A Game Changer for Interactive Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Web capture feature, ease of use, customization options for flows, edit capabilities for web captures. Very robust compared to tools that only offer video capturing as opposed to HTML captures. Customer support is quite receptive and improvements are continuously rolled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile view can be improved and continues to not scale well unless the user views the tour on a desktop at a specific window size. Native analytics capabilities has room for more improvements to surface more accurate data. Would be helpful if we could choose specifically where the tooltips go on a web capture, as well as a zoom feature for complex UIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us save on time and resources and support marketting and training initiatives, as well as promoting EA features. Creating new tours and revising them takes significantly less time than producing a whole video and course is. Our platform is constantly updating and evolving, and we need to be able to keep up and keep our content to reflect these changes. Navattic helps with this. There has also been a growing need for interactive/hands-on experiences and simulations that our learners would like, and we see a lot of potential with Navattic for filling this gap.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface which results in minimal time to operational impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY speed bump I have had is the extra step of editing screen captures outside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equipping sales reps with an overview demo enables them to quickly qualify leads and only advance deals with a high probability of success to evaluation stage. New feature releases often require visual aids for customers to fully realized potential. We are also experimenting with using Navattic as a user guide amendment.
Navattic demo functionality is exactly what we were looking for!

The functionality within Navattic demos is limitless! We have not run into any needs that Navattic couldn't meet for building different types of demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything I don't like. The user interface is easy to learn and use, the workflow is simple and straightforward, the features and possibilities are excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The demos we were able to create for a high stakes customer event were not only engaging but they were flawlessly executed with Navattic's offline functionality to ensure we would not encounter bandwidth issues at a critical time from stage. This played a crucial role in capturing the attention of our audience and conveying the value of Coupa solutions effectively.
Navattic is a product marketer's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
A product demo is an introduction to your product and, in some cases, your brand. It sends the wrong message as a tech company if that introduction is a slowly loading sandbox environment or a clunky pre-recording.

What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish I had more demos set up in Navattic. There are always a million things to do, and I haven't been able to use Navattic to the full extent of its abilities yet, but I'm excited to do more with the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling a business means you can't always have a fantastic "demoer" available for every opportunity. Navattic allows you to recreate the highlights of your best demo experience at scale to support growth without sacrificing quality.
Great tool for sales and marketing

What do you dislike about the product?
-The mobile display of product tours was not the best when we initially started with Navattic but they have made great strides in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps our prospects understand the features and functions of our SaaS software. The product keeps prospects engaged and reduces the volume of demoes that we need to complete to convert a prospect.
Easy to use and necessary tool for any Sales-led or PLG company
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, simple to make changes or collaborate on projects. The customer support is great, they are always willing to help, jump on a call or set up a training for your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the modules could be a bit more playful in design. Maybe move around the screen or appear in a way that transitions worked in slides. But really this is just a silly thing that i would like added. There is nothing inherently wrong with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us improve our trial to customer conversion. Our trial is not that great and this creates alternative experiences for those that think our trial is too complicated to understand.

Navattic allows marketing to show, not tell, the world about our platform, giving prospects an idea of how they could implement it in their own business. This improves website conversion rates.
Navattic helps sales by sending prospects a link to the product demo, helping them to obtain leads and opportunities much quicker. When sales gets on a call with the customer, they can reference the demo. When it's time for a live demo, they can skip the highlights that were already shown to the prospect and jump right in to the features and benefits that directly tie in to what the customer is looking for.

Excellent Tour Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Whilst a beginner - learning the ins and outs of the platform is straightforward not just due to the great support, but the UI is polished and simple to follow.
Once you're comfortable with the platform creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy.
The UI is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve.
The support I've received is always stellar - there's always someone on hand ready to respond quickly with answers. The documentation is thorough and frequently updated.
Another notable characteristic of Navattic as a business is the frequency of improvements they make to the platform.
This doesn't just mean quality of life improvements but also functionality that really hones in on sales enablement.

The Analytics section has room for improvement. The visualizations in-platform are limited to a bare-bones line chart for the overall comparison metrics (engaged users, CTR, unique visitors etc.) and these cannot be exported.
There needs to be an undo button when building/editing a tour - especially for when a step is accidentally deleted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has given our web visitors low/no barrier-to-entry exposure to our platform by showcasing features that will fufill their use cases.
This has assisted in the conversion of visitors to prospects.
As a bonus - other stakeholders that we work with who wish to have a better understanding of our platform can utilize our tours too.
And lastly - we accompany our feature release announcements with a tour to transparently underline the value of new features.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an intuitive platform that's straightforward to navigate and onboard. We're currently in the early stages and so far, the process has been smooth. I've found the most demanding part falls to you, the user, to ensure your copy effectively communicates each interaction step.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a feature that automates the screen recording process, capturing each action without the need to manually select 'capture' after every interaction. This would significantly reduce the time spent on creating interactive demo flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us the ability to effectively showcase the benefits of a complex product while simplifying the understanding of features for users.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Navattic as a tool is that it is extremely easy to use. It's quick to get started and the training and customer service is unmatched. Someone recently asked me how long it would take to stand up Navattic and the truth is you really can do it in as little as a day. It is that easy to use. Navattic is also very customizable. You can publish and share tours in a lot of different ways so whatever strategy you are working with whether it is sales led growth or product led growth or a mix, you can use Navattic throughout your funnel. I also find it really valuable that I can edit captures in Navattic and personalize the content for our ABM strategy.
What I like best about Navattic as a product is how it supports revenue-focused marketing campaigns. Navattic enables us to show our product and share customized experiences with our audience without the barrier of a formal demo. I also appreciate that Navattic is not just a sales and marketing tool; every team can use Navattic whether it's for training or mocking up product updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about Navattic. If anything I use the product enough that I end up with more feature requests than anything to really complain about. I think it would be great if Navattic introduced more gating and privacy features. I would also like to see features like dynamic adjustments to tours to support return viewers. I'd love to see AI generated tours based on webtraffic or click trails so audiences actively on our website could see a personalized tour before leaving. And it would even be great to enable a chat feature so anyone taking a tour could chat with our team without having to leave the tour. To be fair, they may already offer some of these requests through integrations.

Navattic allows us to show our product earlier in our funnel and allows our audience to self-serve by conducting their own research and demonstrate intent. This helps us focus on prospects who are ready to enter a sales cycle. Navattic also allows our sales team to customize follow up and outreach so our audience can see the use cases and features most important to them.
