Great way to showcase your product in an interactive way

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the demos created with Navattic truly look & feel both dynamic. Rather than a static screenshot, they allow users to engage with it as if they are "live" in the platform.

Building and creating the demos is super easy and the Navattic team is there to help at all times. Great customer service through and through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Hubspot was abit difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating demos of different features has become easy and cost-effective for us. There is also not a limit to the number of different demos we can create. On top of that, great tools to use personalisation as part of the demos.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a truly robust and mature platform. We rely on it to publish interactive product showcases on our website, offering a self-serve alternative to traditional free trials. It also serves as a valuable sales enablement tool, allowing us to present a more focused story during live deals without the need to set up a full demo environment each time.

One of the standout benefits for our team has been the speed with which we can build and iterate on our content. The resource centre, templates, and onboarding process make it straightforward for new creators to become productive quickly. Additionally, the analytics are clear and actionable, helping us understand what resonates with our audience and refine our approach accordingly. Over the past 12 months, our experiences have attracted 30,356 unique visitors, 11,557 engaged visitors, 5,987 CTA clicks, and 165,389 steps viewed - all of which represent significant growth compared to the previous period.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary challenge has been with integrations, especially with Marketo. While the team has been responsive, I still find it more difficult than necessary to fully grasp the end-to-end process - covering setup, expected data flow, and troubleshooting when issues arise. More detailed and prescriptive integration guidance, along with a few walkthroughs of common use cases, would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic enables us to expand our product storytelling efforts without increasing the number of meetings. We rely on it to provide prospects with a guided, interactive product experience when a live demo isn't feasible. It also supports product-led growth discovery on our website, allowing buyers to explore the product's value at their own pace. Additionally, it equips our sales team with consistent, role-specific narratives that emphasize outcomes rather than detailing every feature. As a result, we can create high-quality showcases more quickly, maintain consistent messaging throughout the team, and track measurable engagement to continually enhance the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic excels in creating engaging and interactive product demos that effectively showcase key features and benefits. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to customize demos with rich multimedia elements like anchors, automation and images. This versatility ensures a compelling presentation tailored to different audiences, enhancing user engagement and understanding. We successfully leveraged Navattic to streamline onboarding for B2B partners. Customer success helped out by unlocking features that were critical to the launch. We still use Navattic when streamlining implementation and automating product demos for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Navattic offers powerful features for creating demos, there is room for enhancement in user interface customization options and integration capabilities. Improving these aspects would offer users greater flexibility to seamlessly integrate demo content into their sales processes. I would encourage Navattic to refine their interface to identify and address potential interruptions in the user's workflow during demo creation. For example, a flag that lets creators know that user would not be able to progress to next slide because there is no anchor plotted for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic addresses the challenge of automating product demos and onboarding processes, making it significantly easier for our customers to understand how to use our product. By providing interactive and self-guided demos, Navattic helps us proactively design a user-friendly experience, reducing the number of support tickets our customer success team needs to triage. This automation not only enhances the user experience but also allows our team to focus on more complex customer issues, ultimately improving overall customer satisfaction.

Exactly what I've been looking for

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is complete;y customizable to the fields and prompts that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't necessarily name this as a "dislike", but rather a learning curve. Setting up your first demo requires some time and patience but becomes intuitive the more famliar you are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I give about 5 demos a day: some of which are to qualified clients, others are not. Navatiic allows me to give a client all of the resources off a demo and assists in product training wihtout taking up any of my time. Once I see a prospec has ran through the navatiic tools, I can then count them as more qualified/better lead.

Good product for making product demos

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a really good tool for creating product demos. The capture feature makes the demo experience interactive and the ability to choose from modal or tooltips gives you the ability to choose how your users will interact with the demo and the experience they get while clicking on various steps. The best part of the tool is the support our CSM was always amazing to reach out to and get queries solved and he went out of the way to provide various ways to accomplish how we intended our tour to be.

In Summary:
Easy to use platform to create product demos and amazing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only found two major drawbacks in Navattic.
1. When you apply a CTA banner on the product demo it pushes the last section of the page out of bounds meaning you really can't see the end of the screen that you have captured. The CSM told me they were looking into the issue.
2. It lacks ability of routing which other players like storylane etc have. Which could make the experience even better based on what the user selects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us in creating product demos for our SaaS platform that we can use for prospective customers who are visiting our website.

Ability to screen capture but also edit the capture to mock up for a new customer.

I would like to be able to animate an individual capture and/or text
Not great instruction available. I've learned most things through trial and error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good reference following a live demo. Good introduction for prospects who have not yet engaged.

Great user experience and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a really powerful tool to create realistic interactive demos and generate leads! The html capturing and demo flow setup works like a charm, and they've also built tools to mitigate errors like editing the html or anchoring popup elements. The analytics give accurate, powerful insights into who views our demo and helps us run our go to market function.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the software and company are still new, I've encountered technical errors that don't provide much visibility into what went wrong or how to get around it especially when I'm editing HTML. I'm sure they're actively fixing these errors though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Navattic, we didn't have a super effective way to demonstrate our product's value since we don't offer a free trial or immediate signup. It was difficult to show a realistic view of all the most important parts of our software, and thus hard to grow our customers without getting them on a live demo call, which is much higher effort. Now it's much easier to get people interested enough to get on a call with us!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is incredibly versatile and aids many different functions. The support team are great at ensuring you get the most out of the product through learning and tutorials. We have always had direct contact with a human and not a bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be tricky to use when you start but that's because it is an indepth product

We are able to send out demos with detailed descriptions to prospects at scale helping us determine interest effortlessly

A Time Saver for Sharing Important Features

What do you like best about the product?
Our team began using Navattic about 4 months ago. We had a great onboarding experience that was helpful and informative. Our account manager has been readily available for guidance and support, and she's had great ideas on things we can add to our demos to make them more visually appealing. The platform itself is easy to use once you give it a few test drives. I've enjoyed sharing these mini-demos with my prospects, finding them a valuable tool for warming up leads and getting them excited about our most in-demand features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to see a friendlier mobile version of Navattic demos, and we know it's in the works! Beyond that, I would enjoy using some AI-generative features in the product. That would help us generate demos faster and more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us guide our customers through our most popular features in order to gain pre-demo buy-in. We find that when prospects engage with our Navattic demos first, they come to live demos more prepared and more eager to learn about our platform.

Simple, yet Effective

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is best at creating demo experiences at scale. The platform is designed to show snapshots quickly and easily and then use those to guide to more high-intent conversion actions.

The company team is also top tier. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone at the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is hard to find on how to do certain things. I speak to people at Navattic to provide product feedback fairly regularly and every call so far I share hey I wish I could do this, only to find out it was possible but just not readily visible.

Reporting is not robust enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is making it easier for our potential buyers to see the platform without having to talk to a sales rep before they are ready. The modern buyer wants to self-educate. Navattic allows us to let our product to the talking.
