Great tool to build interactive demos

What do you like best about the product?
Building demos with Navattic is very easy. Along with great features and logical flows, Navattic always responds to feature enhancements and requests and keeps enhancing based on feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic provides no sandbox environment to build and test demos before publishing. Having a sandbox and production environment and restricting developer access to production would be great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it easy to showcase simple and complex product features. Without Navattic, providing user experience on trying out product features through demos would be tough.

What do you like best about the product?
-Easy UI makes it easy to pick up without much training
-Incredible customer success and leadership team (they're always quick to technical questions and giving us ideas)
-The ability to edit captures is so helpful and cuts down on configuration work
-Navattics can be used for many different purposes (marketing demos, internal training, product training demos, product overviews, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
-Would love to see more tools to help with organizing content as we grow our usage
-Small usability improvements would be helpful (like the ability to clone individual steps and copy those to other guides)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating scalable content that can be easily tweaked as our product evolves

What do you like best about the product?
The interactive demos created using Navattic have been a game-changer for us. They allow our prospects to experience our product's capabilities firsthand, at their own pace, and without the need for a live guide. As a fast-growing startup in 2021, one of the most significant benefits we've observed is an increase in our sales team's efficiency. With Navattic, we can simultaneously engage multiple prospects, providing them with personalized, interactive demos. This scalability has directly contributed to a boost in our sales pipeline and a shorter sales cycle.

Creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy. The UI/UX is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve. Their magic editor is an awesome feature that lets you edit every element on your screen captures. We've created multiple interactive demos for our product and have even successfully closed several deals from prospects just going through our interactive demos. The team and support is responsive and always willing to help. Their help center is also very thorough and provides a ton of resources to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
With most SaaS products, there will be bugs but they address them promptly. Occassionally there might be a few glitches with things not saving right away or loading properly but they have all been resolved within 24 hours when we reached out to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic makes it fast and easy for us to create product demos for our prospects. It has helped us scaled our sales process and helped us reduce the amount of one on one demos. It has allowed our sales team to do more and also allowed us to showcase our product to a global audience without the constraints of being on different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
My top 3 things about Navattic would be:

- Navattic pulls in captures from the code of your website meaning that you can manipulate the data and flows you show users. This makes your demos more personalised (great for sales outreach) and means you can share your platform without compromising on potentially sharing any confidential data.
- The sales and onboarding process has been very high-touch and its clear that Navattic really want you to make the most of the product. They're also quick to respond to any questions you have.
- For the most part, the platform is really intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other interactive demo tools, creating the first few flows can take a little bit of time so I would account for this when you're onboarding the tool internally. We found this especially when creating the first few 'guides'. The captures are really quick but it does take time to get used to building the demos at the start. Compared to how this looked in the initial sales call, we didn't quite anticipate how long it would take to start building the demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows you to create interactive product demos for your website. Meaning you can provide potential customers with meaningful interactions with your product before requesting a demo or signing up.

We're currently using interactive demo for lead acquisition purposes and also for outbound sales outreach.

Tool for so many uses!

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Navattic is extremly easy to use. We've implemented it for both our sales team as well using it for customer success and customer education. There are SO many use cases which is one of the many reasons for why this tool provides so much value to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime experience glitches in the product when building (tour not saving) however every time I reach out to their team they are super responsive. Additionally, I'd love to have more insight into who specifically is viewing the tours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many of our potential buyers want to get insight into what solutions our product solves before having to speak with our ales team. Hvaing our navattic tour from a demo perspective is the perfect hook to show our prospects what we are all about. We able use it to showcase specific features within our product. For example when we have a new feature launched within out platform, we will create a show tour to include in our product release notes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to make your demo look professional and interactive with your clients. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use, we shared it with all the teams so everyone can benefit from it for its own area, sales, customer success, marketing...
Also, I'd like to give a special thanks to the Customer Success team that is really responsive and always look for a solution very quickly !
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the tool is great; even though sometime there are some bugs, they can be fixed easily or there is always an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the marketing team to showcase our platform in the best way on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy, intuitive and quick to learn. Editing images is relatively easy and the product team are making improvements all the time. The best thing about Navattic though, is the instant and great support from Alisa and Randy who always answer my questions quickly and proactively make improvements to my demos when I ask for support - thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a little clunky and throw me out or take a while to save updates. It will be great to be able to make even more personalisation which I understand the product team are working on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't tend to use Navattic for a live demo but it's a great resource for sending a follow-up demo to a prospect - a reminder of what they saw in our live demo meeting and they can share the link with other internal stakeholders. We can even track who has seen the Navattic demo

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has helped us get customers to the "wow" moment faster. We have a product that both data and marketing folks use and this helps showcase each use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Our average deal time is months and we closed our first deal in <30 days from a user sourced from a Navattic flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping get non-technical users to see the value in the product without having to set up the product fully.
