What do you like best about the product?
Being able to showcase what we have to offer (product-wise) and give the customer the authentic feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the capabilities being difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showcasing what we have to offer without it being in an powerpoint deck.
Gives the customer an authentic feel of what they will experience while using our products.

What do you like best about the product?
My organization is building a ground-up education portal for our customers. We tried out Navattic and within 3 hours of logging in, the team had a full 50 step simulation. It has enough options and features to not get stuck in analysis paralysis and also be able to customize to your particular use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to expand the bulk change capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we develop new products or features in existing products, we are able to give sneak peeks to our customers so they are ready to implement when it is made available in their environment. For demos, we are able to customize very easily to the prospect.

Navattic is the perfect platform to start your interactive demo journey

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. From capturing screens to putting flows together, the interface is quite easy to understand and demos can be created in very little time. Also, the price point is hard to beat. That's why it's the perfect platform if you are considering a venture down the interactive demo path. It also easily integrated with our hubspot. Easy to use and it wont eat up your budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anchoring tooltips on the screen can sometimes be a bit buggy. And possibly more options within the actual creation process itself, such as different button types and features within the demo, but I figure in time these areas will only get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed better content to show our software platform. And we didn't need to be bogged down with content creation. Navattic has allowed us to rapidly put demos out there that showcase the value of our product in the most easy to understand way.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Navattic is the ease of use when building out demos as well as the customer support when something isn't going the way I'd like when building the demo. Our platform can be complicated to digest to a new user, so Navattic makes it easy with the creation and also flow of the tours.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about Navattic is the interactivity within the demo; sometimes it can be hard for the user of the tour to click around and do their own search and interaction within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is bridging the gap between our platform and new users by instantly giving them insight and interaction with our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexability to either use URL based screen shots as well as image based, all while makeing the demo seem live. This is helpful as we continue to develop our roadmap and can future sell off of designs + working software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that navattic can improve by adding a recording functionality where it screen grabs off URL functionality. i.e. using excel, is part of out product functionality, today we can only show static screen grabs, while we would like to be able to click around and change values in the the screen grab of excel to make it more of a seamless demo experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abillity to show functionality that isn't live working software at the time of demonstration

What do you like best about the product?
Building interactive demos in Navattic is easy — and even quite enjoyable! They look true to the original and include several interesting features, such as image editing, blocking, and increasingly improved navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, though, the flow can be a bit confusing — between capturing images, creating the flow, and publishing. I often lose track of where the editing and linking options are. Some parts of the interface don’t make much sense to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic addresses the challenge of efficiently creating and delivering product demos, which is crucial in my role as a customer marketing professional focused on feature releases. By streamlining the demo creation process, Navattic enables me to quickly and effectively showcase new features, ensuring that our customers are well-informed and engaged with the latest updates. This not only enhances our marketing efforts but also improves customer satisfaction by providing clear, interactive presentations of our product's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a wonderful tool for so many areas of our business. Sales, customer success, and marketing have all seen benefits from the tool. Guided demos are quick and easy to make. It's been a total time saver for all of our teams.

Our customer success rep, Kaylie, has made learning and navigating the tool such a breeze. The ability to edit and reconfigure data in our solution through Navattic is an answered prayer. We are very lucky to have met Eric thorugh the sales process. He made sure Navattic fit all of our needs! We are appreciative of the teams' hard work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I make edits to a capture, I would love to see the edits carry over to the following slides. This includes numbers in a graph/table, blurrs, or text box edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability for our team. Our solutions engineering team is only 2 folks. It's made it extremely easy to arm members of the sales team with guided and gated demo functionality to free up some time for us 2.

What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Kaylie, has continued to be such a helpful resource for us. She is training our CS and Product team to ensure we have broad adoption of the product across our organization. The new features released this year will be a game changer for our demos!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing needs improvement! Liking the product a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability across our Solutions Engineering team and the ability for customers to experience the platform with guard rails.
