Easy to Use and Adapt
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like most about Navattic is the ability to edit my screen captures, so that they can tell a consistent story. Sometimes when you're pulling things from multiple environments, that can seem like a Hurculean task, but I was able to change up data, account names, and even charts on the fly. It required a little design knowledge on my part, but if you can get access to the content and graphics you want to replace, it was suprisingly easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits to how much I could styllize the Navattic UI to resemble our own brand (e.g. text spacing on the buttons). But colors and font were a piece of cake. Relatively minor quibble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our solution does a lot in the background, so sometimes it's difficult to show the value it can offer. I think Navattic makes it easier to pull that value forward. It also pushes you to really boil down the narrative into something simple and easy to demonstrate.
Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create demos for a variety of use cases. As a new customer, I have already created 3 demos within the first couple of months to use both for prospecting activities as well as for internal company product updates and tutorials. While I was initially a little apprehensive about learning how to use a new product Navattic Customer Success rep Kaylie Jensen immediately put me at ease. Through one-to-one meetings and follow-up communications where Kaylie provided tutorials, pro tips, and best practice recommendations I quickly learned the ins and outs of building successful demos with Navattic demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to use themes for demos but this is simply a learning curve and Navattic customer success has quickly responded to any questions I have had along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demo automation, pre-qualifying prospects, and shortening the sales cycle.
The best path to PLG for SAAS
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Navattic is fast, simple, and relatively easy.
It removes the headache and hassle of trying to set up sandboxes and a sign up process for everyone to use your product. Some brands may not have that time, expertise, or bandwidth to pull that off. Navattic helps you stitch together a product tour that is on par with a self sign up.
The fact that they let you create a tour to help users understand your product & how to use it is clutch.
Their team is fast to respond, really resourceful, and nice to work with. They really care.

Some of the tech is new so integrations are still being improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can skip the entire engineering & product management phase of launching a self sign up flow by easily creating a product demo in just a few days. Saving us months of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform for designing tours or step-by-step guides is incredibly intuitive. If you have a plan/script already planned out, you can stand up a tour in a couple of hours at the most. They also have been continually making updates to make things even easier and improve the visual impact of my tours!
It was also very easy for our team to collaborate on making improvements and completing multiple guides for our user base.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was easier ways to apply our branding to the tours. Right now I have it iframed into my website, and it works fine, but I would just as soon have a hosted link with a vanity URL applied. I also find the native analytics and integrations a little hard to work with but they are working to improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to give live demonstrations of our platform to every interested users - many of them were not interested in buying from us. After launching our new web experience which included a navattic tour, we have almost completely eliminated requests for live demonstrations from people just exploring.

Navattic helped us build interactive product tours without much effort or technical involvement. It is fast and reliable, and the support is fantastic.

Showing website visitors exactly how our product works in a modern way even before they get a demo with our sales team.
Also, a better way to create leads from website visitors who are interested in our product without bombarding them with too many content download popups and demo forms.

Easy, intuitive product tour builder
What do you like best about the product?
I love their trajectory of innovation. The new features being released each month are impressive!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows site visitors to take a tour of our product, self-service, without needing to engage with Sales. It is one of our most complemented assets by prospective customers and investors.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great and very intuitive tool for creating content, in a very fast way. It's also very friendly when it comes to sharing content with clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still not available (such as being able to upload videos) and this makes some creation of material slower, but they always hear our requests and try to include them in their product roadmap.

Navattic is allowing us to share demos and trainings of our products to our clients so that they can see and use the content as they want to. It also allows us to create demos of products that are not launched, for selling purposes

Before Navattic we used gifs and videos to illustrate how our product works and what it does. This worked OK but we felt like we could do better.
Navattic has enabled us to bring our product to life on our website and enables prospects and clients to actually try out new features.
A Navattic product tour is quicker and less fiddly make than videos and gifs and I believe they have a greater impact (although that's not to say we will not continue too use videos and gifs where appropriate).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool. Simple interface. Short learning curve. Very flexible to accomodate different demo creation and presentation needs. Really like the demo menu capability and all the various paths you can create throughout demo and for CTAs. Their CS team is excellent too. Really helpful polishing things up around the edges before you go live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered any real downsides yet. There are some features they can add to simplify workflows (e.g. global component library so you don't have to replicate stuff in each demo) but I'm sure that will come in time.

Navattic enables people interesting in KATA to explore the product and learn more about it before they sign up.
