Customizable for every use case

What do you like best about the product?
They've got every base covered. I've tested a lot of different tools out there with similar functionality, but it always feels like something is missing. Navvatic has done a great job listening to their customers and building the right things.

Highly reccomend!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey compared to the competition. our product sits a schrome extension so it makes it a bit more channeling to capture the screens (you need to use the sreenshot funtionality). However it's still really easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending users onboarding and use case demos

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive and user friendly. The team is very supportive and responsive. We were able to create attractive and interactive click-through demos in a relatively short time. The analysis of the visitors and usage is informative as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside so far. All the concerns I had were resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The click through demos are embedded on our web-site and also shared through e-mail with prospects and customers. They enable us to showcase our product without using our internal resources. It eliminates the friction during the early stages of the prospect's solution discovery.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can have a customer really work through our platform in a controlled environment. While still giving them the opportunity to do it on their own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit to get to know how to build the demo but once you get it it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product doesn't enable people to explore without a rather robust implementation process. This however helps people take a peak "under the hood" without actually being in the platform.

Useful tool for B2B training

What do you like best about the product?
The capture tool is intuitive, and it's an effective tool to help showcase our products. Navattic is a lightweight solution that requires almost no technical no-how to use. The result is a professional-looking, interactive demo that saves us valuable developer time were we to build something similar into our own site ourselves. It was also very easy to integrate onto our support desk, which was a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing the flows can be confusing, though it looks like there have been some UX updates that have addressed some of the issues I was seeing. In the past I have had issues editing or replacing images on a capture, and the blur effect wasn't always effecive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to be able to offer one-on-one phone support during business hours, but as we've scaled it's no longer feasible to offer that level of support. Most customer questions can be answered with a short demo of our platform or a walkthrough of our back-end. Navattic helps to automate some of this for us. It would be even more beneficial if it was possible to install Navattic on our site so that it could walk clients through set up in real time, rather than just a demo.

Super Easy Interactive Tours

What do you like best about the product?
We love Navattic at SpotDraft - it's helped us easily give the outside world a look into our product, without any of the engineering complexity that goes with opening up a product to the public.

We were up and running in just a few days, and we're able to fully self-serve on the platform because of how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The team has been super helpful in resolving any blockers we come across.

Navattic makes it super easy for us to showcase our product to prospects and customer alike.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and relatively quick to understand on your own (if you're more tech-savvy). I was able to quickly set up the tour in about 2 weeks, and it was incredibly helpful to have Annie look over the tour before we launched it and give best practice tips!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the visitor data analytics was more in-depth, without having to export the data to view the breakdown of demographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us showcase our software and letting customers address their own pain points!

What do you like best about the product?
Just log in to the URL, capture the screen based on your demo flow, and with just a few edits, the demo will be ready.
The options to edit the capture and hide sensitive information were particularly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having options to import screenshots would be beneficial in cases where logging in is not feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable users to experience the product without the necessity of constructing and managing a real system lab.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is. I primarily use Figma for product demos, which can sometimes get very complex and take a long time to create the demo that I want. Navattic keeps things simple and fast, so I can launch a demo in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for phone mockups, I think right now they only have the older version of the iPhone, I'd like to see the new models, and maybe Android!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SaaS company where prospective users need to schedule a demo with us in order to see the product in-depth. With Navattic, I'm able to quickly create demos that users can easily clickthrough and get a sense for our product without having to schedule a demo right away. This decreases barriers for leads. I also use it to help users acclimate to new features with a walkthrough.

Easy, engaging way to display complex software

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great way to display a complex product/software. We've historically had challenges in helping prospects understand the full scope of our product, but Navattic has given us an easy way to take a "show, don't tell" approach. Their team is responsive and helpful, and they make implementation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the UI was a bit confusing, but they updated it shortly after our implementation. The new UI is great. There are some features I'd still like to see, like deeper image editing capabilities, but they've created easy workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complex product that serves a lot of personas, and we've recently changed up our messaging. Navattic gives us an easy way to show how our product can impact the entire organization, and to help train sales with new messaging/demo flows.
