I don't dislike Navattic at all. The whole sales process was amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Navattic is absolutely awesome. The intuitive interface and continous product enhancements make it an essential in any software marketer's toolkit. The team was great through implementation and getting us up and running quickly with exceptional customer support to be there every step of the way. The latest integration capabilities will be an absolute game changer for our sales and business development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we have is you're unable to manage multiple domains as part of one instance of the tool. Just means we need to get creative with our multiple product lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most buyers don't want to talk to sales before they have seen a software solution today, and with Navattic it gives us the ability to show our software in an easy to digest way that prospects come running to view our solution. This is great as a kickstarter for our business development conversations, but also as a sales tool to move prospects through the funnel.
Easy to use, amazing customer success team!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is incredible! I love being involved in customer conversations and events that Navattic holds. They make you feel valued - I truly feel like my ideas and requests in the product have been considered and if they don't get implemented, it's usually because it already exists! The customer success team is incredible and are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Navattic is a great product and exceptional company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us to be more knowledgable in Sales conversations since we can see exactly where leads have viewed/dropped off in our product tours. We are also bringing in more product qualified leads.

Navattic proves to be an incredibly user-friendly tool, simiplifying the process of setting up product tours effortlessly. Its intuitive interface allows for swift tour creation, streamlining the entire experience. Moreover, the support from the Navattic team is exceptional. They offer invaluable guidance at every stage, ensuring a seamless journey towards successful tour implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, Navattic stored all tours in one repository. In response to customer feedback requesting organization in folders, they updated their product to meet this need.

What do you like best about the product?
My company has used Navattic over the years to create interactive, dynamic virtual tours of our products, and it's been wonderful. I like the variety of capabilities the tool offers - from being able to seamlessly capture screenshots to blurring out copy when necessary to easily generating mobile-friendly versions to all the different design options available (i.e., module vs. tooltip), etc. I also like how professional the walkthroughs look :) I would absolutely recommend this to others!
I would also be remiss if I didn't mention their fabulous support. You can easily chat with their support team to get quick answers, and their customer success team is very attentive, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help!

This is actually a positive, but there are so many cool features available in Navattic. I just need to find the time to dig through them to ensure I leverage all the capabilities they have to offer!

This tool is so easy to use and it's helped our audience understand our product so much more. People are visual learners and being able to provide them a virtual tour has been amazing. Our sales team enjoys using them during meetings and follow-ups. It's a great product that can help any brand connect with their audience better.

A must-have to engage buyers
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is incredibly simple to use and very versatile. In just a couple of weeks, we launched a couple of interactive demos to showcase the right features earlier in our sales process while maintaining consistent storytelling. We are a sales-led company and have always struggled to demonstrate the product other than in a live demo. Since buyers nowadays look to understand the product and self-educate before talking to a rep, an interactive demo tool is a must-have in the product marketing tool belt.
The implementation is extremely simple, and the customer support is fantastic! Whenever I had a question, the team was available to walk me through and provide the answers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is amazing. The only drawback is the experience on mobile, depending on how you build the demo. In some cases, it's better to block mobile access and only allow access from desktop devices.

Ease of use, trial period, great support and thought leadership esp. given the nascency of the category, speed of improvements to the platform (it is 10x better now than 3 months ago when I started using it)
