Navattic is so flexible we use it to build - sales demos, explore ideas for product features/present roadmap ideas to customers, and we're working on a preview to put on our site.

The way you can customize the data easily means that you don't need to worry about PII, and you can make your walk through relevant to all different types of audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic's capture and demo building capabilities are extremely easy to use, and have helped us rapidly create feature demos, rich documentation examples, and walkthroughs for our customers. Even when we encounter a small bug or issue, the Navattic team is super responsive and dives right in to help. They are constantly innovating and adding new features to our plan. I feel like we get a ton of value from the platform and have had great feedback from my sales and marketing org as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to really encounter any downsides. I would potentially like to see some AI features introduced (e.g. understand the captures I've taken and "pre-build" the demo messaging for me that I can edit), but I'm sure they're working on something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a fairly complex product, so explaining how to do advanced capabilities (setting up integrations, starting from scratch on a new project, internationalization, etc.) involves multi-step documentation or time-consuming live demos. Navattic gives us a chance to share these capabilities in an asynchronous way (e.g. give the demo to a prospect before a demo to prep them before the call) to better make use of our live demo time. We are also using it when sending out emails about new features to existing customers; in addition to a short video, we send a click through demo of the new feature to help make it more "sticky".

Boosts Revenue with Interactive Demos

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I like the outcomes when I look at the data for my usage and the clients that I use it with. There's triple digit percentage increases in revenue or in trial sign ups, doubling of people reaching activation status within a product, which is a big deal. Trials are great, but we want activated trials. The monetization side of things speaks for itself. People are more likely to pay after they start a trial and far more likely to become customers once they've gone through a sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they used to not have a free version and it took a while to set up. But they have the free version to try now AND you can use copilot to build so I don't have any qualms, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps my clients and me showcase product value before trials and sales calls, reducing the information barrier, especially for complex implementations. Users see the product's benefits immediately, enhancing trial quality and expediting sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is super easy to use and we're very happy with how well the demo environment showcases our product. It's a great interactive piece of collateral for potential customers.

The customer support was also amazing - they were very responsive throughout the deployment process and proactively provided advice / best practices.

Platform reporting is also great - it's awesome to see who's interacting with the demo / how long they're playing around with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - we had to do some internal work to decide on the 'right' demo flow, but that's not Navattic specific (just marketing / brand story related).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic gives potential customers insight into our product without having to formally sign up for a review. It's a great guided interaction that feels organic but also hits on all of our value props. Generates great leads!

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes it super easy for us to capture, build, and visualize our interactive product tours. We use Navattic almost every day and create new tours almost every week, so it's important for us to have a tool that scales with our growing needs.

Navattic is super easy to set up, requiring just adding a Chrome extension to your browser. Connecting our tours to HubSpot is quite simple with a one-click integration.

Most importantly, the experience feels authentic to our product, giving end-users the best possible impression of our product offering. The most significant advantage for us with Navattic is how quickly the platform allows us to create our narrative due to its unique layout, which shows all the screens in a single view.

Their help and support has also been highly positive. Their customer success team is always available to help answer questions we may have across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to get accurate tracking when sending out a link to multiple people and wanting to avoid gating those tours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us educate our customers on how to best use our product. It enables our team to provide tailored walkthroughs of the platform and specific features, showing both prospects and customers how the product works. It's a great way to avoid potential friction in having to get someone into a sandbox/trial environment, but also is a great tool to prepare them for such.
