Creating a smoother onboarding experience for new users

What do you like best about the product?
The easy customizability of the product demos and the hands-on customer service have been most valuable to my team as we build out various demos for our partners and end customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Navattic demos also had built-in mobile-responsiveness. My company would like to link to the demos from digital ads and emails, however, the experience is best viewed from desktop, so a large population of the targeted audience cannot immediately access a responsive demo from their phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For users who are hesitant to try our product before demo-ing it on their own, Navattic allows us to showcase the onboarding process and different product features and functionality. It also gives us on-demand demos to share for partner RFIs.

Powerful and Easy to Utilize

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is easy to use and has a wide range of use cases we've implemented. Their support team is fast, competent, and extremely helpful. We're using Navattic for things ranging from lead gen to customer onboarding. It's a fantastic platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet. I've asked for a couple of new capabilities, and they've told me they're already on the roadmap for this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects want to do their research before engaging with sales, and that includes seeing the product in action. We don't have the bandwidth to crank out a video every time we make a UI change or launch a new feature. Navattic removes the complexity of that for us and allows us to easily put our best foot forward as we enhance our offerings.

Super experience, exactly what I needed

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic was a very easy tool to just pick up and intuitively use. With barely any instruction, I was able to complete a quick prototype in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few quirks to work around when including screencaps/static images in a guide, but that was a very minor bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed a way of showcasing our web app product that wasn't a long video. Interactivity is key is the primary benefit in getting to an "Aha!" moment.

I particularly like that there is no need to import screenshots.

It is a little hard to navigate at first, but with time it becomes easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic, like many products in its category, can be used in a multitude of ways. Marketing, sales, and CS can all benefit from leveraging Navattic. It has created opportunities for these teams to collaborate in previously unexplored ways, particularly around new feature launches. That said, while the product is very flexible and it's been fun to watch it evolve over time, the best thing about Navattic is its team. A lot of SaaS companies claim to be a partner vs. a vendor, but these folks mean it. The sales process was phenomenal: low-pressure and consultative. The onboarding was fantastic and layered with plenty of best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like we're still early in Navattic's developement, which is okay for the price-point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps with lead conversion, training for existing customers, and is sometimes used as part of the sales process deeper in the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily scrape screen captures to tell stories and highlight product features. Modal windows help tell stories, without taking the customer out of the discovery experience. Customize demos to individual stakeholders, with automations to reduce time required manually reconfigure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated features (up-to-date, etc.) are still in development, and can be hit-or-miss when applied to a demo. HTML editor can also experience hiccups, but that isn't critical to primary product function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want a way to show off our product, without the possibility of a technical problem in our product staging environment. Further, we created on-rails environments to help train new users, and let prospects explore specific functionality that our system provides. Navattic has been very helpful in all of the aforementioned cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating demos that show our actual product, and the flexibility to update and add on to demo flows as our product expecience evolves.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the in-platform analytics offered more flexibility with how you can visualize user behavior without having to rely on integrations. Being able to build your own funnels, tables, charts, etc. would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is allowing us to create robust product demos and keep them in sync with our platform as it evolves without having to rely on internal engineering resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and easy to use and the support team is always quick to respond. Our customer success manager checks in regularly and I've been impressed with the additional features that have been added since we began using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything specific I dislike, but it's worth noting that there's always going to be small issues and bugs with startups that are continually building and developing a product. The good news is that the Navattic team actions these issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Navattic, we're able to show our prospects our product before they commit to a demo. We've noticed warmer leads that are leading to more meaningful conversations because the prospects were able to see our product before committing to a personalized demo.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is very easy to use. I can make edits to a published guide and not have to worry about updating my website with a new code. The anlaytics are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I can only hyperlink a guide in an email. I would love to be able to embed a guide into an email similar to how we host it on our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly making improvements to our product, which means that UX could change. I can quickly update a product image each time we make a change instead of having to reproduce product demos. It also take a lot less time.

Super intuitive interactive demos with white glove support

What do you like best about the product?
- Super intuitive and easy to use. I'd say I've got all the main functionality down and have been able to put together our first 'Flow' over a matter of a week or so.
- Sales process (via Erik) and the support we've received throughout the process have been top-notch and instilled a ton of confidence in our CEO to sign off on the purchase.
- New features seem to be released quite frequently
- Looked into all the alternatives and this was the best option on the market for the price and our use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
- Really nothing thus far.
- The only shortcoming was the inability to recreate a whole demo environment without singular screen captures but the acquisition of Manatee (a vendor we looked at), progress is being made on that front!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lack of discoverability around our product (before speaking with our sales team) for prospects in the market
- Another way to drive leads across the website, marketing emails, and outbound sales motion
- Sales follow up to help prospects fully grasp Base in their own time
- Onboarding and CS flows to help customers adopt the product better
