Navattic is an Instructional Designer's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the continual improvement to the tool. They are continually adding new features and improving UI, which means I'm often finding new ways to use the platform.
I find the editing tool particularly powerful. Product demos and screenshots used to require special sandbox demo accounts where content could be curated for a specific purpose. With the editing tool, I can edit nearly any instance to match my needs in that moment. It has saved me countless hours of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile demo builder has a lot of room for improvement. In a mobile-first world, I find myself having to focus much more on making my content more mobile friendly. Improvements to the mobile builder in Navattic would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps eliminate some of the need for a sandbox environment in products I want sales to demo. I can hand a Navattic demo to someone and know they are presenting what I want them to present, they can't mess it up, and they can use it whenever they'd like. I can also keep them up to date easily, and make corrections on the fly.
Overall, Navattic saves me time when it comes to product demos, tours, and educational support.

Game Changer for Start Ups
What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to learn how to use, the price point and accessibility was unmatched and it's a total game changer for start ups trying to put out product tours for different audiences. Getting Navattic was easily one of the best decisions our company made last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only been upsides, I highly recommend it if you want to give your prospective clients a product tour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us with multiple problems: giving prospective clients a product tour, giving admins instructional tours, giving users instructional tours and giving the sales team additional resources.
A good product with miles to go!
What do you like best about the product?
The product is pretty easy to use. The flows are intuitive and look clean when being presented. Regular product updates help me stay up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the latest major update, things seem jumbled up. The earlier arrangement of projects worked better, and the migration during the update has caused a mess in my existing repository.
Also, the suite seems a bit pricey when comparing with similar tools in the market. The solutions are targeted more towards conversion rather than user training. Custom forms and variables are limited, there can be more flexibility in terms of configuration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The users of my platform need frequent training and support. We're using Navattic to create in-platform guided tours that the users can readily refer to, in addition to human support. The guided tours become crucial at the time of initial onboarding.
Introducing potential clients to system highlights
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture screens and make changes to small elements and wordings for consistency was fantastic. To create a workflow showing the benefits of the system will separate our tool from others. I was able to work through three different workflows to represent different programs we partner the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small challenge was finding a delete button for duplicate screens, but once discovered it was quite easy moving forward.

The Navattic tool provides a strong brief overview of our products capability to increase the interest of potential partners. These short demonstrations engage potential users to take a deeper dive into our product.

We use Navattic for interactive demos on our website and during the sales process. I like that Navattic gives us an easy way to deliver bite-sized, guided product experience without the need the need for a live demo.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some improvements to the Navattic <> Hubspot reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic alleviates the need for live sales-led demos in some contexts. In other contexts, where a sales demo is needed, Navattic helps prospects enter the call with more info, engage stakeholders who were not on the call async, and provide more info as a part of the sales followup.

I love how quickly I picked up on how to use the tool, its very intuitive. I have used it to make numerous platform walkthroughs, and each time I was suprised at how it took me no time at all!
I really like this tool because I feel like alot of out plarform users learn better through this medium, and they are so easy to create and share.

Nothing right now, but I am a newer user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to screen record you demoing the platform manually. It also forces customers to pay attention to each step since its interaative, so they are way more likely to remember it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Navattic is — the interface is easy to navigate, you can find your way around the tool to do the things you want. The pricing is straight forward and they don't lock any functionality you'd want to use (like most other platforms do these days).
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides to the product. Perhaps they could offer more theme customization, but that adds unnecessary complixity anyhow. It's a great product, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Navattic to get my leads to interact with my product without having to (1) sign up (2) pay (3) book a meeting demo. It's a fast and simple way to get your users guided through the product with minimal time requirements. Additionally, you can capture emails and integrate with your CRM.
Excellent product demos without needing a developer
What do you like best about the product?
The end results that Navattic produces-- interactive product demos-- are truly best-in-class. They've helped us clearly communicate what our product is and how it works, and led to a measurable increase in leads. The fact that I've been able to create these demos myself, as a non-technical user, and edit them on the fly, has been incredibly empowering and allowed for faster implementation and iteration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially setting up each demo in Navattic can be a bit fiddly. Navattic has great features that allow you to replace page elements like images and text elements, but on a demo with multiple interactions on the same product screen, I didn't find a great way to apply changes across my entire flow-- so there was a lot of redundant work to get each screen of the demo to match each other.

Navattic helps us self-serve to build product demos, so prospective customers can tour our product in a controlled environment. This ultimately helps us generate more leads, with more-informed customers who already understand our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I especially love how easy it is for me to edit my product demos to provide a customized experience for my recipients. In our business we often have a short time allotted to present a great deal of detail about our product -- Navattic enables me to share a post-demonstration takeaway to help participants absorb the content and remember how great our product is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually the one item that was a challenge for me has been added to a recent enhancement. At first all of my "builds" were all grouped together and I had to use naming conventions to keep them straight. Now folders exist to organize my content by topic. It would be great to have an easy way to duplicate or copy an entire build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling clients who are not ready to schedule a demo have a limited tour of our product. Tracking tools enables me to see what parts of our product my clients are engaging with the most so I know how to follow up with greater specificity.
Great solution for easy, accessible product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Still one of our critical platforms! Such an user-friendly interface, with new product features released frequently. We've recently increased our product portfolio, and adding users to create their own demos was really straightforward.
Their web capture demos and the editing is really powerful, it makes it really easy to tweak tiny details to enhance the prospect experience. Wouldn't look anywhere else for a demo tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are small bugs as expected, but these get fixed really quickly. Would also love some enhancements to the analytics section, to support our internal reporting.
