Some little issues, but good overall
What do you like best about the product?
Quite easy to use, support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations on responsiveness, some settings are repetitive to apply to multiple frames/slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing smaller clients with a comprehensive demo so they feel confident buying.
Easy-to-use tool for all demo needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to pick up and is quite flexible. Took me less than a day to get the hang of it and we're able to push out many demos quickly and easily.
I also like that the team listens to its customers/users and have been updating the tool with great additions.
It's definitely powerful and very flexible. The page capturing feature is really cool but we often use this tool to demo things that aren't yet developed. That has helped our sales team tremendously.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It's not yet made for co-editing. Would be amazing if I could collaborate in real time with my sales and product marketing coworkers.
2. Bulk editing is a bit tricky to do but it seems like they're heading to the right direction with the updates I've seen.
3. We were hoping we could extract Figma prototypes with its html capturing tool, but it doesn't work like we expected, meaning it doesn't let you easily change its html elements. It's essentially taking a bad screenshot of it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not me directly, but it benefits the sales department and our company as a whole. We needed a way to self-serve clickable/interactive product demos in our website, as well as through direct communications to our customers and prospects, so that we could sell features that aren't yet developed. Navattic did the trick for us.
Navattic - An excellent educational resource!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic does an amazing job with allowing us to create educational and interactive tours of our products. The extension that they've developed in Google Chrome makes creating the tours that much easier with being able to organize the screen captures!
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are helpful, but I'm excited to see if there is any updates to the reporting and analytics in the future to make it make it more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping with providing an interactive and educational expereince that customers can use to achieve an understanding of our products and solutions.
Intuitive tool for a multitude of use cases across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and navigate. The platform is intuitive and the knowledge center is vast for the things you are not able to easily figure out. They have made many AI updates recently that have made my life so much easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the titles of sections in their UI are not super intuitive, making it a little hard to find things at times. Super minor, though, and easy to overcome if you use the platform a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves showing prospects and customers what our B2B data looks like in our internal platform, partner integrations, and platform integrations. It is a great tool for our channel sales reps to use in prospect conversations, is a great leave behind for sales and CS calls, and can even be used as an internal enablement tool for new hires or to introduce a new tool or product to teams for ongoing enablement. It gives great visibility into product areas where we did not have a concise and clean way to show others before.
Excellent for Product Demos and Training
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to replicate system screens and create flows that show how to navigate. The implementation/onboarding process was quick and simple - great time to value.

What do you dislike about the product?
Eventually there are some screen captures that can go wrong, depending on the HTML/CSS code. We've also seen problems depending on whether we're using ultrawide or regular screens. But those were reported and we always see improvements on Navattic's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick interactive demos on the webiste are capturing more leads than any other content.
It has also been a great way to train our customers to use the system. The click through guides are easy and intuitive. We're seen more engagement on trainings and less support requests.

Product Tours Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a great tool to help our business create Product Tours and Guides about our platform. Using capture of the actual platform allow the tour to be more than just an overlay ontop of a static image, so users can get a more immersive sense of our tool. They are SO fast to put together, usually less than 15 minutes are so, and since they can be edited at any point within the tour, it makes it far more efficient than creating Promo Videos or Video Walkthroughs that have to be update every time our product is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback that I have found in using Navattic (which could be specific to us, but I doubt it) is that the tours and what users do during the tour is not actually performed IN our platform. So if you are walking a user through building something for the first time, at the end of the tour they won't actually have anything to show for it or continue on from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a fast and efficient way of showing visitors to our website, exactly what our platform can do while showing them how easy it is at the same time. It has also cut the production time of this type of asset down tremendously.
Easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it quickly becomes intuitive. The platform supports a wide range of use cases, making it highly versatile. Allowing different teams to access the tool helps maintain organization and alignment across projects. Their customer support is responsive and consistently provides clear answers. They also proactively share feedback with the product team, which shows a strong commitment to continuous improvement and future feature development.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s intimidating at first. It can be a bit of a challenge to teach others what needs to be provided, because you really need screen CAPTURES. You can add images as well, but the editing functionality is limited. It can also feel tedious at times when you’re adding multiple interactions- although the sandbox functionality is supposed to improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be used to demo experiences, how-to guides, feature showcase, etc.
Finally, there is a tool that simplifies demoing and makes it shareable, replicable, and easy to use

in training or direct to customers. For customers we can rapidly brand, and customize to make the experience as impactful as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sharing of demos is difficult to manage from a security standpoint internally. We had to come up with a system to hide some roadmap demos from the rest of the team. I hear this is getting fixed however
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create product demos for training / customer sales opportunities where we cannot give each seller access to their own instance. In our global team often times for a prototype or partner integration we only have 1 environment live and we have 20 people needing it at the same time.
Intuitive interface and so easy to demonstrate value
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to get started and seeing value with interactive demos from the get go. I use for prospect and customer education and all my tutorials always get such great feedback!
What do you dislike about the product?
Th customisation options after creating tutorial could be a little easier to understand for a novice like me! But with a little effort, that can be overcome too :)
