Wanna be a PLG company? Navattic is a must have!

What do you like best about the product?
One interactive demo is worth a thousand words. Analytics and data from the interactive demos are tell us so much about the viewers too--that help us understand who we are interested in learning more about our product and who we should target. Navattic definitely makes our tool more accessible and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might lack of minor features and usability here and there but that's it doesn't get in the way of using the core product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic enables us to become more frictionless and PLG ready. We use Navattic when we cannot do multiple demos for the entire organization due to various reasons. Also viewers can play it over and over to familiarize themselves to the tool and validate the value we bring.

Great Demo Tool For Sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to engage with prospects earlier in a deal cycle is one of my favorite things about Navattic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better tracking metrics for Navattic to better understand specifc areas in which the customer spends the most attention. However, if this already exists, I'd love to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me leverage our internal content to reach prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it was developed to be easy to use right from the start without a long learning curve. The interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I wished to do graphically and UX-wise (such as being able to make a stronger looking arrow to point to an aspect of our page) was not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing to hire an outside creator or to take up too much time from our graphics department and instead bring the creative process into our small department was both efficient and cost-conscious.

Intuitive and Useful Product

What do you like best about the product?
Grabbing screenshots for this product is extremely easy and there are many unique ways to create flows which are smooth and helpful for customers. As a marketing tool or as a support tool used for walkthroughs, this is a very good product for showing a product or process off to a prospect. With minimal training, I was able to go through and create a good looking demo, and it has been a great way to showcase our product to potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of is that I think it can be slightly restrictive for where you put your "Modal" content. I wish you could drag it wherever you want the content on the screenshot, rather than preset places on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a way for us to show off our software on our website, which was previously only able to be done with screengrabs which are not very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been with Navattic for a few years now, and the product continues to deliver. We’re seeing strong engagement from prospects, and that engagement is helping drive sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Navattic. But, do hope that they continue to add new features. We are committed to Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to leverage Navattic to accellerate buyer interst and education on our platform. We recently launched a new product and it has helped us optimize our messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use first of all. I am pretty technical but anyone with little to no technical background will have no problem setting up a demo on Navattic, which is pretty cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
New features and enhancements are coming but the canvas setting while scraping can use some work. The canvas doesn't work well on terminals, which we use a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complicated solutions because our product is a developer tool. Navattic helps us visualize and guide users through our solutions, otherwise, it would be very hard to show some of these concepts.

What do you like best about the product?
Its clear the value it creates. You can walk through demos and narratives in an easy and digestible manner. It is clean, as a creator easy to use once you learn it and offers a lot of handy functionality to give the customer a true sense of what your tool can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things aren't intuitive immediately in creating demos but I havent found anything I really need that it doesn't do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both internally and externally it allowed for an easy walk through of our analytics. It saves our data guys time and is the basis for several trainings. Externally we are able to show our product and give a taste in a controlled envrionment that also gives our customers the freedom to poke around under the hood to a degree.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to import product screens, create flows, and update demo experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to input dummy data. Had to use the dev tools and edit the HTML to inject new objects and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a quick demo walkthrough of our platforma and since we don't have our own native instance configured, this allowed us to get a demo up and running quickly.
