Buyers are loving our interactive product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has made it so easy to create interactive product tours. Instead of relying on product videos that are quickly outdated and time-consuming to change, Navattic gives us a way to create an engaging product experience and make changes on the fly.
We just launched a number of new product pages, each with its own embedded Navattic tour. In a market where buyers want to self-educate and get behind the wheel, it's given us a way to make each page more informative and interactive.
The Navattic team has also been amazing. So supportive and quick to respond with help and ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing big. We've needed a bit of troubleshooting when trying to capture pages from some apps with awkward code, but Navattic has added features, like Tethering that help solve these issues pretty easily. And their team has been incredibly responsive to help figure those things out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide a better buying experience for our prospects. Create more product-led web pages and campaigns that allow our customers to try our product and experience new features.
Required for every product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, and product team
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to capture recreations of our product that can be edited within Navattic to fit your exact demo needs. That gives it high marks for reusability since I can set up 1 demo environment and create a ton of walkthroughs that seem like they were created in custom environments. This is how I create standard, interactive website demos as well as customer-specific or feature-specific walkthroughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge list here of things I dislike. The tool is still maturing, but where it's at now is a solid foundation. Like any software, you may encounter bugs but the account team never hesitates to hop on a call or respond within minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating standard demos that are 10 times, maybe even 100 times, more engaging than videos. Not every product is fit for a PLG acquisition strategy, but Navattic helps companies get their solution in the hands of potential users without engineering or dev work.
Great tool for technical product demos
What do you like best about the product?
I design the product tours for Uptycs.com using Navattic and am very happy with it. I have found the software easy to use and the results professional. Self-guided product tours are a great way to bridge the gap between prospects ready to buy and those who want to know more about your product before committing to a sales meeting. The Navattic team is very responsive to questions and provides fantastic customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. It has been a very useful tool for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uptycs has a complex technological solution that cannot be thoroughly described in an "elevator pitch." Infosec professionals who would use the product want to be able to look inside the box and see the details of how it works and how it can help them in their day-to-day operations. Using Navattic to build product tours is a great way to do this.
Easy to use, best value
What do you like best about the product?
The technology is super easy to use. I love that we can very easily create new product tours and edit them when features are updated. Ease of use is critical because it means our small team can be more productive using it. The Navattic team continues to improve the product at a rapid pace. Their pricing model felt the most fair among the solutions we evaluated, which was a big reason we chose them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a lot of opportunities in this space. For my organization, we are using the solution to most effect in marketing and sales as asynchronous product tours, not so much for live demos. I would like to see future product innovation in the tour product because I think it's currently only scratching the surface of the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects want to see what the product looks like and how it works before they sign up for a live demo with our sales team.
Great simple product - has helped us build a more informed and engaged funnel

Simplicity of creating product tours
Great team and support to work with
Great team and support to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, but there is a lot more to be done around automation and intelligence to help customers figure out insights more easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a funnel that is more informed and engaged
Great Enablement Product!
What do you like best about the product?
The product allows us to give prospects a take away to share with their wider team after a meeting/demo. We can also embed an interactive product tour on our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the product, such as having complete control over the location of a tooltip. Overall, very minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Augments our sales/marketing team by offering an interactive way to enable prospects that attend a demo to share our product with their wider team.
Navattic & CRO are a match made in heaven
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic makes virtual product tour creation extremely easy - whether you're new to the tool or someone familiar with creating UX/UI-related material regularly - the overall process is easy to learn. The tour functionality is also highly intuitive, and based on your team's use case, you can create as interactive as a tour as you want/need. Our team has been able to capitalize on creating tours that truly showcase the capabilities that we love to highlight to our customers.
With our current subscription plan, we're able to create as many tours as we need and we can share them in multiple formats. We've been able to create additional tours separately for our various teams for their individual use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside with Navattic (at the moment) is that tours are currently not optimized for mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has played a significant role in helping us understand how else prospects and customers wish to engage with us.
Our team is so happy this platform exists
What do you like best about the product?
Creating interactive product demos with Navattic is as easy as taking some screenshots and connecting the dots. We had been wanting to build an engaging demo experience for prospective customers for a while, but the lift seemed too big for our bandwidth—so when we discovered Navattic it was a huge game changer. Randy, one of the founders, guided us through using the platform as we made our first demo which made onboarding absolutely painless. 10/10, our marketing team is obsessed with this tool. We're using it for lead gen and sales enablement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have zero complaints, we haven't run into any drawbacks. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that you have to create a mobile experience separately from a desktop experience. But given the fact that you are creating the demo from essentially screen captures (captures code too to replicate things like hover states), it makes sense why this would be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily creating interactive demos with no dev or design support! Literally, anyone can do this. A single product marketing manager can create high-fidelity sales enablement tools and the marketing team can stand up a lead gen demo in a day.
They've thought of everything
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic allows you to build guides on top of anything: your product, another website or app, a desktop app. As someone who is building guides for our product UI as well as our API, this gave me the flexibility to create tutorials for each in their respective environments.
Rather than running on top of a live app / website, Navattic uses "captures" which capture the screen you need for your step as well as javascript that retains much of the screens interactive components (e.g. hover effects). This gives the impression that the viewer is interacting with the live environment even though they're not. The benefit of this is that the navattic is much faster / more responsive than if it was actually loading pages of your app / website.
The UI made it very easy to learn as a new user. And the more time I spent using it, the more I appreciated the depth of features that enabled me to create my guides to the level of quality my projects demanded.
10 / 10.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to customize the look / design of the tooltips. Maybe that is an existing capability that I'm not aware of, but I couldn't figure out how to do it on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the need for human support to help customers and prospective customers to learn our product. We're able to effectively scale our team by creating guides that anyone can consume in a self-service manner.
Navattic impressed everyone from the sales team to our prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic completely replaced our need for a recorded demo on our website homepage. Prospects were able to take self-guided tours, and book a demo if any additional questions arose. Also, the team was hands-on and incredibly supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the naming is confusing. As you build out your product tour, it's tough to remember what a beacon is vs a capture and when to use which feature. But other than that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is giving our future users more power. They are able to do much more self-education and come into the call equipped with the product knowledge they need.
