Transformational solution for our revenue team - a must have!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is hands down the best solution out on the market. The user interface is incredibly easy to use. Within minutes I'm able to create clickable demo walkthroughs that I'm able to roll out to the sales team. Because our product deals with the concept of time (we're in shipping and logistics), Navattic allows us to capture the complete story of our solution, which is something a normal demo wouldn't be able to capture or even a free trial. On top of that, the Navattic team is world-class. I've worked with many different customer success teams and nothing comes cloes to Navattic's. Purchasing Navattic was one of the best decisions I've made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been a customer with Navattic for almost a year, and I really can't think of anything I dislike about the solution. It does everything I expected plus more. The team is constantly rolling out new features and updates. I'm extremely pleased with the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before when it came to demoing our product and service, it was difficult to showcase the true value of our solution because we handle physical assets and shipping logistics. These are areas of the platform that are difficult to capture because time is involved. For example, it's hard to show that something has been shipped and then delivered. Navattic changed all of that. Our sales team is now able to generate customizable demos that have different use cases they can easily walk through. Navattic has transformed how we sell today. That's just the tip of the iceberg as we've also used Navattic to create a Product Tour on our website to generate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic's platform is incredibly user-friendly. With just a brief training session, our team was up and running, creating high-quality, clickable demos that truly resonate. These demos have been a game-changer for us, both on our website and in the sales process. The positive feedback we've received from customers and prospects has been overwhelming. People say the demos give them a tangible understanding of our product and effectively communicate the value we bring as a company.
But it doesn't stop there. We even had a marketer from another company reach out to praise our product walkthroughs and inquire how we made them. My answer was simple: Navattic. Their team is fantastic—always on hand to provide quick support, could not reccomend them more.

After embedding Navattic into many of my processes and overall strategy, I don't know how I have ever worked without it!

What do you dislike about the product?
When I first adopted Navattic, the UI was a bit clunky in some areas. However, over the last 2 years, it's amazing how many improvements to the UI have been shipped out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is a primary tool in resolving several problems. These include:
- Internal enablement for new feature releases
- Transitioning stale, recorded video demos to interactive demos
- Highlighting specific use cases (embedded into a case study, linking out in a help article, etc.)

More than just static screen captures
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a level of interactivity that emulates the in-product experience. Their capture edit ability makes it easy to edit what appears on screen without having to re-capture a screen. They're customer success team is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still early into rolling this out, it has met most of our needs thus far. It does require you to be more thoughtful in building a curated experience that can retain a user's attention or you can potentially experience a high bounce rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need prospects to be able to easily see what the product looks like without having to sign up for an account/trial. We've had issues with several tire kickers that get an instance provisioned and do not interact with the product, so this provides a solid alternative with the resource overhead of a full-fledged trial tenant.
Easy to use and versatile use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive training that doesn't have to be hosted in an LMS. I love that it's intuitive to use. I also love that I can incorporate different media and ways for the client to interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate that they are constantly updating the product, there is a constant flow of UI changes that sometimes make it difficult to figure out how to do what I need to in the system.

Easy ways to send demos or micro learning to customers without needing them to log in anywhere.
The BEST solution for self-guided demos!
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Navattic! The product is easy to use and has an extensive catalog of pre-formatted content you can start using on day one! But what really makes them shine is their impeccable expectation-shattering customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It sounds too good to be true; I get it. I thought that, too. But I was delighted by the personable and thoughtful support I got from them and the high quality of the finished product they provided. I highly recommend you try them if they fit your budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to create multiple recorded demos. Now I can use the blueprint created and customize our message to as many different audiences as needed.
Easy & Fluid
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Fluidity in use cases, amazing sharing capabilities and always great responses for these demos!

As of yet cannot integrate or pull Figma Prototypes/creations easily.

Helping Demo are new and existing products very well.
Up and running in no time with no training.

With no training I was able to create compelling walkthroughs and get them out to a prospect in the first day. The deal closed. What more can you ask for?

I think they can do a better job of organizing how individual prospect projects get out the door. A bit clunky.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has provided us with a method to enhance both our sales process wiht interactive demo's tailored for the user but also the ability to provide key information on our latest releases and enhancements to our help and user manuals.

Navattic Brings Our Product to Life!
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of times, prospects can be on the fence to book a demo before they can have a sneak peek into the product. This way, they aren't wasting 30-45 minutes of their time. Navattic has given us the power to bring our product to life on our website so potential customers can see what we do before committing time. We've also been using Navattic to push deals along so teams can share the most engaging parts of the product without the need for multiple demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Navattic is very easy to use and any time I have questions, Customer Success is very quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Navattic as a way to drive top-of-funnel conversions. We've also been using the platform as a way to move prospects through the pipeline by compiling product tours that outline the most compelling part of the product we discussed during our initial discovery call.
