What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is user friendly and there are updates regularly with very helpful added features. The customer support has been very responsive and it was super easy to get started using the platform. The demos we have created have been a great addition to our own customer experience. We look forward to creating more demos and user information to assist our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Navattic allowed for a little more customization with images, fonts, etc. And if the end screen/page had more options or an actual close option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our customers some instruction in our platform.

A useful tool to save time and add value for customers

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Navattic is the quick and easy templates/guides that it takes you through to make your own demos and automations. It's quite easy to learn and pick up, and the results are definitely value add for who they are created for. At its core, the purpose is clear and the end product allows training/learning to be simple and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some things that we wish that we could customize a bit easier or clearer in the creation stage. While I understand the limits, it would be nice to be able to control exactly how much I will frame or highlight in a specific window - not just the entire block. However, this does prevent complexity in the customization of pages, which does simplify things and allows for quicker lead times on content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Largely as a SaaS company, we use Navattic to create guides and training materials for existing customers - along with demos for prospective customers. This saves plenty of time on our client facing departments' sides, because needing to schedule a call to discuss something is not the baseline anymore. We can simply send a Navattic to answer the client's questions - or do so proactively to prevent the questions from ever surfacing. This saves us code-switching costs for each individual, as well as unnecessary time spent in meetings or client calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization caters to many different customers, and we're still small so we don't always have the time to provide 1:1 demos for each and every person. Being able to construct async demos that are tailored to the business needs of our customers allow us to offer the information our clients are looking for without having to schedule out each and every one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have so many reference flows I get a bit twisted up and can't delete them bc they reference too many others, but there's a good chance this is user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simply don't have the manpower or time in the day to provide a demo to every guest on our website that wants one. In an effort to prioritize high value customers we looked for some other way to offer quality service to smaller accounts without sacrificing customization. With Navattic, we can build demos for different facets of the industry, then share the appropriate demo with the customer. Their specific needs are still being spoken to without ever being, well, spoken to. We can also use peices of one tour in another, so we aren't reinventing the wheel each time we create a new tour.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated very well with the rest of our tech stack - Hubspot for form submissions and lead capture, Wordpress for website integration. Made my life easy as a marketing ops role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires some dev work on the website to create a new module to support the responsive embed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic gives us an easy solution to the problem of getting prospects to view our demo. We had tried a few different ways to get our platform demo in front of website visitors & prospects and none really stuck. Navattic's ability to embed the demo right onto our highest-traffic pages was a major upgrade.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to use, and has thoughtful tools like allowing you to quickly edit out sensitive data and highlight certain components. It was very low lift (less than a day!) to launch our first demo, embed it into our website, and start tracking leads. After adding it to our website, we immediately noticed tons more engagement compared to other CTAs we had been experimenting with.

Also had a great experience with customer support -- as a first time user, the support team was super quick to help me optimize my demo and give me actually helpful advice on how to create a best in class walkthrough. Their blog content was also super helpful for a marketing novice to understand!

Also tons of nice small UX touches and details that make the whole thing very customizable without being overly complicated to implement. Loved being able to add email gating, vanity URLs, customizing the different modals/tooltips, and all the small touches that make the demo look super polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! Any confusion/difficulties I had were immediately resolved by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demos to engage potential customers with the platform who aren't ready to engage, and also walkthroughs for existing customers to familiarize themselves with new features and workflows

Flexible platform with a great support team

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very user friendly. The demo builder is very easy to use and the well designed support material Navattic provides has helped me troubleshoot a few problems in real time (not the typical black hole of support pages that I'm used to). The flexibility of the builder has also proved to be very useful. It's made integration a very simple process.

Their CSM team is also top notch. When I received a request from our C-suite that was a bit unsual, Navattic's team didn't hesitate to jump on a call and help me build in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only downsides I've experienced have caused by the platform I'm creating demos for, not Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Navattic is allowing us to show users exactly what type of value they can expert to get from our platform. A demo allows us to make this real for a user, rather than just showing screenshots and vague marketing language.

A Powerful & Helpful Tool (...just make sure you use it for the right job)

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is an awesome resource for clickable and shareable demos. My team has used Navattic for over a year to showcase our newest features to audiences who may want a more indepth look without having to create an account or log in.

My favorite part about Navattic is the ability to edit screenshots to remove client information and add in dummy data. This has made my life so much easier.

The customer support that Navattic has provided me is exceptional. I highly recommend this feature because of the responsivness of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all software, sometimes the UX isn't quite right. It's not the best but it certainly is not the worst.

Depending on what the job is, creating a demo can be a little tedious. It's important to make sure you have a plan for how you want a demo to flow before getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows us to create demos using our actual interface and quickly edit out proprietary data. This saves us tons of time when it comes to creating dummy accounts and data. Navattic also lets us show off the best looking parts of our platform as we work to improve other outdated areas.

I'd like to see better insights around who is looking at each guide, when, and how often.

Navattic helps the visitors on our website discover our SaaS platform's features and user experience. This is a great support for our lead acquisition strategy. Also, we've been using Navattic for new clients on-boarding. This is super useful as well.
