What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and intuitive. Recording screen captures and editing directly within the flow makes it easy to use with little to no instruction or hand-holding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike - it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps our product marketing team create more effective interactive demos, which support lead generation for the sales team. It also enables the product team to highlight key features and new releases in a clear, engaging way. Overall, it makes it easier for both internal teams and customers to use these demos externally, while giving sellers a valuable tool for post-demo follow-up to maintain engagement with prospects.

A Great Tool for Marketing & Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a really great tool for our team. I can see it being useful across many departments, but we mainly use it for Marketing and Sales. I especially like that you can personalize a walkthrough experience based on what a customer is interested in. It’s very customizable, and once everything is set up, it’s easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with Navattic is that it’s white-labeled. We’re on their Growth plan, and we still have to keep “Powered by Navattic” on our walkthrough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Navattic to let potential customers try the software before booking a demo. It’s been really helpful for our sales reps both before and after a demo, since prospects can explore the product on their own and revisit the features they saw during the demo.

A GTM Game Changer That Keeps Getting Better

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has been a total game changer for how our teams go to market. Even with small teams, it makes it easy to show what our products do, help customers understand them, and influence buying decisions without needing extra engineers or sales support. We use it for everything from getting prospects in the door to onboarding new customers and even explaining upsell opportunities. This has been my second company that I have onboarded and championed it within the organization and as a marketing leader, it is one of my favorite levers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real challenge is when you try to combine product visuals with other images. Sometimes the layouts aren’t perfectly responsive on all screen sizes. It usually only comes up with more complex demos, and it’s something they’re already working on, so it’s a small issue in the grand scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves a lot of the challenges that come with small teams and limited resources. It helps us move faster, educate customers, and drive adoption and upsells without needing to hire a bunch of extra people. In both of my companies, it has been one of the most powerful tools for improving how the market understands our products and for helping us grow.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very intuitive tool and easy to understand, even for first-time users. The way it captures workflows and records demos is efficient, which makes it simple to create training content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there were a desktop app that we could use to work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create e-learning training materials for our product’s certification paths.

Navattic Transformed Our Interactive Demos and Product Tours

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Navattic for the past few years and it's changed how we showcase interactive demos and product tours to our prospects. Before, we had videos explaining our features but it was missing that interactive element and it took longer to create and refine each time we had a new release or product update. Editing in Navattic is much more seamless and allows us to highlight easily the top callouts from a product demo. We're able to easily tell a story with these demos that we create to prospective buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is constantly innovating and releasing new features left and right! I would like to see better reporting and analytics on our product demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to create interactive demos and tours for prospects and customers alike, without needing to code or having advanced editing skills. As a marketer, it's been awesome being able to capture our platform features and create a demo that is interactive for our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Support has been great and responsive. Demos are super helpful for customers and prospects. We have been using it very often to send out and people have an easy time navigating our Navattic demos
What do you dislike about the product?
Features can be explained poorly or hidden. There's a bit of a learning curve. Flows need a lot of refining and the auto features can give too many steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has been really helpful in followup with prospects and engaging people who have questions on our product. It's been great to get people in front of the product in a way that is really scalable and makes them more educated buyers coming into a demo call

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is versatile and very user friendly. The learning curve is quite steep and 30 minutes in a person is able to produce demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, more advanced customization or analytics depth would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product demo videos are quite time-consuming to make and take a lot of effort to update. Navattic seems to solve this issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Navattic weekly to create workflows that tell the story of why our software helps users within our ICP. This visual aid not only creates clarity but also interest and demonstrates the value of our offerings without the need for AEs to be on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the opportunity to undo when I'm in draft mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us showcase our workflows in an appropriately user-guided way, and it feels easier to follow and better paced than a product video.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic gives us the control to create demos when and how we need them. We can edit captures after the fact to anonymize client data, make changes on the fly without waiting on anyone, and build flows that allow us to show our products versus constantly just talking about them. While we are just starting to use them, the performance analytics are useful for tracking prospect engagement. We were on another solution before this and spinning up a new demo is just a lot less work with Navattic. And our customer team at Navattic has been extremely responsive to any and all questions we throw their way, always willing to help optimize our output and expand how we use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting a specific portion within a capture can sometimes be imprecise, which affects features like background shading that depend on getting that selection right. This means that the experience we wish to have for our prospects are sometimes not optimal. Also, the visitor analytics data can also be inconsistent at times. For example, we have had internal users show up as external companies within the analytics, requiring some manual cleanup and potential to miss those in the future. which requires some manual cleanup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us show rather than tell. Prospects can experience our dashboards firsthand, which backs up what we're saying in the sales process and helps build trust. Our customer success team has also started using it to automate parts of client onboarding, streamlining the process and making their workflows more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and intuitive, with an adequate feature set that feels advanced without being overwhelming when you’re getting started. Customer success support has also been great from the outset, onboarding was smooth and easy to implement - and the sales process was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far. That said, we'd be more successful if we had a more dedicated internal resource to help get more demos up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, it gives our prospective audience a “look under the hood” of our platform without needing to speak to someone if they’re not ready yet. Going forward, it will be really beneficial for our own customer onboarding as well as sales enablement.
