Great tool, easy to use, and excellent customer support from Navattic Team.
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an easy-to-use platform that you can master in a couple of minutes. The final demos are nice and exactly what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. All the key functionality is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had zero visibility into how our prospects are viewing the demo. Now we have analytics and can make decisions based on data.
Plus the guided tour allows us to focus on individual use cases we want to show, as oppose to just throwing users into live environment and let them figure out what to do.

Best product on the market to create interactive product demos/walkthroughs
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool to create online demo's and product walkthroughs!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about Navattic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a product to be able to provide customers and prospects with a interactive demo/walkthrough of our on premise installed products. Navattic now allows our website visitors to experience the product prior to downloading and installing our product
Easy to launch product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Low learning curve. Can deploy product tours easily, simple workflow. Easy to share, links are embeddable. Version control for restore if there may be any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is for general education/updates of product behavior to an external audience - i.e., it's not meant for product tours/demos targeted to specific, current user segments. It works well within the confines of its use case but is somewhat limiting from a feature richness perspective.

Intuitive way to build demo experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have been building a demo experience using Navattic, which meant that I played around with it a couple of times a day for 2-3 weeks. It took me almost no time to get used to it. I personally didn't need to ask for customer support help; however, I know that my colleagues did, and they were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were having thoughts about building a demo experience specifically for mobile (small screen) users. However, it appeared that such a feature was not yet part of their product. I trust it's in their backlog! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is making it easy, fast and accessible to build demo journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success team, especially Alisa, provided excellent support. Alisa guided us through the entire creation process for our first walkthrough demo, optimizing it and helping us familiarize ourselves with the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I thought their would be more video integration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase our website conversion with a self-serve demo environment for prospective clients to click through the product experience.
Very solid product tour / interactive demo solution
What do you like best about the product?
1. Navattic's platform was able to accurately capture the fairly complicated graphs and charts, which are integral to our product. Other product tour platform wasn't able to do it.
2. Great support: When I encountered an issue with how one of the drop down menus was displayed, Navattic support went ahead and promptly fixed it manually, which was great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the price will eventually go down. But even now it is a solid product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps the selected visitors of our website to try our platform, therefore enabling better conversion. Additionally, it helps us to demonstrate the platform without revealing actual customer data, as we can edit all the text fields and visuals.
Great way to give customers an asynchronous demo
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool for creating professional, easy to navigate click-through demos. In particular, I like the capture flexibility, there is almost always a way to show customers exactly the part of the software you're hoping to highlight. I also like the personalization options for themes that allows you to reflect brand guidelines cleanly.
They reorganized some of their features this past fall, and the new way projects works is vastly improved.
And their customer service is fantastic: quick, friendly, and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is something of a learning curve, which I'm not sure there is truly a way around. I'd recommend learning the platform on a smaller project first, or one you don't plan to edit. Once you figure out how the screencaptures are organized, you'll want to recapture everything fresh, especially if you plan to go in and edit/refine periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to offer website visitors immeadiate access to a view of our platform 24/7. It saves our sales team from having to demo live to people who are just curious, and some potential customers might never have scheduled a live demo without the deeper understanding of our platform that our Navattic tour offers.
Great way for prospective customers to kick the tires before sign up
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic allows my marketing team to build demos without any product or engineering resources. The Navattic team was super helpful getting us up to speed and is always quick to answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can't figure out how to use certain features but our CS rep always helps explain things clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Switchboard is a visually dynamic product that's easier to explain with video and imagery than with words. Navattic allows prospective customers a hands-on way to see the product before their sign up.
Best in the "click to tour" industry!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick to setup, they're always adding new features to make your experience (and your customer's experience) better), and the support team is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to see how far someone made it in a tour and how long they spent doing it. Pull that into HubSpot, even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to "text a tour" to our customers who are often too busy to schedule a video demo with sales reps. They're able to view the experience on their cell phone, and get in touch with us when they're ready to buy.
Easy of Use and Fluid Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing that I experienced when using Navattic was how fast and fluid this tool is. It was a pleasant surprise and made working with this tool a good experience.

So far, it has been all positive with Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is lifting the barrier on customer education before they even create an account with us. In addition, for our existing customers, it also facilitates the ability of guiding them through when external platforms are used.
One of our examples is on how to integrate GetResponse with WordPress. Using Navattic, it's way easier for us to show users how they can perform the action.
In addition, it's way faster than creating and maintaining videos.
