Creating demos to show product experience without a sandbox environment

What do you like best about the product?
My goal for the product was creating demos to show potential clients our full product experience, without providing a sandbox environment.

The tool is overall pretty intuitive and easy to use. It took me a while initially to figure out what I was doing, but once I did, it feels clear and logicial. I love the feature that allows me to 'edit' the product screenshots before publishing them into a demo so that I can update text details and keep them relevant.

Big driver for me was price point! I really wanted to try this type of software after seeing ads and examples of it, but the first couple I looked into were out of reach for budget-wise. This is affordable for me to try out and they've been accomodating with discounts to try out different packages and features.

Their Customer Support person is great. She frequently checks in to see how things are going and provided helpful tips and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasted my time initially by not doing a guided tour and just trying to figure out things on my own. Then once I had a live walkthrough, I learned about cool features I didn't know about and things that would have helped me use the tool more effectively. It's overall pretty intuitive. There were a few things that were not super clear at first, but support got back quickly with explanations!

I find creating the demos to be time-consuming. Looking foward for where the product can go, I'd love to see more automated elements -- like being able to record me going through an entire website, automatically capturing all the screens, and building demos that recreate my click-thru motions that I can edit as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My goal for the product was creating demos to show potential clients our full product experience, without providing a sandbox environment. This is a great way to let people "feel" the product while also providing some control through their experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Navvatic offers great personalization and customization capabilities and significantly improves operational workflows, which are essential for better sales performance. The ability to clean up data for presentability and adapt the interface to the unique needs of any customer helps a lot. Password-protected sharing capabilities help securely share product experiences with enterprise partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Think about how to update the interface modules without recapturing the whole experience for newly released features and visual elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It optimizes interaction with product and engineering teams, saves a lot of their valuable time, and enhances sales performance!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of great functionalites that I use frequently - such as being able to remove or edit entire pieces of the image if they are not exactly what you would like. You can do pretty much any functionality on Navattic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things are not always the most intuitive. There is always the capability or functionality of what I want to do, it is just not always easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to do demos constantly requires lots of preparation time and we can use one navattic several times and save several hours of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Navattic is the clear web captures and allowance to edit the text and elements in the tour.
The options of tooltips, modals, and beacons help you customize the product tour to a granular level.
The backdrop option is very underrated and deserves to be used more, as it highlights just what is needed.
Customer support has been very active and very helpful when I reach out to them
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile responsiveness is good but can be really better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the editing of each element of web captures has helped us give smooth and secure product tours.
The form fills at the end of the demos are converting as leads.

Very short learning curve, great results!

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has allowed myself and my team to create product demonstration walkthroughs quickly and easily. What used to be an involved process of capturing screens and editing can now be done in a very short time. The tutorials and online help made it easy to create a first demo, and it wasn't long before we had several demos in production and live for our sales teams and customers to view.

We have found this to be helpful as an internal training tool, as our sales teams and consultants can easily see how a new solution works by viewing a demo. Customers appreciate that they can quickly see how a new solution works without having to wait to schedule a meeting, and best of all, customer advocates can share the demo easily amongst other internal parties that are involved in the buying discussion. All of this help accelerate the buying process.

The analytics are very helpful from a usage tracking and reporting perspective.

One other thing - as your offering evolves and new functionality surfaces, it is easy to go back and update existing sections of the demo without having to start over from scratch. This helps us keep the demo current and accurate without a lot of upkeep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides, the tool itself is simple to use, although I think there is still more to exploire and take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to show our product in action and guide viewers through an overview of the benefits they can get from the Nasuni solution. Navattic makes that simple and easily repeatable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the product update. It has become more convenient to use. The support team is attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unfortunate that there isn't a complete mobile version available. We have users who access our platform on mobile devices as well, but currently, we are unable to demonstrate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introducing users and potential clients to our product.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy and fast to create and modify interactive demos. No more dependency on 3rd party video resources to produce a demo. When you need to introduce a product update, you can edit it in 5 minutes and be live!

It was super easy to get started and learn how to use it by ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use a bit more collaboration tools in the tool so peers can review and suggest changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a demo was limited to videos, which take forever to produce and are obsolete the moment they are done. With Navattic, you can create a demo and publish it in no time. Then you can update it where needed in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Our primary use case for Navattic is lead generation and product marketing.

On the lead generation side, we share it with prospects who aren’t quite ready for a sales conversation yet. For customer marketing, we provide Navattic product tours to existing customers so they can explore new software features first-hand.

Navattic is extremely easy to use. Implementation required only a small amount of web development, and even that was largely self-imposed because we wanted the experience to be fully embedded in our website.

During our development phase, the team was very responsive and shared best practices, inspirational examples, and helpful materials that made it easier to build our guided tours. After going live, we’ve needed little to no support—the tool simply works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too major to call out—Navattic has been great overall. The main area for improvement we’ve noticed is how Navattic identifies prospects and visitors, and how that information is passed through to our marketing automation platform and CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us capture warm demand—prospects who aren’t quite ready to speak with sales or request a live demo yet—and it also speeds up deal velocity by letting our champions share a near-production version of the product with the broader buyer committee.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of it, being able to capture specific things by just clicking on it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any dislikes on the level I'm using it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving being able to explain how our solution works before our clients make any decision on moving forward. It's a clear self-guided tour on "trialing" our solution.
