Great addition to the sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
The builder for flows is very straightforward and easy to implement. We have only recently implemented the demo but it has initially proved to be strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features could be stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us show users our product and it's benefits without having to sign up for an account.
Nothing short of EXCELLENT!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Our team was up and running with Navattic 3 days before we received training. It is that intutive and that easy to use. We love it and we can't wait to see the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of an "Us" thing and less of a Navattic thing. We use wordpress and our tempalte needed some slight modification to make the embed usable on our site. If you are a developer or have a developer, this is an easy problem to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an easy way to show people how easy it is to get in and navigate around in our app. This has been a great way to make web visitors more comfortable with what they will be getting into when they start a free trial.
Navattic's Sophisticated Guided Simulations Enhances Product Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive to use, simple, clean and easy to follow. Setting up your guided simulation couldn't be easier. I especially like to see any UI/ functionality improvements that make our team more productive and increase efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific I don't love about Navattic. I would love to see the abililty to create knowledge check questions that can provide feedback and automatically be graded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a reliable, solid solution to creating product guided simulations that look sophisticated, and enhances a learner's experience through actually using the product, rather than listening to a non-interactive eductional video.
Useful tool for product demos
What do you like best about the product?
These demos look great and are super intuitive for our customers to follow along with. They also provide a big time savings to our sales team, as they can easily send prospects this demo to check out - minimizing the need for more one on one conversations.
In addition, it's a great asset to link on our website and allows prospects to gain a first-hand understanding of how our product works and what it would look like for them should they sign up.
Their customer support team is also super responsive and easy to work with!

What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get used to creating the demos, it's pretty easy to put together, but it's very time-consuming. With our product going through changes, it can be quite a big hassle to have to go back in and update all of our demos when those changes happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps our customer onboard quicker, as well as to give prospects the clarity they. may need to sign up -- without help from our sales or customer service teams.

To start, if you're not using interactive demos for our SaaS business, you're missing out!

Easy enough for a new user to create demos quickly, but customizable enough to mask sensitive information on scenes, embed third party content (like intro videos) and create logic-driven branches within the interactive demo experience.
The product's super straightforward to use, but our customer success manager has been very helpful in getting us a head start and learning the caveats and best practices on our first week of onboarding.
We've been using Navattic for 6+ months and we're loving it. Highly recommended!

Navattic made it easy to spin up a product tour and get it on our website quickly to do just that. In the short time since its launch, we have had tons of product tour engagements and multiple target accounts raise their hands to talk to sales after interacting with our Navattic flows.
On top of that, the team is incredible, and customer success support is outstanding. They promptly responded to all our questions, helped us with the website embed, and shared best practices throughout.

We had issues capturing one of our analytics dashboards, but the team worked quickly to resolve it.

Allowing buyers the ability to self-educate and create more informed/qualified buyers when they are ready to talk to sales.

What do you like best about the product?
We needed an easy way to showcase our platform and Navattic was the perfect product to help us do that. We're able to show customers a sneak peak without a full-fledged demo and are using it in our marketing to generate more interest and move people down the funnel.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to embed just the right size on your website to make it look right. However, Randy is always super helpful to jump in and make it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get people interested and see the product before we spend time doing a full demo. It also allows us to showcase new product features easily in our marketing efforts.
Easiest way to show your product to the world
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the tool when creating demos. The product does not suffer from feature-bloat which makes it quick and easy to get demos up and running in less than an hour. Compared to the most basic product demo videos, which can take at least 2 weeks from conception to delivery and become outdated as soon as you add another feature to your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact that the product's UI and workflow are super simplified—which I admire—I do feel a few particular options, especially for those who pay a lot of attention to detail in design, leave wanting for more. Such as the ability to add one's own brand fonts, or the ability to adjust line-height amongst other typographic attributes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps us put the product in front of our prospects so they can look at it and "feel" it without appearing inauthentic. This leads to a boost in their confidence in our product and helps accelerate their buying decision-making process and therefore, conversion.

Navattic helped us bring more color and personalization to our demos. Typically well received by prospects and helped us move deals further along..

Somewhat static, at least in the way we used it - which were pre-built workflows..

Customizing demo environments for prospects and including some content that wasn't available in a live software environment but helped us to better describe the entirety of the platform.
Very strong demo automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for automating demo flows / use-case walkthroughs. Useful for running a high-level demo during a call and creating leave-behind demos, which can be a major hassle-saver. The UI, when running through the demos, is solid- it looks and feels like you're on the platform rather than clicking through screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally have any complaints, but I don't build the demo flows myself

Makes it easy to show your product with very little overhead.
