Great product and pricing
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a tool to create clickable demos to demonstrate our product's functionality and ease of use. Navattic had the perfect balance of functionality and flexibility, seats, and cost to meet our marketing department's needs. It's been able to cover all our use cases and has enhanced the performance of our exit intent pop ups especially well. Set up was super easy and we saw good engagement with the demos we launched frmo the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve in terms of learning to build demos and sometimes it can be hard to find what you're looking for. That said they have been making improvements, and once you've learned how to do something it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to demonstrate our products range of functionality and ease of use quickly at the moments that matter such as our exit intent pop ups.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use. It took me just a few hours to get up and started creating a robust product demo.
January 2026 Update: It has been nearly two years since I had my first Navattic experience, and wish to share the following. Since I was the most experienced on the team with this tool, I had stepped in to train not only my direct team members, but extended teams across the globe. Now, these are pretty smart people, and do have technical chops, but the very apparent consensus is that this tool rocks! Not only does it help drive sales, enablement, enrichment, but it is just so darn easy to onboard. Yes, there are a number of how to's and their documentation is pretty spot on and easy to follow, but it's just intuitive. There are some negatives, sure...no one can please everyone, but I would consider myself a brand ambassador simply because using this tool has to be one of the more enjoyable aspects to my job, whether I am training someone or building something cool that will help elevate others. The best part about Navattic has been the use of their Capture feature and then automatic flow creation. It is 1000x better than using screenshots. Navattic will build the flow based on your captures which gets you up and running much faster. This method allows for adjusting captures at an advanced level, change elements such as bluring or hiding (great for PII like IP addresses), tethering elements together (such during horizontal scrolling of multiple itesms together), embedding images, replacing/renaming elements, and more.
I have also had to consult with the Navattic support team a couple times as I was stuck trying to do a couple things and I needed help using a new feature where we can upload video files as a capture. Every time I reach out to them, they respond right away and have been very helpful. Alex has been great and Neil even created a short screen recording showing me how to perform something rather advanced, teathering. It saved me a ton of time learning how to use this feature but was critical for a pristine demo.

The analytics could be more informative. There is basic information about who accessed, average length, where they dropped, etc, but I do not see more deeply than just the surface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large number of products and features rolling out so rapidly, it is hard for our sales and field teams to access those features in a stable lab. What Navattic has done is allowed us to control which functions to demonstrate in a reliable and repeatable way, and also allowing us offline access which ensures dark sites can also benefit. We can use these at events without worry of labs working, or if the internet access is good.

What do you like best about the product?
The web capture feature sold us on the product. Our products frequently change UI, which has caused issues with the content we produce for onboarding and customer success processes. We initially determined that we'd need to hire a video editor and continue updating and editing the content we create for eternity. Like other interactive demo software, Navattic allows users to interact with our platform, without needing to log in or create an account. To reiterate, its best feature is its web capture component. Allowing the content to be updated in seconds without having to re-create content like other product tutorials or videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic does cost a pretty penny, and it doesn't have features other product tours have such as gif or video creation. I'd love to see AI implementation at some point for this product, then there'd be no stopping them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us scale our content easily and quickly, saving us hundreds of hours each month from updating and re-creating content.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has given our educational content for customers a face lift. Everyone in the company loves the guided simulations we have created with Navattic. We embed these on our learning website and within learning courses. It is a breeze to create demos within our product. Web-based demos are fantastic and help our customers learn how to use different and new features. It was super easy to get started for everyone on our team to learn how to use it, and it is simple to get it embedded where it needs to go.
They recently redid the flow of how to build out a demo, and it makes things much easier to keep things together, which is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the web-based demos are fantastic, the screenshot-based demos could use a little more work. If you are trying to demo experiences on a mobile device, there are limited options for the device frames. They are mostly outdated. There is no device frame for a more current Android device that has a taller aspect ratio. The only option is to kind of squeeze it in an iPhone 13 Pro Max frame. It would be nice if some more work in that area could be done.
While it is super simple to create web demos within our product, sometimes you need to edit the capture to make it work. Navattic gets web captures right about 95% of the time. In that editor, it can be clunky to dive down to exactly what you want. Sometimes it is impossible to get to what you need to edit.

Navattic replaced our Adobe XD-based guided simulations. They allow our customers to experience our product and workflows without having to mess with their production environments.

Navattic is a great way to easily create an interactive way for prospects to experience the our solution.
Easily caputures the application and let's you edit anything on the screen. Very easy to use and train the rest of the team on.

Navattic gives us the opportunity to give prospects a hands experience of our product in the research stage.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to create the product flows and to customizations to properly showcase your software. The onboarding was really good and we have ongoing support to help us troubleshoot any issues that we run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Still an early user and will update if needed, but to this point I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing individuals to navigate the platform in a demo format without having to book a direct demo with the sales team. This allows us to easily showcase the software and highlight specific values to users before a live demo.

Easy to use and very cost effective!! Integration was super easy and the layout is beautiful.
Customer support is amazing, with the account manager following up with me regularly and the customer support helping me with my first demo.

Starting up is hard if you are short on time. Would be great if we could send in a customer demo and the navattic demo could be made for us.

A fantastic tool for bringing the insight of a live demo to your digital experience
What do you like best about the product?
It could not have been easier to grab the data from our product and ingest it into our platforms and the customer support has been fantastic.

I think there are some areas of the product that are still young and being built out (but support is fantastic at flagging these things for their product team)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's eliminating a sales wall as the first step of our demo experience and bringing it into our overall website.
Great tool for what you need it to do.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create storylines of content and to capture HTML pages to make them interactice. Customer support was excellent during sales and onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like if we could more easily integrate audio clips to use as voiceover for the specific steps, so it plays automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built out a self-serve demo automation, that's sort of something between a "how to" video, a slide deck and a self-driving click advance training.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service/client success team is great, responsive, and helpful. The product is pretty simple to use and integrate into your systems. If something is not intuitive, customer success is very responsive and almost always has a solution for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users might think the product demo is the actual platform, so they get frustrated trying to click around. We as the builders of the demo see that as by design, but it may be frustrating to users if the demos aren't set up exactly right.

Allowing us to demo our product in a curated way without wasting a salesperson's time.
